I love this campground. It was our 2nd time staying here and plan to come back again. All the workers are so friendly and love all the fun activities and the live music.

What a beautiful park!! Top notch! Everything was kept beautifully. Bathrooms roomy and clean. Pool area was amazing! Bar was great with nightly entertainment. Wish we would have stayed longer. Some lots can be snug but the tropical foliage in between gives you privacy. Not much overhead shade. 30 ft TT lot 110. Definitely a tropical paradise! Would love to return some day!! 35 minutes to Key West

A beautiful well kept park with clean amenities. However, I warn for the elderly setting up camp to be aware of the narrow site with large boulders for landscape edging. I fell on them and bruised myself with scrapes pretty badly. Maneuvering around them and your RV proves to be difficult and quite a challenge for balance. Obviously, I need to work on my core some more.

Beautiful grounds. We had a patio site close to the camp store and pool. We felt like we didn’t have to leave bc of so many amenities. The only thing I’d say to add would be a place for dogs to swim besides the boat ramp bc it was very slippery � and a real grass dog park. (My dogs prefer the real grass on their buns lol) All the staff were very friendly. Boat rental was pricey.

The RV sites are to overgrown with shrubbery that makes it impossible to get around the camper with slides out. I had to step over large rocks that were very treacherous and could easily have caused a serious fall. The rocks and overgrown shrubbery needs to be serious thinned out before someone gets hurt.

Many people sneak dogs onto the beach. We have two dogs who LOVE the beach so this was annoying to see such disregard for rules— the only negative I saw. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL! The facilities are immaculate!! The employees are FANTASTIC and very helpful in every respect Oh.. maybe schedule water aerobics at 8:00 am? .. no one goes to the pool then :-)) Thank you!!

We were not able to open our slides in the first space we were given. We had to move large boulders in the to be able to step our door in the only available backin space we could fit without having to pay an extra $100 per night. Very crowded spaces. The picnic tables are in very bad condition. We did not find value for the high prices we paid.

I would come back to this place over and over again if I could afford it… The only thing that I was missing was a hole in the patio or a hole in the patio table for my large umbrella because we do not have an awning on our camper. We loved everything about it.

It wasn’t long enough. We love this place. Site 805 was great. Only problem was that my camper was a little bit too big. I didn’t have much room to walk around when my slides were out. But it’s because bigger isn’t always better. The campground was amazing. Staff was amazing as well.

Without a doubt, our stay at Sugarloaf was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were fabulous and very professional. The facility itself was well maintained. Debra and I could not have enjoyed our stay more! We are looking forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed staying there! Pool & bar area awesome! The only bummer was that the cable wasn’t working our last two nights at our site. Other areas seemed to have it ( room & bar) but I would definitely return! Friendly staff!

Well maintained campground; very tropical. Excellent location. Beautiful sandy beach. Great pool and pub. Clean laundry with new machines. Multiple restaurants within easy driving distances. Sites are a little tight getting into but the escort staff are extremely experienced in getting you into your spot. All staff encountered were polite and courteous, helpful, and very friendly.

Tight, but private sites that are well-landscaped with plants and shrubs. Beautifully maintained grounds and delightful pub and entertainment. Fun stay and only 30-40 minutes to Key West.

It is a beautiful rv resort but it wasn't dog friendly enough. Dogs were not allowed in the outdoor, open air bar and grill. We were unable to enjoy the on site food, drinks and music. This is the only outside grill in all the Keys that does not allow dogs! We will choose another resort when traveling with our dog in the future.

Awesome place. From the easy friendly check in to Brian backing me in. It’s nice to have someone that can help back you in like Brian. The Cafe is great and the rest of the staff were always helpful. It’s our 3rd time and we’ll be back.

The KOA resort is amazing, and the stewards for your stay are by far some of the best I have had the benefit to meet! Every campsite and the full resort with all the amenities are impeccable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Very clean and quiet campground. It was way above expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff that even guided us to our camping spot and helped us park!! Swimming pool clean and very nice. Restaurant and bar fantastic!!

Si nous pouvions mettre 6/5 nous le ferions. Les employés sont très gentils, c’est extrêmement propre et les sites sont magnifiques avec beaucoup de végétation sur chaque site. La piscine, un oasis la plus belle qu’on a vu sur un camping. Comme dans le sud avec un bar et bien ombragé. On se serait dit dans les Caraïbes.

We enjoyed our stay. The site was great. If I were to return, it wouldn’t be in May. We spent most of our time at the park inside. When we tried to go outside, we could get bitten by the bugs.

Everyone was very helpful. Two employees helped us get our 5th wheel parked. We were in site 1010 and after we got set up we realized we could not get behind our camper to get to the picnic table or fire ring. The site was too narrow. If we were going to be there more than three nights I would have asked to be moved.

We stayed here for five nights and we would return in a heartbeat! The property is beautifully landscaped, allowing for real separation between sites. Staff is very friendly, and they go out of their way to offer assistance. Activities at The Pub are fun, the pool is large and the hot tub is relaxing. Our Dalmatians loved the K9 park to play fetch and run around. Total winner!

This is the nicest campground we have ever stayed at! Super clean and awesome staff! The sites are really spacious with amazing landscaping. They have a bait store right on site along with a cafe that has great food. We can't wait to be back!

Only if your in an RV. If you are tent camping you will be devoured by no see ums...no spray or lotion will help. DO NOT TENT CAMP at this KOA.

Everything was very clean and well kept. My one complaint is that we upgraded to a perimeter spot for extra room and the spot was very narrow. We barely had the room to open our slides and our outdoor kitchen door.

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
