Friendly and beautiful campground. Very clean. Lush landscape around each camp site. Excellent pool, jacuzzi, bar/restaurant area.

As with every KoA site we have visited, the exemplary service is always on par. The campground was immaculate, well maintained, and beautiful. The staff are top notch! Very friendly, accommodating, and courteous. KoA sets the bar that every other campground must adhere to. They are at the top of the industry!!! KoA member for life!!

Due to incoming weather in Central Florida, we had to cut our stay short. We were there for 2 nights and enjoyed the campground. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. We will be back. My only 'complaint' would be that this place is booked out for so long, we cannot come back for many months.

We had the best time at the Sugarloaf KOA! Our site was spacious and level. The laundry facility was extremely clean. We enjoyed the pool, renting kayaks and fishing off the dock. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We already booked our next trip!

Wonderful campground, great staff, lots of activities during the week. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Captain Scott’s tour was super. Definitely coming back

This place is amazing. It feels like my own piece of heaven. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The staff went well above normal koodoes. Great job!!!!!

It was wonderful! Pool and hot tub were great ! Entertainment was fun ! Bathrooms clean All in all a great place with pleasant and helpful workers in ALL aspects of employment there !

Best RV site we've stayed at in America. Amazing facilities, so clean and well stocked at all times. Cafe, bar and marina fabulous. The staff all fantastic, helpful and welcoming. My family had the best time at the beach, fishing and in the pool. The hammocks are a great place to chill in the shade and the activities provided around the pool are a great touch too. The bin service is so helpful.

Staff was very friendly in our week stay and made us feel very included in everything offered at the campground. Campground was very clean even with a storm blowing through. Can't wait to go back!

Stayed for 2 weeks, including a few days of the Helene Hurricane, beautiful stay! Site was clean, shower facilities were top notch, pool and bar area were beautiful, the store and snack bar were great. The icing on the cake was the friendly Staff! Special shout out to the Ladies at the store for always being ready with a warm greeting and a smile! Jeff Gainey

Beautiful resort but the no see ums had us all looking like we had chicken pox or measles. I couldn’t stay outside without getting ate up. Maybe all the shrubs between campers is a nice privacy thing but those bugs live in them. A week after we left I still have bug bites. Restrooms/showers and laundry was great and all the employees we very nice and helpful. Great place, just stay inside

We loved the beauty of your resort, the amenities, and the friendliness of your staff. What a treat to stay there in paradise. Additionally, we enjoyed an ocean trip with Captain Scott. We were thrilled to have this boating opportunity right at your marina. We would keep a return trip on the top of our travel agenda and definitely recommend others to stay at the Sugarloaf KOA paradise.

It was wonderful! Landscape is beautiful…. Sites were awesomely private…. Pool was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly! A couple of the bar people were not as friendly and somewhat lazy….RANDY WAS KICKASS! Food was not great at all…. But the drinks weregood! We would definitely visit again

This is an absolutely amazing Campground. We have stayed at hundreds of KOAs around the country but nothing like this. The marina, campsites, pool and the staff are great. Can’t wait to go back.

Great facility, very clean, great and friendly staff. Our only problem was the amount of sand gnats, we got attacked. We had to buy bug spray and medicine for the bites.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Great amenities. Just missing a work out room but the pool and spa made up for it. No Grill but that is why you bring your own. We went fishing, kayaking, beach and community restaurants near by. We enjoyed the pool and spa, restaurant and bar.

The resort was clean and well maintained. The sites were nice and flat easy to level. The pool area with the pub and bar was great and had nightly activities. Getting to Key Wes was about a 45 minute ride by the local bus cost about $4 each way bus stop was a short walk from the resort. We also had a motorcycle along and took time to go both north and south on Rt 1 seen a bunch of key deer.

Always a great time when we come down. We got to enjoy a watersite with our daughter & son-in-law the time, a couple of good fishing trips out on the reef in our boat, great entertainment Friday & Saturday night at the cafe. As always, the entire staff - at check in, site escort, marina crew, and the bar/cafe/store are such an enjoyable group doing whatever necessary to make it a great experience.

My stay was very enjoyable. My only issue was the lack of walking area for dogs. They only surfaces throughout the park were either rock or paved roads. The rock is hard on pets feet and the pavement was extremely hot on their feet. There was no other way to get to the dog park. It's great that you welcome our pets but the terrain is almost dangerous fot them.

My boyfriend and I had an AMAZING stay at Sugarloaf Key KOA for our anniversary trip to Key West. We had a fantastic time! We stayed at the North Building (there are 2), which is closest to the water. I highly recommend requesting this building (if possible) for a shorter walk to the beach. We enjoyed the sandy beach while there and ate at the cafe near the pool. Food was as to be expected for a poolside meal, but definitely did the trick. They have the chocolate key lime pie on a stick there, which saved us a late night trip to Key West. We were very grateful for that! They are exactly 30 minutes from the touristy part of Key West, which was perfect for us. I HIGHLY recommend and would definitely come back for a future stay! One thing I would like to comment on is they do not allow for early check-in, so be aware of that if you arrive before 2/3pm. Your door will not open! P.S. Quick story: I left my favorite necklace in my room and called the front desk as soon as I noticed it was missing. They found it within a few days and graciously mailed it back to me free of charge. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Thank you KOA!

A fantastic resort in the beauty of the Keys. Abounding amenities, including Cap'n Scotts boat tours from the KOA marina. Friendly staff were very welcoming and attentive. A crown jewel of a resort.

Amazing KOA here! I stayed in one of their hotel rooms, it was clean, comfortable large TV on the wall. I was on the 3rd floor and there is a porch with chairs and table. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Exceeded my expectations!
