My only complaint is that we could not have both vehicles at the Cabin. We had to park on across the Street. Makes it a little inconvenient, Deluxe Cabin was nice and fully stocked. The Loft is definitely for Kids only.

We really enjoyed our cabin on the river. We found some black mold in the bedroom air conditioner and would recommend cleaning that. Otherwise had a great stay!

The check in window being only 2 hours for cabin rentals is slightly inconvenient and an odd time for arrivals. Parking is confusing when you are unable to check in on arrival day and then get charged a fee without knowing where to park additional cars. The extra parking lot does not indicate it is for KOA, making it confusing to know if you may get towed for parking overnight.

The stay was even better than we had hoped. An employee greated us with a smile upon arrival. The facility was very clean and well organized. The camp site was On the lil river. Incredible! A gas station and store are located at the entrance

Cabin was very clean. Campground quiet. Close to Caves Cove, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.

Stayed only 2 nights but it was quiet and the individual showers were nice and close to all units. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Very friendly & helpful staff. Loved our site. Very private with tons of trees & shrubs with a great outdoor space. This campground is situated next to the Little River & the Great Smokey Mountains making it a very peaceful & quiet location. We very much enjoyed the Townsend area and would come back again!

Had a smaller spot, backed into a wooded spot with a view of the river across site 100. We spent two nights there and enjoyed our time while there. Bathhouse showers Rock!!

Girl at front desk at check in was rude and unfiendly. I will not be back to Little River KOA The campgrounds are not up to the usual standards. Its sad we have been going to this campground since 2001 with previous owners. Our last two visits were not enjoyable due to your staff and we will not be back.

Cabins are lovely but layout is lacking. The Deluxe Cabin we stayed in had no sink in bathroom, having to use the kitchen sink for hygiene. At this price point expected more. Decided to stay an extra night as we were quoted a price with discount but when we went to pay was told they could not give the discount promised. Would not stand behind employees quote. Will go back to CC instead.

Always enjoy staying here! Very clean campground. Water, electricity, and cable TV always reliable. All staff members are always helpful!

Our stay was very uneventful. We enjoyed our stay, and was never disturbed by any outrageous noises, traffic or staff. Staff was present thru out the day, and always seemed happy with their job, professional and always willing to help. They had a lovely fenced in area for K9s, which was wonderful d/t us having our 2 fur babies with us. Beautiful scenery, calm atmosphere, and clean facilities.

Service was great. Liked our site. Only complaint is additional vehicle parking policy. Lots of empty parking spaces reserved for employees that aren’t used and spaces in front of pool not used. Staff seems very sensitive to it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Townsend KOA is top notch, our cabin was clean, staff was helpful and friendly with updates being sent via text. Looking forward to staying again next year!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. This was our first visit to a KOA campground, but it won't be our last. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cades cove is a great place to go and enjoy nature at its best, pigeon forge has a lot of wonderful stores and amusement parks along the strip

This is a "Holiday" KOA so it has amenities for campers who stay away and look for entertainment. It is just outside and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The "Little River" flows by the edge of the campground then into the National Park. some sites back up to the river. There are many trees in the campground. The bathroom and other building facilities are dated in design but clean, neat and spotless in appearance. I feel the whole campground is well maintained. I have a high-end site, $100/night but I like the space. All sites are gravel. Mine was in excellent condition. Very quiet at night. No AT&T cell service but the campground WiFi worked very well all the time.
