From the warm and welcoming check-in to the personal escort to our campsite and help with positioning the camper in just the right position on the first pull in (he was so funny too) I knew our stay was off to just the perfect weekend. Lots of info given to us right at the campsite. Everyone was super friendly and made all my cares of the mainland disappear. Even our dogs were relaxed!!!

The property, amenities and marina were incredible. The staff were so kind and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. This stay was a bucket list item and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Job well done!!!

We loved our stay. Being in the Keys is beautiful itself, let alone being at at beautiful KOA. Staff was right on top of getting trash pickup quickly. I know people pay good money to stay here and kids wanting to have fun is the goal, but, e bikes & young kids texting while operating them is a dent in a vehicle or worse waiting to happen. The nice rounding turns with decorative palms need caution

This KOA is the nicest, most lovely one we have ever stayed at. It is a wonderful place. The most well laid out, and best one we have been to so far. We have travelled all across the US. Usually staying in KOAs . PIctures are often deceiving--but not here. This place is fantatstic!

Very happy. It was a nice campsite and camp ground. Loved the pool and bar area, had alot of fun. Loved seeing the little lizards running around. The staff was super friendly and helpful

Pool and hot tub area are too noisy. The incessant music is unnecessary. The hot tub should be adults only. Maintenance is meticulous.

Amazing facility’s. Best pool area. Only thing would be critical of would be lack of kids activities. Stayed at many KOA’s and all of them had multiple days of kids arts and crafts.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We met Dave making s’mores and he was a gem! Campground was clean, organized and very pretty. Beach area was equipped with loungers along the smooth white beach at the edge of the ocean…very relaxing! Nice visit!

Beautiful, well kept grounds. Lovely landscape, staff very nice and accommodating. Sites may be a little cramped but able to work around. Nice pool and hot tub.

The campsites are beautiful and well kept. Nice size swimming poll and hot tub with bar. Great landscaping for each sites and privacy. The overnight price per day is a little high. The staff were friendly and helpful if needed. Overall we had a great time.

Beautiful campground, loved our spot on the mangroves. Friendly staff, especially Brian and Frank. They went above and beyond. You are lucky to have them on your team. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The staff at Sugerloaf are just great! We have stayed every year since it reopened! Grounds are just beautiful and clean. The quality at the Pub is great, and the staff, and Entertainment is always great! Thanks again, and see you next year!

My husband and son camped for my son's 21st birthday. They absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, our daughters had a banquet so we couldnt go, but I will definitely be planning us a family trip back!!

A wonderful park. The staff work very hard to maintain a high class atmosphere. The landscaping is lush, inviting, and beautiful throughout the park, providing privacy in almost every single site. The amenities are outstanding, including beach, pool, bike and boat rentals, & dog facilities. We are Floridians and grateful to find such a lovely spot to visit the Keys. We love KOA and this is a best.

The campground was very well maintained and quiet. We had a late arrival due to vehicular issues. Your employee, Frank, was very helpful. He assisted my husband in obtaining a new battery. We couldn’t have been more thankful for his help. Everyone that we had contact with was very polite. We will definitely consider returning to your campground! Thank all of you for a great stay!!!

Absolutely book here. Spots are quite decently sized, beautiful views, plenty to do, all the amenities you would need on site, wonderful attentive staff.

Everything was super. No complaints.....only compliments. The staff works hard to keep a shiny, well run operation and it shows. One of our favorite features was fhe shrubbery between sites. Creates great privacy.

Excellent! One of the BEST KOA’S. Great model, wishing more could follow this plan. Pool, bar, restaurant, nightly entertainment, and more. Excellent landscaping between pads! This made our stay even better!!!

Even though we stayed only a short time, we can’t say enough about the facility and the staff. Outstanding and the best campground we have even been to. It’s definitely on our list to return here. Clean, beautiful, with so many activities and features, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure your stay is top notch.

A beautiful campground with a resort-like setting. We love the proximity to Key West. This was our 4th year returning. We wish you would do something to welcome repeat long-term campers such as drink coupons, a free night, or even a “welcome back, we’re happy you’re here” at check in. Laundry room: please install one of the laundry apps or pay by card. Having to pay by quarters is inconven

Beautiful rv resort but sites are way to tight for Motorhomes with slide outs! The space for your chairs table etc are very small and crowded! I like the privacy at each site but could be less bushes for more space

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
