We had a great stay. The glamping tent was so nice! I really enjoyed sitting on the deck with the propane fire, it was very relaxing and so much easier!

Very pleasant, great hosts and support; electric and water were on wrong side/ ends for our 5th wheel, but we mad it work. Level spaces, green trees— even a couple of sunny days!

Arrived late and could not find site assignment, but otherwise everything was great. Well cared for and safe site. Plan on staying there again.

Excellent facilities. The bathrooms are very well kept, and very clean. Customer service is over the top. Excellent communication before, during and after our stay. We stayed at the Glamping tent, and it was much better than expected.

Great campground, clean showers, nice sites ! Beautiful views .We like this KOA The only downside is no recycle , or firewood. This may have been beyond their control, but still....plan ahead for the guests

We stayed in site 40 and it was clean and level. Everyone who worked at the campground were nice and personable. We each took showers and the water was hot and the bathroom were clean.

The price was too high and can’t cancel within 24hr ($10 even if you just made res). You are charged extra for a child who’s over 6 with one adult at camp site. The lady was nice enough to allow the child to be free after speaking to her. The tent location for our campsite was extremely close to next campsite’s fire pit. It was clean with running water, showers and a grill. Quiet location.

Thank you for your kind words, the team have appreciated them. We love our location too, with only a 5 minute (4 mile) drive to downtown Valdez, we enjoy the best of both worlds - convenient to supplies, tours, restaurants, craft breweries, whilst still feeling like you're away from it all.

The campground was well taken care of, grass mowed, trees clipped, roads taken care of, nice playground, community games and area. The shower house was well stocked and very clean! Couldn’t be happier.

Park was well maintained. Too many text messages regarding park rules, constant interruptions during our holiday. Long Text messages started prior to us arriving and continued during our three day stay. Very far away from the town. A 15 minute drive to town.

Staff was great. Park was nice and has beautiful mountain view. There’s a bike trail that leads to the river which was nice. My only recommendation would be more washers and dryers. They were high demand.

Great campground in the trees with Mountain Views. Not full hookups for most campsites but if you stay 4 days or more they will pump out your tanks for free and if less of stay for a reasonable fee. Nice showers with fresh cloth shower mats. So of the rv sites are close but ok.

Everything was great except the lack of full hook ups and the sewer smell that felt like it never went away between the dump station and the truck driving through. Only request and improvement would be full hook ups on all sites.

Wonderful staff/nice place to lay our heads. 1 thing could be improved is the bath house:not adequate places to put our stuff, no shelves, very few hooks for towels, in great disrepair.The caulk job in showers--poorly done. Shower cracked--leaked into the floor. Leaking toilet/floor sopping wet. Hot water was good.Husband is a contractor-he could fix it all, to be a good investment for the future.

We only stayed in our cabin to sleep as the weather was so gorgeous in Valdez the four days we were there. So we spent all our time outside enjoying all the wildlife and sights. But the cabin was very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Also was very quiet at night times to get a good nights sleep before heading out exploring each day. Definitely will stay here again.

Looking at the rv parks in the area, this was the best. The sites in the middle row, we were site 100, were a little close but it seemed they tried to space out if they were not full. The staff was great! Restrooms and laundry were clean

The glamping tent was AWESOME! I think it’s my new favorite way to lodge when traveling. The workers at the campground go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! Meken was especially helpful and kind �

Bathrooms clean. Nice staff. Sites 14 has a bad fire pit, if it can be called one. Right up against the brush. Not practical. Wood is a bit expensive for what you get at $10, should be $8

This campground was wonderful. The facilities were excellent and remained clean. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Reservations, check in, and check out were easy and simple. We will certainly visit the Valdez KOA again (and other Alaska-based KOAs).

We really enjoyed this place over the camp sights in town. Spacious sights with full hook ups. And a wide range of campsights. Friendly service!

Selena is an awesome host. She helped us with getting a reservation and understood our plight of finding a spot on a busy holiday weekend. We didn't have any issues with the hook ups. The staff also hosted a breakfast and it was delicious. Wonderful staff and location. We can't wait to stay again!

Brianna at the front desk is a great assest to this campground. showers and restrooms kept clean, and even floor mats at the SHowers.
