This was a decent campground for family or anyone. So may camping options. The price off season was reasonable. Campsite is well maintained. Off season you can not enter the registration office but all you need is waiting for you in an envelope outside the office and they answer the phone and help anyway they c. Its 15 minutes from Ft Meade Army Base convenient for gym and shopping if affiliated.

Very cold weather - ran out of propane in night for heat. Campground was very helpful refilling propane at 8 am. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and constantly riding around sites keeping everything clean.

Great camp site and close to the rail service (10 minutes) to Washington for a very enjoyable carefree trip into the Capital.

Quick local stay to winterize, First time here. Very nice campground, appears to have quite a few seasonal sites. very convenient for overnight while traveling to the beaches and back. Facilities very clean and in great repair.

Our stay was great. We were only there for the weekend to get our camper ready for winterization. We love pretty close so it was the best choice to get our camper ready to be put away for the season. We had a great time even though the weather was not the greatest.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this KOA. We've never stayed at one. It is small, which I enjoy. It was very quiet and clean. The staff was top notch! Will definitely stay here again.

Site was good. Staff was excellent. But there was a lot of people walking dogs and not picking up after them, so I did. Also it would be nice if the trail could be leaf blown. I took 3 steps and stepped in dog poo.

The deluxe cabins are awesome! Love being in the woods, nearby to many attractions including Annapolis, but still having many of the creature comforts of home. Our family of 4 fit very nicely into the cabin and exercised all of the cooking equipment including the outdoor barbeque grill. This KOA has all the amenities we were looking for and made for a very comfortable stay.

Issues with no TV service. Channels are listed on your map hand out. Site should specify that. Also $2 per day for a dog because you have poop bags? My dog goes on a pad in my unit and if she goes outside I have my own bags. I have never seen this in the 27 years I have been camping. I specifically try to stay at KOA's but I will not return to this one. The site was nice.

Could have added a little more gravel on the lower side of the short pull-throughs. Campground was clean, bathrooms / showers were exceptionally clean, and conveniently located. Campground was very quiet and easy to get around.

Sites are nice and big and you don’t feel like you are directly on top your neighbor. The campground is clean and people are so friendly. Staff is extremely helpful as well! We will definitely be back!

Good grounds, bad reservation. We had a good stay despite the reserved site selection. The assigned camp site was completely off from what we requested in reservation writing, email, and phone calls... -a tent site with level/flat parking- (the site parking was a short steep slope! with many empty sites around that would work) so we finally found an appropriate site on our own..that worked well.

Staff could have been a bit more personable. The gentleman that checked us in seemed rather annoyed. The office/store hours were 10-3 which made it inconvenient for needs outside of those hours. I was really surprised because this was recommended by a friend.

Arrived after office closed but registration packet was easily found on the bulletin board. Quicky found site and it met our needs for one night stop. W/S/E all worked well and placed for easy hookup. No shade trees to speak of and sites were closely spaced. Site was not large enough to park toad but additional parking was close by. Bathroom:showers were clean. Left before office opened.

Nice campground my only complaint $2.00 per day per dog for what? Only dog station is in the dog park. Seems like nickle and diming us to death. Same with lock fees. Charged a lock fee on the last site available for my size rig didn’t make sense.

The only difficulty we had was our gps could not really direct us for the last few miles - we had to try 3 different passes until we found the right roads that come just before Cecil. As for the campground itself - very nice long sites. We stayed here twice in Oct/Nov 2024 for 3-4 nights each time. Staff so courteous and helpful both in the office and the workers that are out on little carts.

Halloween weekend was great as always but when we were relocated to the lower area our extended week was terrible. The campers in site 65 had people sleeping in the car blasting music all night smoking weed. Never again would we tolerate that. We could not even open our windows because of the stench from their dope smoking inconsiderate activities. We already booked for next year. It is the last.

Although we arrived at 3am and checked out at 945am, I would say we had a nice sleep, a little overpriced for 6hrs @ $70 but we would go again. One of the nicer KOAs we've been to.

Nice campground with a huge pool, perfect for a cool down after touring DC all day. Location is close to the Marc Penn train station, Odenton. Nice dog run area and woods walking trail. Staff were extra nice too:)

I don't normally leave reviews. What I can say about KOA is the staff is wonderful, and the grounds are well kept. My only complaint as the size of the site that we were given. We have a 32 foot motorhome, and no matter where I put the motorhome on the Pull through site, there was not enough room to park my car behind the motorhome. It was a good thing that the office was right across from me. I could park my Jeep there overnight. My only other complaint, due to the width of the site, my neighbor's sewage hookup was extremely close to the corner of the picnic table (see photo). If you were looking for a site with more room, I suggest you go down the hill. Again, Great people, clean park, nice amenities for the kids.
