Surf n Santa 5 Miler

Participants can choose between a 5 piece Santa Suit or an official race shirt during registration to prepare them for their run through a nautical holiday wonderland along the Atlantic ocean. The event is held at twilight along the boardwalk so runners can enjoy the Holiday Lights Merry Mile and a festive evening being mesmerized by the holiday spirit.
Yuengling Shamrock Marathon Weekend
The 52nd running of the Yuengling Shamrock Marathon Weekend will take place in Virginia Beach on March 15 - March 17, 2024. This St. Paddy's Day tradition has a race distance for every goal: Marathon, Half Marathon, 8K, and challenges. No matter the distance, you'll experience the best of Coastal Virginia on our flat, fast, and scenic course before you cross the finish line overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Neptune Festival
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people celebrate at the festival's many offerings. Daily concerts at festival stages are scattered along 30 blocks of the boardwalk and feature 27 performances from local, regional, and national recording artists. On the boardwalk, you can find over 250 artisans displaying handmade work, at an Art & Craft Show that has been ranked #5 out of 200 Fine Art and Design Shows across the country. Keep walking to find 22 magnificent sand sculptures created by world-renowned international sculptors at Neptune's International Sandsculpting Championship.

With a world-class venue, 32 of the world's most talented sculptors, and an exciting prize purse, Neptune's International Sandsculpting Championship has distinguished itself as a premier event unlike any other. From the gallery feel and extended viewing hours, your sandsculpting fill can be quelled with a single visit.
Neptune's Volleyball Tournament
2v2 and 4v4 play heats up the sand as men, women, youth, and coed divisions compete for titles on the Oceanfront. Numerous skill level classes are available for entry. Set and spike your weekend to a new level by getting your piece of the beach at Neptune's Volleyball Tournament. Games begin at 9:00am on both days.
Neptune's Atlantic Regatta
Multiple classes tack and jibe their way from Cape Henry to Rudee Inlet during this great recreational race. Need a break from the boardwalk action? Check out the boats arrival at Rudee Inlet in the afternoon or hang out at 24th Street to watch the finish.Neptune's Atlantic Regatta is Broad Bay Sailing Association's last race of the season, and is also a CBYRA-sanctioned event. Starting off Little Creek, racers transit the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, sail down the coast, and finish off at 24th Street. After a night of fun at the Festival, participants leave the event's complimentary Rudee Inlet dockage and return home. This race is part of the Southern Bay Distance Racing Series (SBDRS).
