The camp ground was well cared for. Bathrooms and grounds were clean. I did find one thing odd, when I went to check in there were two big dogs in the store. One was very vocal barking loudly and repeatedly jumping up on the counter barkin across from me while I was checking in. The dog was told to get down each time. I luckily am not afraid of dogs, if I was this would be a horrible experience.

Had a very nice stay in this campground. Was very quiet except for some traffic noise. The bathroom was very clean.

Management was always helpful and courteous. The winter storage of my RV for two months was safe and secure.

Great set up with the bathroom and showers, we arrived late and left before meeting anyone on staff, but the place is very clean and the after hours packet and our requests were met.

Great stay! We are local and didnt want to travel far for my birthday so I booked us a stay here to celebrate. Have always had a great expirence staying here as a kid so was looking forward to it. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. No issues what so ever. Cabin was clean, fire logs outside and heat on when we arrived. Even had our two dogs with us and no issues. Will be sure to return.

We stayed in a different cabin this time and it was fantastic!! The heat was great, nothing was run down or broken-will definitely choose one of the Deluxe/8 person cabins in the future. I just wish the rates didn’t get astronomical as the year goes on. We won’t be able to afford to stay there when it’s warmer and get the full cabin, firepit, grilling out experience.

Overall good but the couch was broken. Mentioned this in a past review that it was in bad shape and instead of fixing it, a cover was put on it. The couch is now actually broken and needs to be replaced. Very pathetic that it hasn’t been replaced. This campground makes enough money to replace a broken and worn pull out couch.

Easy check in, nice site, grounds are well cared for, no ‘sketchy’ camp units at all. We felt very safe here and highly recommend staying at this KOA. We used the laundry and all washers and dryers were in working order.

We stayed at the KOA in Washington over Christmas this year, and wow what service! We stayed in a tent, and the staff and fellow campers were so helpful. This location is the perfect base for touring the capital. Just a quick 40 minute drive right into the heart of DC. The campground is immaculate. Very clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We paid for firewood but there was none at our cabin so we had to rummage through the woods in the dark to find some and everything was wet. We liked the cabin a lot except for the fact that the bedroom and bathroom doors don't lock.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, allowing us to check in early to our cabin. We stayed in KL1 and it was clean and had all the necessary essentials for the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. We were able to decorate for Christmas and made the happiest memories with our family. It’s super cozy and we’ll definitely be back :)

This was our first Campground we visited after purchasing a motorhome. This was our second stay at this KOA & we plan to return again in January. The staff really work hard & are lovely to interact with! The place is immaculate— very well run! Quiet too!

We have been staying here for a weekend in December for the last 5 years. Was pleasantly surprised to see the office actually open this year. Great helpful, pleasant staff and great campgrounds.

Overall was a great stay/cabin. One concern however—the couch. Was great to sit on in the evening when hanging out however, it was horribly uncomfortable to attempt to sleep on. When it’s opened, the mattress part is super thin and there’s no padding over the bars. It also angles downhill towards the back of the couch. Please replace the couch, I hope sooner than later, we’ll be back next

The size of our RV is noted in the reservation. This site that we were put in had us sticking out in the road a bit and no room at the site for the vehicle. We parked at the employee lot - but would have been nice to know how small the site was. We were just passing through overnight so I don't think we would stay again. Overall the park did look nice - just the pull through sites are tiny.

The deluxe cabin we stayed in was for 8 people. The cabin was too small for 8 people. There was only one bathroom, a table that only seated 4. The couch worn, ripped, and sagged in the center. The heaters were not efficient enough to keep the cabin warm. The kitchen area was not well prepared, there were no mixing bowls, or measuring cups and enough cups for 8 people. Beds were comfortable.

The location is great! The restrooms were clean but in need of renovation it at least updating. The soap tray was hanging off the wall and fell off while I was in there.

Was a nice campground with a good location between Baltimore and Annapolis. Only bad part was the consistent smell of weed from other guests.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It will be our go to when coming to MD to see our kids. Bethany is a hidden gem running this operation. Her professionalism, friendliness & knowledge were so appreciated being new to RV’g. Every one we encountered that worked at Koa was fantastic.

Nice campground with a huge pool, perfect for a cool down after touring DC all day. Location is close to the Marc Penn train station, Odenton. Nice dog run area and woods walking trail. Staff were extra nice too:)

I don't normally leave reviews. What I can say about KOA is the staff is wonderful, and the grounds are well kept. My only complaint as the size of the site that we were given. We have a 32 foot motorhome, and no matter where I put the motorhome on the Pull through site, there was not enough room to park my car behind the motorhome. It was a good thing that the office was right across from me. I could park my Jeep there overnight. My only other complaint, due to the width of the site, my neighbor's sewage hookup was extremely close to the corner of the picnic table (see photo). If you were looking for a site with more room, I suggest you go down the hill. Again, Great people, clean park, nice amenities for the kids.
