Beautiful campground . The staff are very friendly . They are always out and about, keeping the grounds clean and taking away garbage. The only negative thing is the size is the sites. Since they are made private by shrubs, there’s not a lot of space in the sites. But We would return.

We only stayed 1 night passing through the keys, however, it was fantastic! The employees that we met were all friendly and helpful. The dog park is small, but the fact that there was a dog park at all made all the difference. Each RV site was surrounded by beautiful greenery to give you a little privacy from your neighbors. The campground was meticulously well-kept and B-E-A-UTIFUL!

Beautiful landscaping and large sites. Nice bar and pool area and Sat. nite entertainment was great. Only issue was all the large crushed gravel for sites and everywhere else. Will rent a patio site next time to avoid all the too large crushed stone.

The campground is beautiful with a beautiful pool area. Plus, a great and helpful staff. Would definitely glamp there again.

Loved this campground! The grounds and facilities are immaculate and attractive. The foliage and flowers make a beautiful screening between sites. The amenities are great and it’s nice to have a bar and cafe on site. The employees are all so willing to help and go out of their way to make your visit perfect. We wanted to name a few that we remember DaAshia,Bubba,Sarah,but everyone was great!

Everything was great except poor availability of room to hook up our vehicles when leaving. Both sides of the street had boats, trucks, utility trucks occupied every extra space on the street once you exited. We had to connect in the middle of the street it was difficult as there were 4 of us traveling together.

The amenities were excellent and only second to the personnel. During my stay I lost my credit card and was contacted by their manager who told me not to worry and mailed the card to my house.. bottom line……GREAT PLACE!!

Very clean facilities and grounds. The entire staff was friendly & helpful, amenities were better than expected. Dog park was a nice added feature, however the only recommendation is to add more natural grass areas for dogs. The dog park was frequently overcrowded and a little smelly.

Was not only the most beautiful KOA we have stayed in, but the most beautiful period!!! Beautiful sites, landscaping is amazing. It’s super clean, resort living. Great job to all the employees!!

Beautiful camp resort! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to others and we would stay here again if we were in the area.

Perfect vacation! Felt like we were in a resort but with our own bed and food! Staff was just amazing! We love the way each RV sites have some intimacy. We are already planing on coming back next year!

Other than overly loud live music till 11 pm on Friday night our stay was pleasant. It’s a beautiful campground that is well cared for. The water in the mens showers in the morning wasn’t as hot as it could be, but the woman’s was fine. Love the hammocks and pool. Nice beach and marina. A shelter with seats for the bus stop across the street for the KW Shuttle would be nice. Also schedules

If only other KOA’s came close to this one many do not. Sites are beautifully landscaped, bathhouses and laundry are excellently maintained along with the store. Staff is kind and friendly, always willing to go a step beyond.

Our spot was absolutely perfect and so beautiful. Especially the sunrise. This campground is always spotless. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We love staying here and will return as often as we can.

It was fabulous! The amenities were great, it was super clean, staff were on point, met other fun guests, activities were engaging for all ages. Honestly, a 10! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at your KOA. Clean and quiet. Many places to go within 30 minute drive. Sites were clean and private. Our only trouble was your sites not really appropriate for Big Rv’s. We had a back in site with not much room to enjoy with our slide outs extended. Getting under the coach was difficult and not easily accessible. You should consider having spaces more appropriate Lg RVs

I was again down there at the KOA Sugarloaf Key and like always I'm so happy to be there !!.... It is an amazing place, after renewing everything.... I was there many times before that.... Now it is my favorite Camp - and RV place in the Florida Keys.... You should come and see that wonderful place, with even 2 Hotel Buildings, which I already tried out and I can tell it's amazing !!.... Fran

We had one of the patio sites close to the pool and loved it! We were there about 3 hours and decided to go ahead and reserve a week next April. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed the stores and bought things from both. The bar/pub was great and had great events. Our only complaint was one of the female bar tenders who was rude/snarky to us and other customers every time we were in.

The campground is beautiful and offers so much to do. There is a beach, marina with boat rentals and a pool. There are also daily or nightly activities at the pool. The campground is very tropical with plants and trees around the campsites and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was our second season here. Beautiful well kept park. Friendly helpful staff. The rates increased so dramatically for next year we had to go elsewhere for our month long stay in the Keys.

The resort was beautiful. I was disappointed in the lack of rule enforcement for the pool, hammocks, spa and the campground area. Children in the pool were throwing footballs unsafely, playing chicken swinging wildly on hammocks and in the hot tub w/o supervision. Other times they were riding bikes on roadways without regard to traffic. The bar was understaffed and unable to keep up with demand.

Wow!! Just WOW! Absolutely perfect place to stay. Quiet. Beautifully planted sires for privacy. Everything you need is here and much of what you want too. Loved it.

We first stayed about 1 year after reopening. You could envision the beneficial privacy when the landscaping had a chance to grow. The problem is the landscaping appears to only be partially maintained. It's not a height issue but a trimming issue so it is properly manicured and does not interfere with entering/exiting, not all but many of the sites. Paver weed control could be better also.

We had a great time and the campground was beautiful. WE LOVED the privacy of each spot on the grounds. The pool was amazing and the LARGE hot tub was the best.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, but I wished we could stay longer! Beautiful camping ground with all you need. The hotel appartement is really nice, you feel like home. Microwave, dishwasher, washmaschine, tumbler, coffeemaschine... The only thing : the light from outside was shining pretty bright trough the main door. It was a bit disturbing at night...

everything is so perfect. rooms are exactly like the photos. clean, great AC, beach, pool and hot tub are immaculate. only small issue is no upsidedown pineapples. hmmm, maybe next time.
