This place has a lot of potential, the play grounds were great and the pool and pond with inflatables were great. I am used to getting my welcome text and then text that tell me what is going on or when things are about to start. I got two text messages. One saying hello and one saying check out is at 11. The only get one pass per site to open the gate is also a pain when you have two cars regist

One item I found that was mildly troublesome is that poor communication between customer and office personnel. I tried for a day and a half to get firewood delivered to my site as it was offered as an amenity. I used a text thread that was initially started with me by the campground with no response. No persons returned my voice-mail either. I had to walk in. Only able to access staff until 6

We love coming there to visit! We live locally and like to come for the weekend with other campers. However, this past stay we HATED our site. It was too small and on a hill. I also asked to be close to the playground and we were not. We reserved a back in site and I know that there were other open sites because we come often. I wish we were able to pick our site online.

Great campground many improvements over the years we have witnessed the new glamping tents look really cool might be fun to leave the camper at home sometime and give them a try!

My family & I had a wonderful time during Appreciation Weekend! Rob & Fred are doing an outstanding job with the campgrounds! We love all the FUN activities they have to offer! (except the wagon ride). People are so friendly and go out of their way to help you…We love it there!

The staff was very friendly. A dust bowl when dry, mud pit when wet, clueless site manager, no cable TV, dead tree dropped branch on trailer, quiet time not enforced, Cafe not organized, store closes too early, and access road is ridiculous. I had to spend hours cleaning my truck and trailer once home. The campground was much better prior to corporate taking ownership from the private owner.

I don't like the $30 site lock fee, the roads need help lots of dust. The poll is very nice as well as the full hook ups work well.

The park was very clean and well maintained. Lots of different site options. This was our first visit to the park, I gave this a 4 out of 5, we were in the M row and this row looks like they just cut it through the woods and laid down gravel, they were the only unlevel sights in the park, with about a 2-3ft slope from front to back. Otherwise the park was great, everyone was friendly.

Knew the KOA brand from many stays over the years. I knew we’d have a nice place to stay. It far exceeded my expectations! Campground was clean, very well staffed with very friendly and helpful people. Didn’t use many facilities due to being so busy at my HS reunion.

The campground was beautiful and had all the amenities you could ask. We stayed in what appeared to be a new area. We were in I believe M5 and the sight was sloped so much we could not level properly.

Would have been 5 stars but really need dust control on main roads there is plenty of water from ponds to wet the roads.even if just on weekends when u know there will be a-lot of campers coming in.

The staff at the campground were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at this campground early in the spring and found out that they are under new ownership. We stayed this weekend and were very surprised with all the work they are doing to improve the campground. The general manager was very nice and the staff was always on the grounds assisting campers or working on the grounds. Great campground

I usually always give all stars for this location. But this time there were a lot of very rude people with no real initiative to care about others. Several nights of teens bouncing on pillow blaring rap music with curse words with young kids around. Kids running under our canopy looking in our camper. Adults walking their dogs across road into our space to let their dogs poop. Not the norm.

Very nice and peaceful. The only thing I would have liked is the store to be open just a bit longer for late arrivals and to get odds and ends if need be.

It's hard to rate these guys because the campground is very nice. We've stayed before & loved the experience. However, we will NEVER STAY in the section that has sites M3-M10. We've stayed at many campgrounds & never have we had a site as close together, uneven (up hill or down hill) & extreme uphill sewers as these sites. There was very little room for our tow vehicle. NEVER again for M3-M10.

Nice campground, BUT we had the worst sites ever. M 7 is very uneven, and the whole section is too tight for anything over 24 feet long. Plus, we had neighbor who left their 2 dogs alone in the camper all day, barking every time something was outside. Not the campground's fault, but the barking dogs added to the rotten site aggravation.

Of all the campgrounds we have been to this one is hands down the best. The sites are very spacious. Plenty of things to do for the kids. Quiet at night. Honestly I couldn’t be any happier with my stay.

Activity schedule from what was on line wasn't the same, the printed one once checked in was changed, so we missed most of activities for our kids. Not the same as in previous years.

The facilities were nice, with plenty to keep the kids busy (pool, pond, gaga ball, etc.) We camped with a large group and the office was unable to reserve spaces near each other. Some of the sites were very uneven and made for challenging set up. Overall a nice campground that I would go to again, especially if we could reach someone in the office to reserve specific sites for us.

We throughly enjoyed the stay. The campground was very clean, well maintained and your golf cart "Ambassadors" that work there were very pleasant and accomodating. One even offered to give me a ride when they saw I was walking to a another site. Improve the reservation system and you will be a 10+.

Overall, we did enjoy our time, but I would recommend the following improvements: pool temperature could have been a few degrees warmer, more enforcement of the speed limit, too many yellow jackets/bees; most importantly, the store closed at 5pm on the door sign, but it noted 6pm on the website. Would recommend store open until 8pm. Would recommend an indoor arcade and/or pool table.

To be clear, this is a KOA, not a hotel. When I rate the rooms here, I refer to the sites. I have NOT stayed in their cabins. This KOA is under new ownership this year and so far it seems great. We camped here a few times last year as weekend visitors. The sites are nice, well-maintained, and reasonably private for a KOA. This year, we have returned as “permanent” campers at a dedicated site. Having camped at dozens of other places over the last several years, we did not choose this KOA as a permanent location without considerable research and discussion. The staff is immediately helpful upon arrival and keeps up a high standard of service over the entire stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The camp store is nicely stocked and maintained as are the amenities such as the heated pool, the swimming pond, and fishing pond. The camp site we have is nice and level enough that I was easily able to level my RV in all directions pretty quickly. We have a nice fire pit and plenty of space for my family and dogs. We are close to the nice showers and bathrooms. Though we will not likely use them often, it is nice that they are clean and available. The water, power, and sewer hookups are in good shape and I have no concerns about them. As for location, this campground seems to be pretty quiet and amongst a very wooded area. There is a small amount of gravel road leading up to the campground regardless of the direction you come in, but the road seems to be very well-maintained and has caused us no concerns so far. We like that it is isolated, but other needs are close enough if we want them. Within a few minutes, you can get to a hardware store, many food options, and other needs likely to arise when camping…especially wineries/distilleries. Lots of wineries and such are very close. Overall, this is a great KOA to visit or stay a season. I hope you and your guests are able to enjoy this area and this campground is a great place to start!

So we went Off season to visit for a night with the dog and the baby. The site was well maintained, clean and off city. The new owners were super Friendly new. We had a nice cosy and Quiet night. Just what we needed. Grocery stores and all needs are within 15 minutes from site.

Although we only stayed one night it was very relaxing. We were traveling with 3 dogs and got a site that had a dog pen. It was lovely walking around early in the morning. They have a fantastic gift shop too! I'm going back for sure
