Everything at this campground is top-notch! The cleanliness, the perfect landscaping, the kindness and helpfulness of the whole staff. We love everything about this KOA, which is why we stay there every time we visit the Florida Keys.

Absolutely the best vacation we have had in staying at this campground.Everyone was so very nice but especially Randy and Brian they were the best!! They need to be acknowledged first everything they did for us!!! We will hopefully be back next October!

Stayed 5 nights,wonderful campground.100% of the staff super friendly and helpful.The resort has it all,one of the best we stayed at.And 16 miles to Duval street !

The Wi-Fi was not the best and my wife works remotely. Therefore, this created somewhat of a problem. We received an email offering us a discount to extend our stay but u fortunately because of the Wi-Di issue we couldn’t stay longer. Also, 2 days when we wanted to use the pool it was closed. This KOA is really impressive!! One of the best we have stayed in during our 4 years of traveling. Amenities are top notch! RV sites are pristine and private with all the foliage surrounding each site. Felt like paradise!! Thank you for doing a great job!!

Staff went above and beyond to make the stay an awesome experience! One of the guys gave me a trailer lock of his own so I could lock my trailer hitch up bc I had to leave it out front! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, wonderful wonderful stay at KOA Sugarloaf. I have never been greeted so kindly at any other RV Resort ever Brian was the life of the Campground told us thank you for coming. He was so glad we were there. What a wonderful wonderful guy nothing but kudos for Brian.

This KOA is absolutely amazing. The privacy at each lot was very well thought out. The bathrooms and laundry facilities were extremely clean and up to date. The pool area and bar area were awesome. The staff was the friendliest I've ever come across in the 20 years of owning an RV. I will definitely be going back. If I could rate it higher than 10 I would. Thanks staff for a great vacation.

Sugarloaf key is not your average KOA. With all the amenities, the beautiful landscaping and water within walking distance makes for a nice resort feeling. We will definitely be returning to this KOA and I highly recommend it to all of my friends and family in the RV community.

One of our favorites. Beautiful campground right on the water. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We watched one big fifth wheel come in after dark and there were 3 staff members helping them back in.

One of the nicest KOA's I have ever been to! Landscaping, people were great, friendly from the office people to the staff were great, pool/spa were fabulous. Will be back soon. If you could only ask the no seeums to leave!

We enjoy staying there for two weeks each spring and fall. Love everything about Sugarloaf KOA. Every visit the staff is impressive in making our stay enjoyable. This most recent visit, I particularly enjoyed Brian. He made it a point to stop and visit on his rounds though the park.

For your rates: laundry facilities need help Cafe food was terrible Bike, kayaks should not be rentals . Have folks check them out then charge there cards if not returned With that said Park is Beautiful and very clean Staff if exceptional Pool, bar, music really fun

We had a great time. The place is very clean and well taken care of. The people that work there are great. We enjoyed hanging at the bar and having a night cap. The bartenders are great and do not skimp. It's an expensive place to stay but you get what you paid for. We will be coming back.

Key loaf koa is fantastic. We stayed 5 days and absolutely loved it. The staff are all great, the park is clean at every level, it’s a beautiful place to stay.

Brian and Bill were the best! Staff helped us with awning that broke over night when wind picked up. Staff let us repick site twice. Beautiful landscaping. Very dog friendly.

It was beautiful, very nicely kept and VERY Clean and the staff was very friendly. So far it has been one of my favorites!! The only reason that I do not give it a perfect score is because of those pesty "no see ums". The campers next to me ended up sleeping in their car because of how horrid these little insects are. Spray "Deet" helps tremendously, but then I end up smelly that all day.

Wonderful resort! Very clean and well maintained! The pool and bar area are fun, food and drinks great and always something to do in the evenings! The staff are wonderful, friendly folks and they are always helpful! A bonus is the transit bus line to Key West is right outside the resort! Our friends stayed in the hotel and loved it! We will definitely be back again!!!

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
