After 40 years of camping I would say this was the most beautiful campground I have ever stayed at. 100% recommend anyone to enjoy a stay with the KOA in the Keys.

It's a beautiful campground very friendly staff, Down sides , sites very small barely could get slides out allot of Raccoons. Way overpriced $32 for 2 shots of tequila lowest priced drinks started at $12.a hat that said 50% off was $36 I found in Key West $20, very limited live entertainment. Other resorts we stayed at in the keys had $6 happy hour specials with live entertainment.better food

Very well organized and very clean. As soon as a site opened up the staff was there to clean and make sure it was ready for the next occupants. Enjoyed the text messages of what was going on. We will be making this a regular spot

Beautiful campgrounds with almost everything new. Best WiFi for a camp I've experienced. Boat ramp, Marina, small beach, great pool and snack bar, new water/electric/sewer, nice roads and landscaping. I couldn't ask for more, great people too.

Very nice tent site, but small, very close to neighbors, concrete pad with canopy. Showers, bathroom, laundry were new and very clean. Place seems well maintained and operated. Very expensive for a tent site, but this is the Florida Keys and was the most affordable place we could find that had availability.

Park is beautifully landscaped. Who ever designed the sites must not have been an RVer. Because of the angle of the sites, and the way towed vehicles have to park it is very difficult to back into. I have a lot of experience driving and backing up my 40 ft class A and I had a lot of difficulty.

Definitely a beautiful and tropical KOA! We stayed 1 night in a 45 5W. We got premium patio pull thru. Unfortunately it was tight to get in and out of the site. Had to move a truck and waited for jeep to move. Loved the pub, Cafe, pool and laundry! Understand land is a commodity in the keys! Puppies didn't like the rocks..Did their job in the landscaping ( I cleaned up). Wonderful staff!!

very clean, friendly staff. a few suggestions : someone needs to monitor pool area during day, at times only a dozen or so in the pool area however ALL the lounge chairs were taken with towels on them !!! Bar should have Margaritas as specials . Could expanded fishing area.

Thank you for the complements on our campground and suggestions. We do run specials for Margaritas! Every Thursday is Tacos, Tequila and Trivia when with special pricing. Would love to offer more on-site fishing but the swim area and boat slips areas are excluded from fishing for safety.

I was very annoyed that the manager allows people from the SunOutdoors campground to come in a use the laundry facilities! I paid a LOT of $$ to stay at this resort and 2x when I tried to do laundry it took me over 5 hrs to get 2 loads of wash done! They come in, take up all of the machines and then go sit at the campgrnd bar drinking and not attending their machines! It's ridiculous!

Perfect consistency of beautifully maintained grounds, immaculately clean facilities throughout the resort, outstanding customer service by friendly and helpful staff. We are pleased several times repeat campers, who will continue to come back.

Outstanding example of how campgrounds should be run, well maintained w/ easy access to sites, (I have a 30’ trailer). Although expensive by non-South Florida Keys standards, it is comparable to other local high quality resort campgrounds. The only negative I have is the volume of the live music performances. If you value more quiet evenings, I would pick sites away from the pool. Workers are A

Fantastic glamping!!! Friendly staff and super clean!! Expensive but you definitely get what you pay for!!! Awesome pool, hot tub and bus available to key west!!! Loved it and met some very nice people there. Highly recommend!!!

Easy access. Site adequate. Level and private definitely. Laundry, showers and pool/beach all nice. We have 35’ tt with F250. Staff was very helpful and always polite. It was a very nice stay. Would recommend.

Breathtaking ! Well staffed ! Only suggestion would be the availability to buy a lounge chair cushions at the campground store to use on the beautiful resin lounge chairs around the pool .

The sites and campground were beautifully designed and landscaped. The staff were very polite, professional and taking care of everything that was needed or needed to be done . Unfortunately this atmosphere of loud music every Friday, crazy traffick in the Keys and little to no wildlife in the area was a huge negative to us. Not to mention the helicopter flying to close and over the Campground.

This is a very good KOA and we would stay again. My only issues are with the keys in general not the KOA. You will need a car to get into key west. The bike baths in the keys are disjointed and you have to ride on a crazy busy highway to go anywhere. The public transportation is terrible. Once an hour and takes more than an hour to key west. The KOA should have a shuttle.

Sugarloaf Key KOA is our favorite KOA. We have been RVing for 16 years all across the USA, and while many KOAs offer wonderful settings and services, this KOA's location, amenities, staff, and weather have enticed us to return year after year.

We stayed in an rv site near the pool. Very enjoyable. Spent several days by the pool. The evenings by the bar were fun.

My husband and I just got back from our stay at Sugarloaf. It was everything we have been told and more. From check in to check out, the staff was always there to help with a smile. The grounds are amazing. There is not a bad spot, every site is clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful, live music and bar area is very nice and the store has everything you would need if something was forgotten. We met so many wonderful fellow campers and we've booked for next year.

Everyday in the Keys are PARADISE!!! This island resort has 2 beautiful new hotels with large suites to accommodate your family. Fully stocked Marina for all your fishing needs,also has boats, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, pedal carts for rent. Sandy Beach with loungers and inflatable water floats to play on. The pool is so well landscaped you wouldn't believe your in the middle of a RV resort!!!! There's a enormously large hot tub, lounge areas around gas fire pits, hammocks hidden in the beautiful lounge area to just relax in the shade and forget about everything. The Pub,Store & Cafe are great amenities and all centrally located by the pool. This is Glamping in the Island Keys!!!!
