Great Campground. Very clean bathhouse. A little pricey but I’m sure it is because it is close to Dollywood.

We arrived a little after 5, found our check in information by the door, an employee showed up to greet us and welcome us and give us some extra information. The spot we got on the river was amazing. The whole campsite was so well maintained and laid back. Bathroom/showers/laundry room was very nice. Would absolutely come back here again, hopefully this summer if the stars align!

Outstanding campground and services. The bath house was very clean and warm and the showers were excellent. WiFi access was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Facilities are great. Would be better if firewood were available for purchase after hours. And maybe a microwave available in community rooms for just in case situations.

The place is gorgeous. The only things I would change is a year round heated pool as my son was bored and electric hookups for the tent section. Other than that would definitely recommend.

Beautiful campsite on the river. Clean, with friendly helpful staff. Great store too! Highly recommend.

As always, everything went smooth and no issues. Staff is wonderful. Amazing how fast firewood shows up after you send text ordering some.

We enjoyed our beautiful tent site by the river. The bathrooms were clean.

The amenities are nice and clean, however, the camping spots are tight and the entire campground is over-crowded. Our site had a large walnut tree that kept dropping walnuts on our site and with a 3 year old, we had to be very cautious about keeping him away from where they were falling. The employees on sight didn’t seem to have any concern for our situation. I will not be back to a KOA.

Much needed getaway on the river. Staff were the nicest ever. Campgrounds were beautiful and very clean. Definitely worth the drive in my opinion.

We have historically greatly enjoyed our stays at your facility with typically nothing out of the way to say. However after several terrible incidents on Saturday 8/25/24 we had stored our hotdogs properly but accidentally left the buns our. We were not confronted but literally attacked by an employee named Patrick shouting and pointing his finger in my wife’s face. Horrible behavior by Patrick

We loved the area and the bears were pretty cool. Some stuff crazy expensive compared to other towns we've stayed in. Overall a great stay!

Love the tent campsites right on the river... a key for us! My son and I tubed down the river and then later went swimming right from our campsite. We had a blast! Also love the location - relatively close to Cade's Cove and right next to the Park without being in the busy area of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge... yet only a 25-30 minute drive to get to those attractions.

We will be back! We stayed in tent sites on the river and our kids played for hours. It was truly the best experience!

We had a fantastic stay. Our camp site was clean and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They had fun activities almost daily for the kids to enjoy. The dog park was good sized and clean. It is a place the whole family can enjoy. Not only will we highly recommend KOA, but we will definitely be planning our future vacations with them again.

We love KOA! The sites are always well maintained and staff is always friendly and helpful. While there, we ended up with a dead car battery and within minutes a staff member had recharged it and had us ready to go. Our kids love the pool and activities as well. We won't camp anywhere else!

Beautiful camp ground. Lots of both tent and RV spots. We stayed in the deluxe patio spot with full hookups. It was VERY easy to back in with the help of their friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Review: Stayed with college age kiddo and 2 dogs We have stayed at this location numerous times in the camping cabins. I particularly enjoy staying in the cabins on the river. It is a great launching point to tour the area as well as a wonder place to just sit and relax: read on the porch, play in the river, and enjoy the peace. Location is close to restaurants, tube rentals, and Cade's Cove. The bathrooms are always clean and well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly, Glampers should be aware that the cabins are closer together and the park is developed. I've stayed her numerous times and look forward to returning soon.
