Only got to stay 2 nights, but I was extremely happy to be at the Sugarloaf Key KOA. Easily the cleanest and most well kept campground I've ever been to. It's the equivalent of being at a 4 star hotel. Hopefully next time I get the chance to visit, the winds will be a little more cooperative.

Stay was good. Facilities amazing, staff at Marina store were great. Person pushing us out of our site was very rude and talked down to us. Outside of that one person it would have been an amazing stay.

The beach sites are gorgeous! The whole park is gorgeous… we loved the pool area. The staff is amazing! We had such a great time!

Staff is wonderful. Maintenance on the pool and the hot tub is ridiculous. I very much needed both the pool and the hot tub functional as I was recovering from surgery. That being down was disappointing for me. I am coming back next year and would love to see properly maintained equipment and more heat in the hot tub. Thanks

Absolutely fabulous experience. The park is immaculate-it’s evident the employees take great pride in their job and the resort. Pool is spectacular. Love the daily activities. Highly recommend. Already booked for next year!

Everything was amazing however not being able to sit outside in the evenings due to the horrible noseeems was very disappointing. I got bite pump bad I’m still nursing my bites. I’m a Floridian & certainly know about the bugs but this really was an inconvenience. Perhaps considering paying a service to come spray. I stayed in a tent so it was worst & everytime I would open my door they would

We love everything about Sugarloaf KOA, the park is beautiful and superbly maintained. The staff is very friendly and great at their various jobs. The bingo night was especially fun and creative!

We were using a tent camping our area was perfect. The facilities were all very nice and clean. when we were leaving or alternator went out. A gentleman helped us that work there by getting us a charger and we were on our way within the hour.This was very much above and beyond his duties. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but we thank him very very much!

Loved the pool area. Bathrooms and showers were so clean. Only Campground Ive never has to use shower shoes! Used to stay here when my kids were little, the renovations you have done are amazing. Everything looks so much better.

I went down again to this wonderful and clean KOA campground and hotel.... What can I say....it was again a great time there, meet some nice people this time too.... If you have an RV, or like tenting, this is your perfect place to go... I recommend this KOA to everyone who likes camping !...and there is also a stop point right at Mangrove Mama Restaurant on US1 now to jump on a Lower Keys shut

Beautiful spot, very clean showers/bathrooms. Everyone was extremely friendly and greeting. Grounds clean. Front desk woman (#3?) was so helpful in assisting with initial reservation and also helping to make adjustments to my stay. With the small private beach area, what’s not to enjoy!

Loved the place I would recommend this place. The staff is very friendly and wonderful . the place is very clean. I was very impressed by the size and cleanliness of the restrooms and shower . So if you are in the area I would recommend you stay here

As with every KoA site we have visited, the exemplary service is always on par. The campground was immaculate, well maintained, and beautiful. The staff are top notch! Very friendly, accommodating, and courteous. KoA sets the bar that every other campground must adhere to. They are at the top of the industry!!! KoA member for life!!

We have camped in the tent sites several times now. The campground is beautiful, clean and the bathrooms are spotless. The only thing I would recommend is to turn the water temperature in the pool down for the hottest months of the year, because this time it was too hot to swim comfortably.

I just can't say enough good things about Sugarloaf KOA! Every staff member there was extremely friendly & beyond helpful. They truly went out of their way to make you feel at home. The grounds were not only beautiful but impeccably clean. The accomodations there were by far, the nicest I've ever seen. We had a great stay at Sugarloaf & can't wait to go back!! :)

The staff was very friendly, great place to stay. We loved the pool area with all the amenities, lots of shady places including hammocks. The bar is right next to the pool, so fun. (The food wasn't great,though) The campground is very well kept, the bathrooms were spotless. We stayed in a tent area in which was provided extra shade (so appreciated). Great job, KOA Sugarloaf

Beyond impressed! Truly a Resort setting! Very very clean. Bathrooms cleaned it seemed like every 15 minutes. April in the Marina store is a True Gem!!! If we could clone April the World would be a better place. So genuine, friendly, happy and helpful!!

The place is great. Loved it. Very clean. Staff very friendly. The only thing I would recommend would be a quarterly bug control for nats. Man them jokers are bad. If staying in a tent I would recommend two things. Have a high powered fan and a thermo cell. Have the maintenance dept. Clean up the brush along the tent sites. Cut it back about twenty feet. The tent area I used was perfect with the awning!! Saved me getting soaked!! The Bathroom/Showers were Exceptionally Clean, the pool area was well kept and all the Employees were Helpful and Engaging!

Beautiful if you have an RV. Do not camp here. Little biting bugs will eat you alive. Bug spray didn't work to keep them away. Would not camp here again.

We had a great time. The camprground was clean, beautifully landscaped, great staff, great service, great amenities, great atmosphere clean and well kept bathrooms, showers and laundrymat. The pub/restaurant had good food. We never left, we didn't need to, everything we needed was there. Loved every minute. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely one of the best resorts that we have come across during our cross country trip. The place is clean with beautiful landscaping and great amenities. The bathrooms are spotless. The staff if one of the best we have experience friendly and helpful. It clear they take pride in keeping their resort clean. The mosquitoes were definitely a problem but no fault of the resort. We constantly saw employees spraying trying to manage them. So my only advice would be to bring a lot of mosquito repellent if you want to enjoy the outdoors and the amenities the resort has to offer.

Ein wunderschöner Stellplatz wir waren dort vor ein paar Wochen und es was super schön die Leute sind extrem nett der Platz ist sauber und die Leute sehr freundlich. Mit dem Uber nach key West sind es zwischen 20-30 Minuten!
