Staff was always friendly, smiling, and willing to help. We loved the greenery. Made sites private, cut down noise, and totally roped off the resort feel. We look forward to coming back someday.

Sugarloaf KOA is an OUTSTANDING park. By far the best RV camp we have visited! The staff does a wonderful job tending to the beautiful landscaping and every building is very clean and organized. The showers /bathrooms were immaculate and the pool was crystal clear. Every employee was soooo friendly and helpful! We will certainly return! Thank you for your hospitality !!!! We had a very pleasant stay over Memorial day sites are lush private and cozy. Most staff very friendly and accommodating bathrooms nice and clean dryers in the main pool area laundry room did not dry my laundry and were expensive cant add coins for more time so had to hang clothes around the camper to dry pool amenities could be open later very nice pool area yummy pizzas we will come again:)

Great pool & hot tub that is surrounded by shrubbery that provides privacy from the outside. Good swimming beach and toys for the kids. Staff is friendly. Shrubbery between campsites makes them a bit cramped. 5 mph speed limit is posted but not enforced. Most of the KOA employees drive way too fast to have any kind of enforcement creditability. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This place was amazing! The staff was over the top helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to help in all aspects. The grounds and facilities were kept immaculate! We will be back.

Without a doubt the nicest KOA resort I’ve been to! The facility; beach, bar, pool and cafe were great! The staff insisted on catering to our every need with a smile. This is a must stay if you’re in the Keys!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our 2 week stay! The staff here were so friendly and accommodating, the sites are well landscaped and maintained, and the shaded pool area was immaculate - so relaxing! We checked out other resorts in the area and KOA was by far the best on all scores. Definitely will stay again.

We were there for 4 days and our experience at Sugarloaf Keys KOA was really good! The only thing I would change is the dryers I did laundry and one cycle would not dry towels.

Great staff, very friendly! Enjoyed the campground, especially the pool and hot tub. Would have loved an adult only pool. The dryers are terrible, took 2-3 cycles to dry clothes.

Hands down the most beautiful KOA ever!! Great pool, pub, and food. Fun water trampoline at the beach. Clean laundry room and bathrooms. Amazing staff! Can't wait to go back every year!

Friendly staff, Peggy and Bryan were very accommodating. Our premium water site was worth the money: private, ocean breeze, nice table, chairs and fire pit. Will definitely return!

Beautiful resort! Our family had a wonderful time. The boys were so busy with so many activities and the adult activities pool side we also entertaining. Especially loved Michael Hammond Band.

Laundry and machines were super clean and cleaned regularly. Great job. Everyone was friendly. My husband had problems going into the sea because he prefers to see the bottom while walking, and there was no completely clear path. The water toys were cool and we had a lot of fun. One cover on a water toy should be properly fixed again for safety.

The grounds and landscaping were pristine and beautiful. I loved the cafe by the pool and all the available things to do there. We didn't even have to leave the campground if we didn't want to. The check in was easy and we even extended our stay. The bath houses were very clean and had high quality doors and fixtures. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help.

We really liked this park, very clean and the staff was friendly. A little tight, but I know how to drive my 40 foot rig so it wasn't a big deal.

Beautiful property! We stayed in the hotel and our son had a campsite on the beach. Windy but great stay. Danielle at the pub and Bubba at the store & cafe' were particularly helpful, friendly and professional, although all of the staff were super nice! We'll be back as soon as we can :)

This is a beautiful campground with good plant screening between the sites. We travel in a 40' motorhome towing and the roads were easy to navigate. The pool was a tropical paradise with a great bar and food area. There were activities every night and the staff was friendly. The store was well stocked. We will stay here again as we enjoyed the beach front site with great water views.

The park was lovely and maintained well. I would be hesitant to recommend to friends because of the cost of a site. I believe these rates are unaffordable for most travelers who are already dwaling with higher fuel costs.

From the moment that you pull into this resort you know you are in paradise. The staff were all very friendly, the resort itself was absolutely beautiful. The sites were large and tropical. The pool the bar everything was a A++. My favorite KOA so far!

What a beautiful park!! Top notch! Everything was kept beautifully. Bathrooms roomy and clean. Pool area was amazing! Bar was great with nightly entertainment. Wish we would have stayed longer. Some lots can be snug but the tropical foliage in between gives you privacy. Not much overhead shade. 30 ft TT lot 110. Definitely a tropical paradise! Would love to return some day!! 35 minutes to Key West

A beautiful well kept park with clean amenities. However, I warn for the elderly setting up camp to be aware of the narrow site with large boulders for landscape edging. I fell on them and bruised myself with scrapes pretty badly. Maneuvering around them and your RV proves to be difficult and quite a challenge for balance. Obviously, I need to work on my core some more.

Beautiful grounds. We had a patio site close to the camp store and pool. We felt like we didn’t have to leave bc of so many amenities. The only thing I’d say to add would be a place for dogs to swim besides the boat ramp bc it was very slippery � and a real grass dog park. (My dogs prefer the real grass on their buns lol) All the staff were very friendly. Boat rental was pricey.

The RV sites are to overgrown with shrubbery that makes it impossible to get around the camper with slides out. I had to step over large rocks that were very treacherous and could easily have caused a serious fall. The rocks and overgrown shrubbery needs to be serious thinned out before someone gets hurt.

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
