Park is quite nice. Paved streets, lush landscaping, gravel sites which are perfectly adequate. Extremely nice pool area with bar & restaurant. On site very nice marina which rents boats, bicycles, kayaks etc. All employees are friendly & very helpful. 20 miles to Key west.

The amenities are great but your sites are too small. We had no room to move around our campsite. We actually had to duck under our bedroom slide to get to the door of our camper. A palm tree which was right beside our camper had to be tied up so the branches would not scratch our camper. Staff also put a 44 foot camper right in front of us that stuck out into the roadway. We will not be back.

Beautiful campground!! Staff is very friendly and you feel like you can ask for help and they help with enthusiasm. Staff go the extra mile. The Pub, pool, private beach and special events are such fun. Good food and drinks on hand for purchase. The lower Keys are awesome to see. We loved it!

Best koa in the nation!! Truly a 5 star resort. Loved the marina, water access(with inflatable slides and pads), beautiful, beautiful landscaped sites close together but isolated by the tall hedges.

Very nice park. We love this KOA. Central to all the Key Islands. Friendly staff, lots of things to do in the campground, nightly events, safe environment. Love this place.

The campground at Sugarloaf is very well maintained & landscaped. The sites are surrounded with plants and bushes giving you privacy. Top rate!

Have already booked again for next year! The grounds were beautifully manicured,sites have privacy, pool and pub are fun, the laundry and shower facilities are the cleanest I’ve ever used camping. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Had a great stay!

Love this KOA and all the amenities. We camped and our lot was beautiful. My son and daughter-in-law stayed in the resort. It was a great stay for all of us!!

From check in to check out, the staff here were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were clean and the bar/snack bar was a nice addition. The food was very good and not too high priced. It only took us about 20 minutes to get to Key West from there, and the ride was nice. This facility was a 5 out of 5. Would def stay here again!

We come here often and it is by far the best KOA in the Southeast. It is so good we rarely leave the KOA other than an occasional dinner. There is not a bad campsite and if you upgrade to a patio site you will not be disappointed.

We just started our journey back to Vermont after our second year in a row staying at the Sugarloaf Key KOA. We absolutely love this park and the friendly staff! We have looked into most every other RV Resort in the lower keys and can find no reason to choose a different resort!! The amenities are top notch! See you in 2027 ���

Hi, everyone !.... This time at KOA Sugarloaf Key I had only 3 nights to be there again, and what can I say....it was amazing and a wonderful little vacation again at this beautiful place in the lower Keys .... Like always, it was clean, good organized, friendly people.... It is such an relaxing place for me to come down and forget all things around for a while.... "batteries" fully charged !..

Everything here was amazing!! Gorgeous campground, beautiful up kept. I called several days before our scheduled stay was planned because of an issues with that campground. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with, they were able to get us in 5 days early and it was awesome. Best cleanest campground we’ve ever stayed at. Keep up the great work!!

One of our best experiences, Will definitely return. Staff was exceptional, courteous, very attentive to us and our needs. Super clean facility, Pool and Cafe were excellent with a very good choice of foods and drinks. Beach was very nice and relaxing. This campground is A+++++ in our book.

VERY undependable WiFi even sitting outside. The only dependable place I found was the bar. This is a big killer since they want to send you information through your email - that you can't connect to. Everything else was to the level that we come to expect at this campground.

Awesome experience all the way around! Easy and courteous check in, Ryan guided us right to our spot and showed us the lay of the land. Easy to park and easy to get out. The whole resort was very well taken care of!!! The pool and the pool area was beautiful and very clean as were the bathrooms! The bar and the food was all delicious too. We would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The facilities are great. The staff especially Brian were super friendly and helpful. The bar cafe and pool area was especially nice and the weather was beautiful! What else can I say but thanks. We hope to be back again!

This was our first time camping at Sugarloaf KOA. Wonderful campground beautifully landscaped with private gravel lots. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor Pub. The early hours of 8am for the pool were great. Just wish they started selling drinks a little earlier than 12. Definitely one of our favorite campgrounds will be coming back soon.

This is our first time staying here ever since the hurricane took it out a few years back and it’s by far way nicer than before and would definitely return and recommend anyone to do the same. The staff were all very friendly/helpful with everything from checking in & guiding us to our spot. The campground was super clean and so were all the common areas, including the restrooms. A+ to the

Everything about this place is A+, the staff, the grounds, location... it was a dream. It felt like aprivate tropical island. It was close enough to places if we wanted to venture out, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. This was by far one of our favorite RV parks. We rode bikes to restaurants and had the prettiest views. Randy, Mikki, and Frank were amazing. We didn't want to leave!!

The staff and amenities at the Sugarloaf Key location are great. We have stayed at this KOA for three straight years and are already booked for next year. Good vibe in the park. Short drive to Key West.

Our 2nd visit & we will be coming back next year! Ideal location, quiet area, but just 20 mins outside of downtown Key West. Campground has a pool, beach, bar and kitchen. So, we were able to spend nice relaxing days at the pool while other days we explored the area. Staff are all freindly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are planning to go to the Keys!

We have stayed at a lot of KOA's and this one by far is the absolute best as far as layout and staff. Even though the sites were fairly close together the landscaping made each site like its own little oasis. We will definitely stay here again and for much longer next time. Beautiful campground. The landscaping that has been done provides each campsite with privacy. The pool, hot tub and bar and grill area is so great with live entertainment and games. Beach was beautiful as well. Would definitely return!

Great amenities, and great workers. Brian led us to our spot and we interacted with him all week. He’s great. Randi at the bar makes the best drinks and is so friendly. My son says Jason at the store is super friendly too! Great staff. We like seeing the rules being enforced tooAlready booked for next year and counting down the days. Still hate those no-seeums, otherwise we had a great two week

Amazing site, staff was awesome, but the only KOA I've ever been to that charged for coffee. Not a huge thing but just something, also store hours could open a little earlier outside of that definitely will be back!

The grounds we spectacular with plenty of gardens between sites. Well kept clean friendly help. Pool area and beach well kept. Short drive to Busy Key West. Mangrove Mamas great food.

Another great stay spent 3 weeks this year next year a month. Brian is fabulous! AKA the pool cop, keeping things in check much appreciated. One concern excessive speed electric scooters and electric bikes out of control (Kids) someone or a pet out for a walk is going to get seriously injured. KOA needs to get a handle on this. A sign at the Exit do not turn left dead end no turn around! Thank

Good except for a neighbor that got belligerent over parking. Jamie called w/out knowing details, threatening me. Neighbors last night there, he got drunk, charged after me and if Brian hadn’t intervened, I’m not sure what would have happened. Brian confirmed we were on our site. However - Frank, Brian, and Mikki were all incredible. Would come back just to see them. Service was impeccable.

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
