We have stayed at this campground before and enjoyed it. Jim was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, a large limb fell on our camper, breaking our awning frame and ripping the awning about two feet. No one offered to help even though one of the workers came to tell us he saw all the damage. It's disheartening that they just didn't care. The female manager was very unfriendly.

We stayed there for a weekend and absolutely loved the cabin. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful also. They checked all the boxes. We will definitely be back.

It was amazing staying here. We stayed in one of the cabins that was right on river, and it was wonderful. The staff is amazing. So helpful, kind, and always smiling and waving as they passed you while in the campground. We will return!

Nice & clean. Only challenge was we tried to change reservation a few days before & they did not answer calls or return voicemails.

Quiet time of year so don’t know what it would be like during the busy season. Close to a lot of entertainment. I enjoyed the quiet. Cabin was very comfortable. See you in April.

We were there for 14 days and the staff was very nice and friendly and the bathhouses were clean and well kept. It is nice to be able to put your garbage out to have it picked up. We had a river site which was awesome. Also it was nice that the staff built a fire everyday at the pavilion. In the mornings when it was cold and I was walking my dog, we would go 8n there so I could get warmed up.

As always, we enjoyed our stay. It’s our favorite campground. The staff goes out of their way to provide a clean and inviting campground. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We initially had a few hiccups however they were resolved. The only thing I would recommend is possibly better cleaning as there was cobwebs in most windows and the pots, pans and other kitchen items were extremely dirty and dusty. Other than that I would definitely stay again. Kids enjoyed it and we enjoyed it as well.

Really appreciate the campground workers. The fireplace pavilion was a life saver for our family winter trip. The pavilion was a haven in the snow and cold weather to gather. Eat and play games all day long since the inclement weather had park roads shut down. Thank you so much for saving our vacation.

Great weekend. The camp cabins were excellent. Facilities very clean, and the staff very friendly. The wifi worked quite well.

One of our top 5 camp grounds If I may suggest to adding little trash cans to collect dog poop. Thanks for the little bags No one wants to take it back in coach’s .

Campground was very clean and well taken care of. Only issue I had was upon arrival, the lady who checked me in told me a may not be able to sleep in my car. I was ultimately able to but she seemed unsure of the rules. Outside of that, fantastic experience.

We were their 3 nights and we loved the cabin we stay in also the river was close maybe we would come back to fish loved the play area for kids and the store was nice and you could get gas their.

Check in lady was friendly as a snake. We are both handicap and from basic cabin to bathhouse is extremly difficult to accomplish. There was no exterior water available for us to draw from. Dump station closed; therefore, we could not empty our port-john before leaving - UNACCEPTABLE! A tiny heater in extreme cold is not acceptable for $105 a night. Cabin needed serious caulking

We stayed in Deluxe Cabin 2 along the river. The staff worked quickly to solve a parking issue as we were pulling a car in tow trailer. Thank you so very much to the Townsend, TN KOA Team for making our stay comfortable. The Cabin was just what we needed, a double bed and a sofa bed, pet friendly, overlooked the river rapids, and close to Cades Cove, Smoky Mountain National Park.

We had a great stay! The cabin was beautiful, convenient and affordable. The river just next to the cabin was so relaxing. The area was quiet and full of things to do nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. My boys are already trying to plan a return trip. I love that the linens were provided as well as a few small appliances, dishes, grill and a full-sized fridge. We'll be back!

Staff could try to be friendly. They seen a little cold towards guest. Except the young lady at the camp store. She and the guy with one arm were very friendly. The lady at the check in building not so at all.

Cades cove is a great place to go and enjoy nature at its best, pigeon forge has a lot of wonderful stores and amusement parks along the strip

This is a "Holiday" KOA so it has amenities for campers who stay away and look for entertainment. It is just outside and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The "Little River" flows by the edge of the campground then into the National Park. some sites back up to the river. There are many trees in the campground. The bathroom and other building facilities are dated in design but clean, neat and spotless in appearance. I feel the whole campground is well maintained. I have a high-end site, $100/night but I like the space. All sites are gravel. Mine was in excellent condition. Very quiet at night. No AT&T cell service but the campground WiFi worked very well all the time.
