I love this KOA. I have been twice now. Love Waldport. Staff is great. Love the privacy hedges. Love you can walk to the beach. One of my favorites. I also love fog and the smell of the ocean.

Nice park. Like the hedges. On vacation and wanted some quiet. Disappointed. Hedge trimming and blowing down roadways on the weekend not my idea of quiet. Restroom/showers need attention. Some kind of elevated mat or something so when you get out of the shower you don't have to put your feet on the dirty floor. Nice and friendly staff. Love the idea of the separate restroom/showers. Nice store.

Very nice place and we had a beautiful bay view site. Bathrooms are clean - the only negative was bathroom 6 has a door that sticks - I got stuck in there for several minutes because the door is hard to open.

I first stayed in this KOA at Waldport more than 20 years ago and still look forward to staying there. Our beautiful view site overlooking the bay was very small but adequate. We appreciate the views, well maintained campground, full hookups and numerous conveniences that are available, but limit our stays due to the cost of staying there.

KOA staff was great (friendly / helpful) Stayed for 7 nights. Very clean and well maintained. Clean bathrooms/showers. Quiet. Close to conveniences (restaurants/stores). Nice green hedges between sites for privacy. Nature path and beach was a nice treat. Road through RV park was a little tight/congested so just take your time. Very much enjoyed our stay and would return.

Checkin was a breeze. The campground is very clean. Everyone on staff is very courteous and kind. We will definitely be going back. They also offer a breakfast on the weekend.

Really loved our stay. Had another couple with us, back to back was great. Every thing was nice and clean, very friendly staff.

All the workers were outstanding, some of the sites (ours included) could be more protected with hedges, tress, whatever and the cost seemed a bit high but overall a nice park

VERY NICE - ONLY THE STREET LITES IN THE CAMPGROUND ARE VERY BRIGHT - TAKES AWAY FROM THE NIGHT TIME LIGHTS FROM THE CITY AND BRIDGE

This was the perfect location to explore the area. The campground is exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay. It was very annoying on SUNDAY morning to listen to the guy with his leaf blower.

It was wonderful as it has always been. We were next to the bathrooms which wasn’t too bad the hedges help keep noise down and also help so our dogs don’t bark at every passing person. We even had beautiful sunny days!

Spaces are very close together with not privacy in the back. The staff were very helpful and nice. There was a big ice machine, but no ice.

Yes, are spaces are side by side with mature hedges to separate them. They are open in the back. Sorry about the ICE, we did lose our supplier this summer. The big "Ice Machine" you saw is actually just a freezer, not an ice maker. Sorry we did not work out for you.

Great park and staff was great. Beautiful views of the ocean. Just need to get their dog park complete. Wouldn’t take much but a few chain link fence panels together and viola’. ����

Grass all dead… made it difficult to keep RV clean, as you are always tracking it in. Owner is unfriendly and you feel like you’re under a microscope. Move to a very friendly RV at McKinnly RV.

Yes, the grass being dead is unfortunate but our community is under water restrictions so our decision not to water the lawn is to help ensure our community has enough water for essential use. We have rules so everyone has a good stay. Glad you found a park that lets you do what you want. Thank you

Staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. Every day you could watch them clean and maintain the grounds. The care gave the KOA a homey feeling. The office was stocked with everything from cookies and beer to clothing, toys, and camping supplies!! A lovely view of the bay and ocean also!

Beautiful location, clean, tidy, excellent showers and friendly staff. Oh yeah, one more thing, my teenaged boys said the Wi-Fi was fantastic.

The sites were easy to get in and out of, plus each site had flowering bushes between, making it more private. The people were very helpful and friendly.

The facilities are great. The staff are super nice and friendly. Only wish there had been beach-access.

We do have access to the bay beach. We site right above Alsea Bay, we have a trail you can walk down to get to the bay beach. It is a beautiful beach. Sorry you missed that.

I would love to see a better path to the beach. I was unable to use it in its current condition . Wifi in the ocean view spots was spotty and was not working more than working .

Site 49 is one of the worst sites I've stayed in the 10 years I've had my RV. I backed in and the laundry room is 7 feet from the back of my RV, separated by a fence and bushes. Constant loud talking and laughing and spin cycle/dryer noises. Directly opposite the trash cans and their banging lids. Corner of 4 streets and people left their engines running while they did laundry or tossed trash.

It was wonderful and sites were clean and level. Pancake breakfast was yummy and hot. My only complaint would be the early sound of the tractor trash compactor constantly pushing the trash down in the bins so early in the morning and throughout the day

I don't often give 5 star reviews as a wise business man once told me "There's always room for improvement" as i rated his laundromat. This park is a premium facility located on the north side of Alsea Bay with spectacular views of the bay bridge, the bay and City of Waldport. The spaces and grounds are immaculate as are the bathrooms and facilities. I would advise people and people with pets to prepare for fleas and ticks. This is no fault on any particular facility or business. There's fleas and ticks at many areas along our coast. My friend and I had a very fine time during our stay. I very highly recommend this KOA Campground in Waldport Oregon.
