Sugarloaf KOA was beautiful and the staff was so kind and friendly. We loved playing on the water blow ups that were at the beach. And letting our dogs swim at the boat ramp was a major plus! The one thing that was a downer was the pool was closed for 24 hours do to an accident that wasn't their fault but did stink!

We were there for 3 nights. I can't say enough good things about this place. Grounds are beautiful and so well kept and the staff is so friendly. Our location was perfect because we were right at the showers/washer/dryer AND most importantly dog park! The pool area was great! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this campground!

Pleasantly surprised when checking in, remembering way back when in the year 2000 when we checked in place looked nothing like this. Understand from the staff the Hurricane Irma 2017 did major damage and this is the result. We stayed for 3 days, should have for 3 weeks. Definitely a come back.

We enjoyed our stay there, and extended our stay. Place is gorgeous. Pool and hot tub meticulously maintained, as was the whole place. Plenty of activities to do. The whole staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Sugarloaf Key KOA

We stayed for a week. We enjoyed the pool, the bar, the beach and of course, our campsite. The campsite was a little tight getting into due to the rocks lining both sides but the guides were great to help us.

The campground was clean and the staff was very friendly. We loved how each site was separated by shrubs to give us privacy. Great location.

Our site was so overgrown we couldn't get to the back of our camper. The entertainment was so loud we couldn't sit outside and we were several rows away from the pub. Drinks were outrageously expensive.

good stay, new park is wonderful, Nice amenities. our lot was very private, My only complaint was our lot was flooded Saturday night with about 4-5 inches of water after a heavy rain . I wish I had brought my waders!

Sugarloaf Key was the nicest camp ground we have stayed at. I can't think of anything they could do better. I highly recommend this KOA

The community at this KOA is fantastic! The staff is terrific and takes very well care of the grounds and it's guests. Loved the pool and pub area. Can't wait to come back!

This had to have been one of the nicest campgrounds I’ve ever visited. The sites were a great size and private. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The K9 Kamp was awesome for my puppy. Peter , one of the camp employees was very friendly and helpful with questions I had about employment with KOA. Have a great Holiday Season �

Incredibly well laid out for privacy in space. Only complaint was we had a hard rain during our stay and when I backed van into spot, the entire site was under water up to my ankles. I could not get out to plug in electric cord

We were camping with friends and your office was able to put us next to each other. Office staff and grounds crew were very friendly and helpful. The campground is beautiful with all the landscaping. The bathrooms and laundry were exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We also enjoyed the different activities you had on the calendar. We would stay here again.

except for scratching our trailer on a tree by following the directions of the employee everything was fine. They said we could fill out a report but basically they couldn't help us

Everything was great until it rained. Landscape fabric under beautiful gravel must prevent water soaking into ground. Had 3" of water over our entire site until the next morning. Otherwise, families and staff were excellent.

Campsite was great. Getting in it was tight and needed two KOA helpers to park. Good food and very clean restrooms. Beach should have.been built facing East for sunrise not looking at highway with the noise.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Perfect location. Great staff. Lots of green lush landscape throughout the campground. We were so impressed we extended our stay and still did not want to leave. We will definitely be back very soon.

Site was a bit tight for a 45’ coach. Length prevented access to rear for engine. Slides out did not support access to sewer/water without crawling under slide.

Great location, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Has everything you could need. The only nagitive for me was the no-see-ums bugs. Sprays and fans help with them. If it wasn't for the bugs I would of stayed another week. Great bar with activities most nights.

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
