Key West Paddle Classic
More FUN in one day than most people have all year!
Watersports enthusiasts on paddleboards and other self-propelled watercraft can race around the continental United States' southernmost island during the annual Key West Paddle Classic. The 12-mile distance race around Key West is open to paddlers on stand-up and prone paddleboards, outrigger canoes, surf skis, kayaks, row and dory boats. Participants can compete as individuals or in two-person, three-person, five-person and six-person teams as well as in relay teams of three.
Fantasy Fest is an annual 10-day party in paradise for grown-ups. Started in 1979 by a small group of Key West locals, the party was created to bring visitors to the island in what was a typically quiet, but beautiful season. It worked. Fantasy Fest has grown every year since its inception and is now the wildest extravaganza around! Fun-loving revelers from around the globe bring their creativity and imaginations as they descend upon Key West each year in October for 10 days filled with costuming, parades, libations, and excitement!

Key West Offshore World Championship
Race World Offshore is excited to bring teams and fans to Key West for an amazing Offshore World Championship experience. RWO is the premier Offshore Racing Sanctioning body in the United States and our team is dedicated to producing an unforgettable week. Presented by the Lower Keys Guides Association, the tournament raises money for the Florida Keys Guides Trust Foundation. The foundation provides funds to assist fishing guides who are recovering from an illness or injury. Participants must use either spin or fly tackle to pursue the catch-and-release tournament's target species of bonefish, permit and barracuda. A maximum of three fish of each species can be scored per team per day.
Tri Key West
Athletes will converge on the southernmost island on the United States and enjoy a break from the ordinary. The Key West Triathlon is proudly brought to you by Integrity Multisport™. Key West Half Marathon & 5k

Florida Keys Seafood Festival
Bring the whole family for the freshest seafood caught, cleaned, prepared and served by local fishermen. This event is a fundraiser for the Florida Keys Commercial Fishermen's Association FKCFA and goes to support sustainable fishing programs, marine restoration projects & college scholarships. A $10 admission is good for BOTH Saturday and Sunday and the festival is to be held at Bayview Park.

Key West Food & Wine Festival
The Festival named #1 Best Wine Fest in 2022 & #2 in 2023The festival include over 20 unique events including waterfront wine tastings, winemaker/chef collaborations, local events that present an authentic taste of Key West, and an amazing grand tasting event. The theme for 2024 is Ole Espana, celebrating the wine and culture of Spain and its impact on Key West. Key West has been a part of Spain for 302 years. Key West, or Cayo Hueso (Island of Bones) was discovered by Ponce de Leon, named Las Martines and claimed by Spain in 1513. In 1815 Don Juan de Estrada granted Key West to Juan Pablo Salas for meritorious service to the crown.

The annual Conch Republic Independence Celebration commemorates the Keys' symbolic 1982 secession from the United States and reinvention as the eccentric republic.
