Friendly, hospitable staff. Sites are level and fairly well-spaced; even in driving rain, the staff is out there doing careful maintenance. They offer free pumpout service if you don't have full hookups. Close enough to town to be convenient, far enough out to have a little elbow room. Highly recommend!

Although it took three summers to get here, they remembered all our information and put us in a buddy site. Staff was great and gave us great recommendations of things to do

We stayed for 3 nights. The laundry facility was acceptable clean however expensive. The sites were packed together with little privacy. It has a nice play area for children and adults. The staff was is friendly and helpful.

The Valdez KOA is our favorite campground in AMERICA. The grounds are beautiful, clean, convenient location, beautiful showers and bathrooms, 30 & 50 AMP hook ups and a convenient dump station upon exit. The staff and Campground Host are EXCEPTIONAL. KOA Valdez was remarkable! The staff was very nice and welcoming. The facility was always clean and presentable. One of the best experiences me and my family has had in Alaska! Thank you for making this such a amazing time!

The staff is always helpful and amazing. It's a campground but at least you've got trees and room to roam. The other places are just rv parking lots.

Best campground amenities of any campground we stayed at (and I've been camping for over 60 years). WiFi was incredible, able to stream movies. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and showers. They even provided bath mats.

This one of the nicest campgrounds around. Clean, friendly staff, spacious sites, mountain views, close to town , excellent wifi, nice bike path & Free honey wagon if you stay more then 2 nights. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating with all our needs and still had a great sense of humor. The grounds, restrooms and showers were very clean. We were kept updated when the refinery had a couple of booms. We usually don’t go to too many KOAs but this one will make us will make us think about camping at them more often. We will definitely stay there again

We stayed 4 nights. There was no sewer hookup at the camp site but a dump was available on the way out which was fine with us. The staff was friendly, accommodating. The bathrooms were immaculate.

AWESOME! They were super accommodating. The facilities were clean. Also, they had FREE black & grey water honey bucket service. There was no need to wrap up to dump, they came to us! Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Very nice place. A bit pricey, but this is Alaska. No one can control all the mosquitos here either. Had to stay in camper while I park.

Check in time is 3pm. Does not make sense when camp is empty. Business is probably do poor that they don't want to staff the office.

Valdez KOA is one of the best campgrounds I have seen in Alaska. Great views, great services, great staff. I love the big grassy area and playground for the kids to play far away from any cars. I would highly recommend this location.

Very clean location. The staff was very helpful. We need help to repair a small problem with our RV. The staff was very helpful with what i needed to make the repairs. The views are very pretty.

We really enjoyed this place over the camp sights in town. Spacious sights with full hook ups. And a wide range of campsights. Friendly service!

Selena is an awesome host. She helped us with getting a reservation and understood our plight of finding a spot on a busy holiday weekend. We didn't have any issues with the hook ups. The staff also hosted a breakfast and it was delicious. Wonderful staff and location. We can't wait to stay again!

Brianna at the front desk is a great assest to this campground. showers and restrooms kept clean, and even floor mats at the SHowers.
