It was a beautiful campground! Very clean! Everything was wonderful except for the bartender. She made us feel like a burden. She cursed at my kids who ordered virgin daiquiris and when I gave her a tip, she rolled her eyes and sighed. She was so rude to my friends they refuse to return. We had kim and Danielle the last day and they were AMAZING. But that other woman should be fired. She was awful

Great campground. Staff is awesome very helpful and friendly. Pool and hottub are great. The entertainment at poolside bar is great. Always a great time when we are there. Can’t wait until next year!!

Wonderful!! Only suggestion would be to add a kids pool. Since the extra lodging was added the pool is too busy with kids. No one uses the bocce ball or corn hole so add singing there.

We recently visited and had a wonderful experience overall. The atmosphere was welcoming, with friendly staff and guests all around. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and we appreciated how clean the facilities were. Each night, the main clubhouse hosted events that added to the enjoyable ambiance. We also enjoyed the opinions on rental equipment. Would Recommend Visit

This is one of the most beautiful KOA campgrounds we've stayed in. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. The well trimmed hedges give each campsite a sense of privacy also.

Our stay at sugarloaf key was ideal, we felt welcome by everyone, the people were friendly, all the associates were on top of there game. Facility was very clean and organized, the grounds made you fell like you were at an all inclusive property.

The nicest KOA that we have visited, Loved the pool area. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. Best of all it was conveniently located for a trip to Key West.

No privacy in our spot 1001. No use of the beach not enough chairs. No respect from Parents with quiet time! Fishing behind our RV at 6:45 AM!! Spot 1001 should ONLY be given to people with kids!! You should be HONEST with people about spot 1001 and the traffic it has. We are severely bitten up by No see um bugs you should be spraying at least 2 times a day!!

Love this campground. Great amenities and lovely landscaping. Suggestion, provide bar and kitchen with the buzzers restaurants use to let you know your table is ready, but you could use for when food is ready. This would take a load off bartenders who need to yell out or search people out. THANK YOU

The campground is fabulous! Loved the activities at the pub. Pool is great. Sites are a little tight but that is to be expected. One bartender who was a bit snarky. Older women with long dark hair. Everyone else was great. My only complaint would be the chairs at the pool and at the pub are really uncomfortable but really no big deal. Will be back next year’

The whole experience of this campground was awesome. Staff, facilities, sites and activities were the best we have had. Trivia night is a must do! It is close to Key West and a variety of things to see and do.

Veteran here. After being treated like cattle or a nuisance at the MWR in Key West, I booked with KOA and it was the best decision ever. Well worth paying more to stay.

Sugarloaf Key KOA made our spring break so memorable! We wanted to explore the area but also wanted to be at a campground where we could just relax & this KOA provided just that. Something for us and the 4 kids each day!! Everyone was friendly! Ms. Kim at the pub area went above and beyond to accommodate us, give us local info and just made our entire family feel at home!

This is an incredible facility. You have landscaping, design and maintenance of it is incredible and it does a great job of separating the sites and allowing privacy. We love the pool and café. It really is a resort feel.

If there were 10 stars for a rating, that’s what they would be. This KOA tops any other campground in the country. We are loyal KOA campers and this campground has everything you could ever want. The sites are great, activities around the pool were plentiful, great breakfast at the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Landscapes are plush and well kept. We will be back again���

This is our “place in the Keys” for 8 weeks in winter. The campground is 20 miles from Key West and is a perfect spot for a few days stay or a longer stay. The staff is absolutely fantastic. It is one of the cleanest campgrounds we have ever been to. The pool area is stunning and surrounded by palm trees and other tropicals. You won’t be disappointed if you go, you are in paradise!

Absolutely amazing property, a beautiful resort. The grounds, sites, marina, beach, pool/hot tub, pub and store all stunning. The staff are amazing from checking to escorts to site, especially Luke for guiding us in- very professional! Danielle at the pub was also amazing! All the staff worked hard to keep everyone happy and property clean. Keep up the excellence KOE Sugarloaf! We will be back!

Have been coming since 1995 only missed 3 years plus the closure . VERY disappointed with the reservations being opened over 1 year before . In the past it was 1year . Last year was told opened 14 months early and this year even earlier.�Ϫ! Hopefully KOA will notify those who support this KOA with notice of reservation openings for Jan, Feb, March

This is a very nice KOA. Our site was large, the laundry room was very nice and clean. All working machines. Front staff very friendly. Only complaint is there wasn't a grill at our site.

We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities are very nice and very clean. The Wi-Fi was top notch for streaming. We enjoyed the activities at the pub. The pool and hot tub are very clean. We can’t wait to come back.

The campground is well maintained. Each spot is surrounded with shrubbery providing a bit of separation and privacy. The campground is very clean including the bathroom facilities! Sugarloaf KOA has a cafe with food and drinks. If you like the Florida keys I would recommend the Sugarloaf Key KOA for your next trip.

This was by far the best KOA we have ever stayed at! When making the reservation I had felt the price was excessive but I’ve changed my opinion. The amenities offered, the excellently maintained grounds and the friendly, knowledgeable staff are far above anything I had expected. The pub and entertainment was outstanding and the pool, game area was fantastic. Definitely our go to place in the Key

The resort itself was lovely and amazingly clean with lush landscaping.The staff were friendly and helpful.If you're bringing pets know that KampK9 is ridiculous; It's fake grass with ONE climbing "toy".Additionally there's NO GRASS anywhere inside the resort.If your pet requires grass (over stone) you will have to walk outside the park.The pool area gets crowded, use the small beach area!!

Lots of activities. Nice pub. Grounds are very well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store and marina are an excellent amenity to have considering driving everywhere in the Keys can be challenging. Will return.

Absolutely one of the best resorts that we have come across during our cross country trip. The place is clean with beautiful landscaping and great amenities. The bathrooms are spotless. The staff if one of the best we have experience friendly and helpful. It clear they take pride in keeping their resort clean. The mosquitoes were definitely a problem but no fault of the resort. We constantly saw employees spraying trying to manage them. So my only advice would be to bring a lot of mosquito repellent if you want to enjoy the outdoors and the amenities the resort has to offer.

Ein wunderschöner Stellplatz wir waren dort vor ein paar Wochen und es was super schön die Leute sind extrem nett der Platz ist sauber und die Leute sehr freundlich. Mit dem Uber nach key West sind es zwischen 20-30 Minuten!
