We liked the amenities and our site had nice outdoor furniture and a patio. However the gravel road created a lot of dust. We watered down the road in front of our site which helped. Please put down more gravel or pave the roads. It’s a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

we were not pleased. our site was not level with a build up stone in the back of the site causing us to elevate our tires about a foot in the air. we were unable to use our outdoor mat as the site was so uneven. when my husband called to see if we could be moved to another location, he was told there were none available, no discount, only a refund, but nowhere of course for us to relocate to.

This was our first time camping at Grand River Valley. One of the best camping experiences we’ve had. We were in the basic cabin and across from the shower houses. Everything was very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. The kids are already asking to come back :)

Truthfully I was surprised at how nice our cabin was and with AC. The playground was very nice and our family memebera loved the pond and pool. Glad we had the opportunity to stay here.

Beautiful park! The only problem we had was the dust. It was so dry that everytime someone drove by, everything was covered in dust (not the campground's fault). They were trying to spray the roads down, it just wasn't enough. I would definitely stay here again

We were very impressed at the facility, our site was perfect. There is plenty to do within the campgrounds. One huge problem is the DUST. The roads need to be paved since there is so much traffic on them the dust flies everywhere and makes it uncomfortable to sit outside. Other than that, the place is perfect and we will return

Fun with family oriented activities. Just a couple of negatives that prevent a 5 star, proximity of tent sites and bathrooms. Overall great time! We will be back in the future!

We stayed for 1 week. Staff was friendly and accommodating, large level site, amenities were great, clean bathrooms, activities schedule was a bit lacking. Only complaint was that our gate pass didn't work the first night and the office closed at 6. Luckily, another camper helped us out. This could have been frustrating if this happened the night we arrived back very late.

Wouldn’t recommend for a one night stay. This is a very large campground, 10 min from the HW. We were put in a spot the furthest away from the amenities. I had wanted to do laundry but we were too far to walk. Several folks walked thru our site and a motorcycle drove right by our door! Many seasonal RV’s.

I’ve stayed at this KOA several times. This was not my favorite stay. Previously I haven’t been charged for my service dog and this time I was.

It was nice but the dust from the dirt on the roads were bad. They need more gravel to cover the road.

We were impressed with the service and the ability to get help when we needed it. Out stay was good and without conflict and we had plenty to do and the amenities are good. The Highmark is the internet and we thank you for having the best one that I have stayed at yet. We do plan a return.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly. The campground and facilities were well kept. We especially loved the swimming pond! We’re looking forward to coming back!

We have been camping at this park each summer for the past 5 years and love so much about it such as the campsites, the pool, the lake and inflatables and the location. However, it appears as if your staff is not keeping up with the maintenance and landscaping, which is disappointing. Also, something needs to be done about the roads as a lot of dust is kicked up by cars and golf carts.

Very nice campground, pool & ponds were great. Cabin was very clean. I had reservations for 2 adults & 2 kids, the bunk beds were not made up. TV was not connected to the internet, worked on several times trying to connect as I have Netflix, never got it working!! Would have been nice in the evenings.

management should have contacted us about the site we booked online because this site wasn't ready for a trailer. we complained about the huge gravel and was told that our site was in a sinking zone. the gravel poked a hole in our new mat. the electric and water were very far apart so went to the store and bought an electric cord then was told later by staff that it could've been loaned.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The only reason I didn’t give a 5star is the restrooms near the holler area were not clean at any time of the visit. Times of no toilet paper, dirt, and just overall cleanliness and odor. My tent sites and grounds were clean and well taken care of.

We really liked our week here. The grounds maintained nicely and the amenities were great. We really enjoyed the dog wash station, float slide/trampoline in the swim pond and the stocked fishing pond. My 6yo son landed a 8# catfish first cast! Natural casing hot dogs worked best for bait. What sucked was our site. A-6,7 and 8 are extremely steep and that area was very tight to park lg campers.

We loved our site, the puppy pen was great for our 2 dogs!! Everyone was so nice. Very clean. Loved the pool and lake with the fun things for the kids. The playgrounds were great and puppy parks were nice.

Overnighted here out and back on our recent trip. Fun place with lots to do for the kids; ponds, pool, fishing pond. Nice cabin/tent cabin on the water. No cable, but they have 5G WIFI and I hooked up my laptop to streaming, which they encourage. Yay! It's off the interstate by about 5 miles, so very quiet. I liked it a lot and would especially recommend it for families with kids and pets.

Most unique KOA. So many different sites to choose from. Clean, friendly ( especially Aiden). Flat gravel site for our 38ft towing, upgraded us to a pull thru. One of the best CG so far. Don't let the gravel roads scare you!

Staff was very friendly and helpful! From the young ladies at the camp office/store to the gentlemen maintaining the park grounds. Only complaint is the water slide at the lake was taken down during the week. Was told only up for the weekends. Just would expect it to be available for all paying customers who stay either during the week or weekend.

I miss the flowers that the previous owners maintained around the campground. I was also a little concerned about the slide at the swimming pond. It seemed under inflated and floppy. My son also missed the boats at the swimming pond. But overall this is still one of the best campgrounds we've visited. We'll keep coming back year after year.

We really enjoyed our time at this campground. Clean, Friendly Owners. Lots to do for kids (pool, water slide, and trampoline, 2 playgrounds, basketball, jumping pillow). Great park for dogs, with two dog parks and pet-friendly sites. We will be back next summer!

Nice campground very large sites, clean and great wifi. We were on A22 and it was very unlevel on left side facing coach, along with pretty much all the sites in row, so once we leveled motorcoach had to use our extra step to get in. Pool was very nice clean but rough walking surface around it maybe to keep running down. We would come back again.

To be clear, this is a KOA, not a hotel. When I rate the rooms here, I refer to the sites. I have NOT stayed in their cabins. This KOA is under new ownership this year and so far it seems great. We camped here a few times last year as weekend visitors. The sites are nice, well-maintained, and reasonably private for a KOA. This year, we have returned as “permanent” campers at a dedicated site. Having camped at dozens of other places over the last several years, we did not choose this KOA as a permanent location without considerable research and discussion. The staff is immediately helpful upon arrival and keeps up a high standard of service over the entire stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The camp store is nicely stocked and maintained as are the amenities such as the heated pool, the swimming pond, and fishing pond. The camp site we have is nice and level enough that I was easily able to level my RV in all directions pretty quickly. We have a nice fire pit and plenty of space for my family and dogs. We are close to the nice showers and bathrooms. Though we will not likely use them often, it is nice that they are clean and available. The water, power, and sewer hookups are in good shape and I have no concerns about them. As for location, this campground seems to be pretty quiet and amongst a very wooded area. There is a small amount of gravel road leading up to the campground regardless of the direction you come in, but the road seems to be very well-maintained and has caused us no concerns so far. We like that it is isolated, but other needs are close enough if we want them. Within a few minutes, you can get to a hardware store, many food options, and other needs likely to arise when camping…especially wineries/distilleries. Lots of wineries and such are very close. Overall, this is a great KOA to visit or stay a season. I hope you and your guests are able to enjoy this area and this campground is a great place to start!

So we went Off season to visit for a night with the dog and the baby. The site was well maintained, clean and off city. The new owners were super Friendly new. We had a nice cosy and Quiet night. Just what we needed. Grocery stores and all needs are within 15 minutes from site.

Although we only stayed one night it was very relaxing. We were traveling with 3 dogs and got a site that had a dog pen. It was lovely walking around early in the morning. They have a fantastic gift shop too! I'm going back for sure
