Thank you to everyone who keeps the park, services and activities going! We had a FIVE STAR experience. Lots to thank from check in keeping us in one spot, the Cafe helping me with burger fixings, live music & fun games in the pub, the marina & sunset tour. We love the area, landscaping and dog park. repairs need to be done around the s side pool ladder. Loose tile

This is the nicest resort we have visited in our 6+ years of fulltime RV travels. The staff are uniformly helpful and cheerful. Landscaping is exquisite. Can't wait to return.

The KOA was very clean, the entire area was spotless. Everything was well maintained and orderly. We loved the time we spent there. The drinks and activities were a little high in price for what we got as it began to add up. We would definitely recommend Sugarloaf KOA and would love to visit again!

In defense of park, my motorhome is 44’ long. Thus, it was a bit cramped. Very, very nice facilities that are well maintained. GREAT employees!! They would do anything within their power to make you happy.

This is a great place to stay! The Pool/spa area is beautiful, with lots of seating, and the pool bar is great, as is the food from the cafe. They also have things to do in the evenings like trivia and tacos, and live music. Even the dog park is great, with umbrellas and comfy seats for the humans, and a clean off leash place for the dog kids. Plus the beach is great too! I’m going back again!

Great location, loved the amenities, staff was helpful! The entertainment was excellent! Lots of fun! Will return again next year.

The pool area was so unenjoyable this year. We thought the pool was heated. It was so cold all the kids were playing in the hot tub. At one point, there were 16 kids in there, so we couldn't even think of getting in. Shouldn't children under a certain age not be allowed without an adult? Someone should have to be checking that repeatedly all day.

My only complaint is you need to cut back or weed through the plants by each site, way over grown causing bugs and little space for gathering.

Wonderful, loved pool, beach, everything. My 2 suggestion are trim shrubbery at sites, bugs are awful. We were site 501, really overgrown. Get a shuttle to Key West and charge like the one in Nashville, $10 per trip from KOA to downtown. 3rd year in a row February staying there & will be back sometime in the future but take a break next year. Staff is wonderful also!

Everything was amazing at this KOA, especially the staff who were always happy to help with a smile on their faces they were the best! Facilities were immaculate, amenities top every other rv park we were at, amazing pool and hot tub, full service marina with boat rentals and a great camp store with kitchen and bar, the pizza and burgers are excellent! No see ums were only bad thing.

Was a great, clean park; only issue was someone complained about our dog barking all night; our dog wasnt barking all night; i guess there are people who just dont like dogs; still a great time though!

Campground is beautiful, pool area was great, Workers are very nice. We had site 806 which was long enough for our motorhome. However with the slides out it was hard to walk around to get to sewer with all their beautiful landscaping, but we made it work. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort! We learned that it is a brand new park, completely renovated after the hurricane. The pool and hot tub are wonderful; the entire pool area is so lovely. We appreciated the very clean and spacious laundry and shower facilities too. It was a great location for a day trip to Key West. Super clean and well-maintained with friendly staff.

Beautiful well maintained, lush landscaping. Friendly helpful staff, especially pub, marina & cafe. Back in site with well placed FHU connections. WiFi & cable tv connections were excellent. Great Super Bowl party & Happy Hour. Things to improve. Pool furniture is uncomfortable, should make cushions available. Noise from pumps, very noticeable and annoying. Can't wait to come back next year.

This is a gorgeous campground! It’s beautifully landscaped, the pools are lovely and warm, the bathrooms are fresh and clean, all the grounds are tidy and very well-maintained, and everyone we interacted with on the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The sites are close together, but the landscaping provides privacy. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was our first time staying at this KOA and we found it to be very enjoyable. Everything was in excellent, meticulously clean condition. The vegetation makes each site so private. We loved it. We stayed for 8 nights and before we left, we booked 10 nights for next winter. We would definitely recommend this campground to anyone interested in staying here. Pool and hot tub are A plus!!

We had a wonderful stay, the grounds were very well taken care of, the amenities were nice, staff was very friendly and courteous. There were many events through the week to bring campers together.

Beautiful campground. It has plenty of amenities to keep you occupied. Only 30 minutes form Key West. Highly recommend.

This is the most gorgeous RV park we’ve ever stayed in. The facility is clean everywhere. The landscaping and foliage were unbelievable. We’re already booked for next year.

A must see campground! It was very tropical and relaxing, bueatiful landscaping, fantastic pool area, bar/res, great food and drinks. Happy hour, staff and workers were the best very helpful and friendly. Sites were awesome everything's where it should be. Room for towed. Full time RV'ers, Best KOA we've been too! Not cheap as everything else in keys!!!!. We stayed 4 nights / 35' class A towing

My husband and I just got back from our stay at Sugarloaf. It was everything we have been told and more. From check in to check out, the staff was always there to help with a smile. The grounds are amazing. There is not a bad spot, every site is clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful, live music and bar area is very nice and the store has everything you would need if something was forgotten. We met so many wonderful fellow campers and we've booked for next year.

Everyday in the Keys are PARADISE!!! This island resort has 2 beautiful new hotels with large suites to accommodate your family. Fully stocked Marina for all your fishing needs,also has boats, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, pedal carts for rent. Sandy Beach with loungers and inflatable water floats to play on. The pool is so well landscaped you wouldn't believe your in the middle of a RV resort!!!! There's a enormously large hot tub, lounge areas around gas fire pits, hammocks hidden in the beautiful lounge area to just relax in the shade and forget about everything. The Pub,Store & Cafe are great amenities and all centrally located by the pool. This is Glamping in the Island Keys!!!!

I almost don't want to review this KOA because everyone will want to go. This is an AMAZING campground. The staff work tirelessly to keep the park clean and they are all super friendly and helpful. The amenities are outstanding from the activities, rental items( boats, kayaks, bikes) to the full liquor BAR and live music. The camp store has everything if you forgot to pack something and offer quick bites to eat. The location is perfect for a quick day trip to Key West. Can't wait to go back!
