Love it here. Only disappointment was all the carpenter bees on playground. Hang some of those bee traps. We use them on our deck. See you again soon.

Very clean, well managed operation! Seamless check in and out. The gentlemen riding around in the golf cart were particularly kind, helpful and efficient! Please give them a special thank you. We’ve already booked a return trip for this Autumn! Thank you for a great time!

This was our second time there and the new dog pen site is such a great idea. We travel with newfoundlands and having a place for them to chill is so great for us and them. Cant wait to return Also everyone I encountered was so polite and friendly

We absolutely loved everything about your campground. Beautiful scenery, great location, clean facilities, friendly & helpful staff. Camp store has a great selection and the dog park was perfect for our fur baby to play without a leash. We look forward to our next visit!

We have always loved this KOA. However one of the staff was rude. There were three couples two in sites 61 and 84 and cabin DC2. Saturday night we all met at Site 61 for dinner. I am handicapped as is the other lady in the cabin. Our husbands drove us to the site and parked where the basketball goal used to be. The only signage was about “Quiet Time”. very nice park away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to enjoy everything. Staff was awesome and we definitely enjoyed our time there.

Minimal space between sites. Our site was more or less a drainage path to a catch basin at the bottom of our site. Our available space for the picnic table was behind our 24’ class B; and about 10’ from the door of the neighboring trailer, the dogs in which were barking until the owners came back in the late evening. When they let the dogs out in the morning, one literally circled my ankles -

Great stay, thank you! The grounds were well-maintained. The property is pristine. My only issue is that we were in a very tight area with no privacy at all.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Mary in the office was so kind and helpful. It was quiet and the trees and shrubs between the sites were beautiful.

We arrived with the first trip for our new trailer. The spot we picked out was perfect but a little tight to get into. Kevin led us to our spot and very calmly walked us through backing in to it. That man had the patience of a saint! The campground was clean and quiet. We had such a great stay and didn’t want to leave!

Second time staying here. Had a nice spot by the river at #100. One thing could help, if a sign would be posted at the entrance of the driveway to the site. Saying dead end or something in that nature. Seemed many peeps get confused its a way thru, Nice big dog park, Showers and laundry are the usual style. Would stay again if back in the area.

This was our first time camping here at the KOA in Townsend. We had a wonderful stay. We've not been camping long but this has been by far our favorite place to camp.

What a hidden gem in Townsend! Our campsite on the river had a nice space and large patio which was perfect for our 31 ft trailer. The amenities were great (my daughter loved the playground) and the staff was very courteous. We already have another trip planned and cannot wait to come back!

Had an awesome time. Grounds are well kept and clean! Spaces are a little tight as we were in a 43’ Class A motorhome but would definitely be back and not let that hinder anything. Everyone was super friendly and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you

We had a site right on the water edge, and it was just beautiful. The site offered a large patio area that was complete with table and chairs.

Great layout easy access some beautiful creek front lots we would recommend. Very clean well kept camp. Staff very friendly attentive with customer service being their priority. We plan to return soon. Great location too.

Best Koa we have ever stayed at. Great location, clean area and friendly people! We would certainly return and recommend to others. There is only one negative to our stay….the worst toilet paper I have ever used. Please change that.

Lots of trees to manuver through in campground. cable tv had excellent quality. wi-fi was steady and strong enough. I've been to many rv parks that have poor quality cable - wi-fi. thanks for everthing. ps the bathroom were great.

Beautiful Rv park. Located right outside the entrance to the Smoky Mountains. Has the Little River running next to it. Every site is awesome. Very well kept. Convenient gas station with diesel out front. Fueled our motor home there with easy access.

This campground is a true gem in the Smokies. The staff and management are wonderful. Such a beautiful, peaceful location. Highly recommend.

Cades cove is a great place to go and enjoy nature at its best, pigeon forge has a lot of wonderful stores and amusement parks along the strip

This is a "Holiday" KOA so it has amenities for campers who stay away and look for entertainment. It is just outside and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The "Little River" flows by the edge of the campground then into the National Park. some sites back up to the river. There are many trees in the campground. The bathroom and other building facilities are dated in design but clean, neat and spotless in appearance. I feel the whole campground is well maintained. I have a high-end site, $100/night but I like the space. All sites are gravel. Mine was in excellent condition. Very quiet at night. No AT&T cell service but the campground WiFi worked very well all the time.
