Always enjoy staying at Waldport … great staff, beautiful location and a wonderful jumping off location for visiting other coastal cities.

We were looking forward to our stay at the Waldport location. Upon arrival we didn't get a sense of welcoming. We were greeted with stares from. Other guests. Our site was very unleveled. The water was turned off without warning or notice while my wife was showering. We even encountered an argument and shouting between 2 other guests. This was our first KOA experience and it was a bad first imp

Our site was supposed to be one of the "high demand" bay view sites. There was no view of the bay from our site because of the overgrown bushes that totally blocked the view.

6-21 booked 2 sites & 1 for boat. 7-27 added a night, 2 available, puts boat in overflow. � boat later sand �� on boat not ours. � in boat staff complained. Had 4 kayaks in overflow parking all week, Fridaynight someone tried to steel 1or more, 2 straps gone rest loose. Could have better adjoining sites, 39,41,42 not easy to share. Safe and well maintained campground with very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was uneven poorly graded trailer parking pad with septic uphill from trailer parking spot. All other parking spaces did not appear to have this issue.

Conveniently located off Hwy 101. Beautiful park, with great views of the Bridge and water. Staff were so nice and full of information. Park is very very clean and neatly trimmed trees and bushes. Private sites. The only negative was the bathrooms/showers were so very dirty. Took too long to get hot water.

The site, 23, was very small (narrow). We felt like we were in the middle of our neighbor's conversations. While there was walking access to the bay, there was no access to the ocean. This is the first KOA we stayed at that didn't have a pool.

First time at a KOA, it was clean and staff were friendly. The trail to the beach could use some care to trim back the over growth to make it easier to walk the path. That would be the only suggestion.

Stayed about a week. The laundry is priced low which is good. Ice way too much money. Grounds are kept up and nice. Had a problem with noisy neighbors to the point I had to tell management. They acted on it and talked to them, but it didn’t work so we let it go. I’m not rating down for that because this place can’t really help it when idiots want to stay there. Bad luck.

Great location. Friendly & helpful staff. The sites are grassy. The site we had could use some leveling. The laundry was clean. The showers were clean but could use some updates & fix the floors. Rubber mats or replace the floor covering. Over all we enjoyed our time there.

Loved the view. Campsite was cozy. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Excellent individual bathroom and showers. Nice Laundry. So many things to do from here we will come back for a longer stay.

Friendly staff. Great location. Site was a little small and not really enough room for our tow vehicle. Glad to have the hedges between sites to give some separation. No evening activity was a disappointment for the kids.

Staff was very friendly, and bathrooms/showers were some of the cleaner ones we have ever seen. Downer was Bay View site has bushes that block the view, and sites are super tightly packed in. Neighbor's sewer connect was literally next to where we ate our meals. I would stay here again, but might be different in my site choosing.

The sites were a bit small but overall the campground was clean. It was mostly quiet after 10. It’s not right on the beach but it is just a few minutes from beautiful Driftwood beach. A somewhat less traveled beach. So perfect for families and anyone who wants the beach without crowds. The campground staff is very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable relaxing stay, only annoying part was there was another camper behind us thqt was always outside smoking and the smoke kept coming into our camper so we had to keep the door closed.

The Waldport KOA is always a fun stay. This is our second time here. The amenities are very nice and the people are very friendly. Its a quick trip to town or to the beach. Other campers are always friendly and it has a pretty laid back vibe. We did miss the breakfast/ Ice cream hut but that was the only thing we were disappointed about. We will be back! Thank you KOA

Dry clean nice park. Be very careful what spot you pick to stay in. We didn’t choose in advance and was assigned a spot we had to squeeze into. Barely any room to get around our motorcoach and tow vehicle. We did however enjoy our stay.

We like the location of the KOA, however it has gone down hill since last year. The grass is dead. There was a big camper which had been there for a Loong time next to us, as noticed by the weeds growing under and around it. The bathrooms were not clean, one shower wouldn't work properly. There were no hedges between us and 3 other campers so zero privacy.

We stayed 2 nights in an amazing spot. It not only had an incredible patio, but both a table and 4 chairs and a fire pit with 2 more chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our daughter enjoyed the playground and kept on wanting to play. We will definitely be back.

The bathrooms were always out of soap or paper towels. One of the paper towels dispenser fell and hit me on my head. The dryer D2 doesn’t dry the clothes. The recreation room needs to have some updated games and coloring options. The games were all missing pieces or broken plus the signage was from 8 months. Staff is semi friendly and good location near the bay.

One more night there and they found me a spot and we finished a great visit with family. they even came by and filled a couple holes at my request under my ground mat.so there were no tripping issues. Fast friendly and attentive a nice place to stay

This was a pull through spot. Had a little bit of a view. sites were clean and easy to navigate. Has a nice trail down to a beach on the bay staff very friendly and helpful nice gift shop seem to have anything we needed from coffee cups to Motrin I have another trip coming up and will be staying here

sites are nicely wide, and lots of then with a great view over the bay, the bathrooms are clean but could use an update/renovation, since it was summer I missed some social things like a ice cream social ?? overall a very nice little place

Spaces were a little small but the shrubbery around them was nice to feel like it was private. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the amenities were very nice for kids and dogs.

Nice place. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, paper dispensers did not work. Sites were extremely small with very tight parking for vehicles. Good location on river and just across the bridge from Waldport, walking distance.

The campground is in a nice area and clean. The space we were given was way too small. I reserved months before so should’ve been given a better spot. We were inches away from a pole few feet a camper. The the ground is so uneven you can’t level it no matter what. Getting in the space broke part of the hitch as the turn was so tight. I would have left but it was my granddaughters birthday.

It was quiet but what was different about this stay is how dirty the bathrooms and showers were. I had to clean them up just to use the facilities. No toilet paper, had to use and leave own personal TP. Had to wipe down the toilet seats just to go to the bathroom. The showers were disgustingly dirty. Hair in the shower drains and clumps on the walls. Cleaned those too.

Very nice and tidy campground, appreciate that the bathroom & showers are all in separate entrances, we had site 30 and it was very nice, only complaint is that the shrubs on the side of the sites don't run all the way to the fence, very nice koa, staff seemed super nice, short walk to waldport over the bridge. The rec room is very nice.

We camped here in our travel trailer for 6 nights. Super nice park. Very peaceful. Well stocked store and nice amenities. The park manager is welcoming, friendly and a genuinely nice person. We have already booked two more stays here this season.
