We absolutely loved Sugarloaf. Loved the cafe and pool area and the planned activities. The location is only a short distance to Key West. The place is beautiful and clean. Staff members were very accommodating. We will definitely return.

This campground is beautiful! Sites could be a little bit bigger but other than that, we loved it! Pool area is beautiful, staff is friendly and amenities are immaculate. We felt like we were on a tropical island.

Everyone was AMAZING...and.. Devin..Randy..older Brian...regular Brian went over the top. We were very impressed with the cleanliness...the amenities...and again the people!! The first face we saw...said...welcome to paradise. Will DEFINITELY recommend with enthusiasm.

we loved the large private sites with lots of tropical foilage. The staff were all super nice and very accomodating. we are already planning our return trip next year

We absolutely loved our stay !!! I have never experienced staff so friendly and outgoing to make sure our experience was perfect. Extremely clean , constantly working to keep the pools crystal clean despite the high winds blowing debris into the pools. Can’t wait to return for a longer visit next time. ��

Pool is amazing, staff is super friendly, everyone is happy , wish there were more boat rental options and such, wish store had children’s clothing options ( tshirts)

One of the cleanest, most well kept of any KOA’s we’ve stayed in. Everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful! Would certainly stay there again!

Everyone very accommodating. Pulled into park late, and was immediately meet by an employee to show me and assist in parking. Very clean and great facilities.

WOW!!!! One of the most beautiful campgrounds we have ever stayed at!! It was a tough reservation to get but well worth the effort. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and goes out of their way to help out!! You know the saying.... location, location, location!!!

Loved the privacy with the surrounding flowering bushes that went with the feel of FL. Beach was perfect, pool was not crowded and temp perfect, many spots for dog to use besides k9 fence location. Will be back.

This is our second time here. We love this KOA. They have a great pool area with a bar and food. We enjoy the activities they offer (music bingo, trivia, etc,) The campground is well maintained and the staff are great to interact with. There is access to fishing, boating, restaurant, Key West and more all within 20-30 minutes. We will definitely be back!

Thinking this was a respectful family orientated resort I didn’t expect to be startled twice at the pool in three days while napping and a member of the staff requesting to see my wristband. This was totally uncalled for and very unprofessional. Felt like I was back in grammar school.

Beautiful private sites, great views and loved having the tiki bar and restaurant for when we didn’t feel like leaving the resort!

The campground was beautiful! The sites are clean, well taken care of and even though you are surrounded by other sites, you still have a feeling of privacy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will return.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay. Everything is kept extremely clean and the sites are very private and well maintained.

Very nice KOA Resort, likely the best we've stayed in thus far. Location-based it an easy drive to Key West. Plenty of watersports available. Landscaping and pool/bar area is great. Sites are a little tight getting in and out, but the staff is right there to help navigate the driver (we have a 45'Class A). We were on site 707 and had a great private patio area. The staff was excellent!

Park is quite nice. Paved streets, lush landscaping, gravel sites which are perfectly adequate. Extremely nice pool area with bar & restaurant. On site very nice marina which rents boats, bicycles, kayaks etc. All employees are friendly & very helpful. 20 miles to Key west.

The amenities are great but your sites are too small. We had no room to move around our campsite. We actually had to duck under our bedroom slide to get to the door of our camper. A palm tree which was right beside our camper had to be tied up so the branches would not scratch our camper. Staff also put a 44 foot camper right in front of us that stuck out into the roadway. We will not be back.

Beautiful campground!! Staff is very friendly and you feel like you can ask for help and they help with enthusiasm. Staff go the extra mile. The Pub, pool, private beach and special events are such fun. Good food and drinks on hand for purchase. The lower Keys are awesome to see. We loved it!

Best koa in the nation!! Truly a 5 star resort. Loved the marina, water access(with inflatable slides and pads), beautiful, beautiful landscaped sites close together but isolated by the tall hedges.

The campground at Sugarloaf is very well maintained & landscaped. The sites are surrounded with plants and bushes giving you privacy. Top rate!

Have already booked again for next year! The grounds were beautifully manicured,sites have privacy, pool and pub are fun, the laundry and shower facilities are the cleanest I’ve ever used camping. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Had a great stay!

Love this KOA and all the amenities. We camped and our lot was beautiful. My son and daughter-in-law stayed in the resort. It was a great stay for all of us!!

From check in to check out, the staff here were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were clean and the bar/snack bar was a nice addition. The food was very good and not too high priced. It only took us about 20 minutes to get to Key West from there, and the ride was nice. This facility was a 5 out of 5. Would def stay here again!

We come here often and it is by far the best KOA in the Southeast. It is so good we rarely leave the KOA other than an occasional dinner. There is not a bad campsite and if you upgrade to a patio site you will not be disappointed.

We just started our journey back to Vermont after our second year in a row staying at the Sugarloaf Key KOA. We absolutely love this park and the friendly staff! We have looked into most every other RV Resort in the lower keys and can find no reason to choose a different resort!! The amenities are top notch! See you in 2027 ���

This was probably the best KOA I have ever stayed. Clean, great amenities, great employees. They always great you no matter where you are in the campground and always with a smile. Whole family came and we had two sites and a hotel room. Hotel is awesome and so are the sites. Overall fabulous experience and great location to everything!

Great place to be in paradise! Staffing and services were excellent. If you want to relax this is the place to be. Only 20 minutes from Key West. 🌴🌺🍍🍹
