It was wonderful as usual. We love this KOA. Very clean and organized. Staff is professional and friendly. Lots are very comfortable and well equiped.

Site had garbage and weeds growing, yet tons of staff driving around. Maintenance is deteriorating over the years. Ground crews were sawing, blowing etc and yelling to each other on a Saturday, again! Very disruptive! Why not do it when fewer guests are there? They were even working on sites where campers were at their site sitting outside. One person working bar on Saturday, not enough staff!

We kept extending our stay, if that explains in a few words how Wonderful this place is. The staff was amazing! I don't want to let anyone out because they are all so friendly and helpful, but a few names come to mind. Christina, office. Danielle, pub. And Brian. It was wonderful! We checked in after hours and the gentleman working helped up get set up and provided light until we were plugged in. Everyone at the resort was SO friendly and the dog park was amazing. We already booked our next stay and are bringing family with us!

Very nice campground! Very well kept and beautiful. Everyone is very friendly. Pool and hot tub are very nice along with bar and food. Will definitely come back!

My favorite location - close to Key West, great restaurants nearby (walk or bike), excellent pool side bar/cafe, marina and boat slips. The new hotel onsite if you have family/friends that want to join you. Plenty of activities at the bar, trivia night, entertainment nights, karaoke, taco & tequila night, all in a true tropical resort setting. Always clean and the BEST staff make for a top stay!

It is such a beautiful area. The sites are large, well landscaped, great internet and cable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Every night there is something going on at Pub area with a nightly blast on email. The laundry room is spotless, good working washers and dryers with folding tables. Our only problem was after our first week, the no-see-ums ate up us. Be sure to bring bug spray!!

Beautiful campgrounds! Amenities are clean and taken care of very well. Pool/hot tub area is an oasis! Personnel very friendly and helpful and available!

We had a great time at Sugarloaf. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean everywhere. Picked up our garbage regularly all day. Great water pressure, beach area and dock was very clean. Pool and hot tub very clean, lots of loungers and chairs for everyone.

This was our 17th stay at KOA’s, and by FAR the best and nicest. Check-in was flawless. Golf cart escort to our site, then help with backing in. This is the most beautifully landscaped park we’ve ever seen- such a variety of tropical plants and palms. Really nice pool area with hot tub. All the Staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the cafe.

Every staff member from the front desk to the bartender to maintenance to camp escorts or whoever rides around in the golf carts was friendly and welcoming. The Karaoke guy did an excellent job even though there were very few guests. My one complaint would be the stalls in the ladies room by the pool are not terribly roomy ...

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Only issue was all the rain and our campsite didn’t drain completely for more than 24 hrs. Ask for late check out. If we wanted to stay till 5 they wanted to charge an extra 50,00 which was crazy since there were so many open spots. I understand you have policies to follow so I’m sure out of your control Prices at bar a bit steep

This is an incredibly beautiful campground that has more privacy than one could imagine. The staff is great and can be found all over the campground if you need them. Bathrooms and all the facilities were very clean .We did experience the rains and some flooding is possible but we were able to move to a drier site with just a call. Only were there for 4 days and will be back.

This is the MOST BEAUTIFUL KOA we have ever stayed at. The landscaping and the grounds are incredible and the staff are phenomenal, in fact they are so nice we hated to leave.

Excellent stay, CLEAN, decorative and the team was amazing. They were accommodating to every need and helpful throughout our stay. Brian is hilarious and friendly, there was not a time that he was riding by that he did not stop to talk and check on us. Randy at the bar was so nice and we enjoyed chatting with him. In addition, the team from the marina helped me pump up my paddle board! Great stay!

We fell in love with this place it was our first time in the Keys. The crew takes very good care of the facilities and everyone was friendly. I can’t think of anything that needs changed. We will be back for sure !

We Love this KOA! This is our 2nd time back and will be back again! The grounds are immaculately kept, and common areas very clean. Not to mention the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The entire facility was beautiful, very clean and well kept. The staff was kind and very helpful. Sugarloaf Key is Quiet area, but close enough to drive to Key West for some additional fun. We were not too far from pool area and could hear the music all day long but unfortunately didn’t really appreciate that although many do.

Our campsite was surrounded by beautiful foliage. The pool and hot tub were a good size. The poolside restaurant had good food and the facilities were clean.. Overall the staff were friendly and it had a relaxed atmosphere.

The resort was so peaceful and clean and very well maintained. The folks in the pub and store were so nice, as we're all the other employees that I interacted with. And I very much appreciate how welcoming the resort was to my 2 senior dogs as well. I will be back! One... The sign for the women's room in the south restroom building is blocked by an electrical box. Please increase visibility:)

Over all great stay. Wish there were more activities for children! Kids water area could have been cleaned or cleared more so the kids would want to go in the water. Also, make sure your electric toys have lights on them or you can’t ride them around!!! Has to be “street legal” . . .

We were delighted with the plantings between the sites. The restroom , laundry facilities were new and immaculate. The ships store & bar area was inviting. Having the trash picked up daily.was a luxury .The only negative is the sewer hook up was too high.

This was probably the best KOA I have ever stayed. Clean, great amenities, great employees. They always great you no matter where you are in the campground and always with a smile. Whole family came and we had two sites and a hotel room. Hotel is awesome and so are the sites. Overall fabulous experience and great location to everything!

Great place to be in paradise! Staffing and services were excellent. If you want to relax this is the place to be. Only 20 minutes from Key West. 🌴🌺🍍🍹
