Luke went out of his way to make sure we were able to get back into our coach. So thoughtful and helpful….the best customer service we have ever received from staff at any Rv park. Highest rating possible….then some!!

Best KOA Resort that i have been too. Sites were open but private with all the luscious landscape. Pool and spa area had alot of activities to do. Bar and grill had great drinks and food. Campground was in a perfect location. Just 20 miles to Key West. Close to some hiking and biking trails with wildlife viewing. The potluck dinner was amazing and was a great turnout. Everything was super clean. Staff very helpful and polite. Their store is amazing. They are pet friendly, but be ready for a lot of barking…and be ready for a lot of “pot” smell from campers. It’s very relaxed in the keys in general, so you smell and see it a lot. There beach area is not what was pictured, not a very nice swimming area. But overall 5 star place. Absolutely LOVED the staff! So friendly and helpful. The park was kept very neat, clean, and quiet . If I had to pick something to complain about it would be the lower water pressure. But, honestly, we’ve been in other parks with similar pressures.

Very clean RV resort. The staff is helpful and friendly. Drinks are priced very high, we were charged the same for alcohol or non alcohol @ $13.00ea. We lost water to our site and were told but we were not informed when it was back. Dog park was clean but had a strong urine smell. Hot tub and pool were beautiful but this is a family resort so lots of kids.

Loved staying at Sugar Loaf KOA! Short commute to town. The foliage is absolutely wonderful, allowing individual site privacy! The sites are well thought out and easy to access. The staff was exceptional Everyone was fantastic and made me and my dogs feel very welcome! Entertainment was great. Grounds were very well maintained. Will most definitely be back! Thank you to the manager, job well done.

From the minute I pulled in with my 2024 Forest River Sunseeker, I was impressed. I had reservations The front desk was very thorough and polite told me everything that we needed to do. She said a spotter would help us locate park OUR RV. Brian arrived within minutes We needed to get gas. he said follow me. He then took us to our spot, by the water. He said If there's anything else you need let

Sugarloaf KOA was beautiful and the staff was so kind and friendly. We loved playing on the water blow ups that were at the beach. And letting our dogs swim at the boat ramp was a major plus! The one thing that was a downer was the pool was closed for 24 hours do to an accident that wasn't their fault but did stink!

We were there for 3 nights. I can't say enough good things about this place. Grounds are beautiful and so well kept and the staff is so friendly. Our location was perfect because we were right at the showers/washer/dryer AND most importantly dog park! The pool area was great! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this campground!

Pleasantly surprised when checking in, remembering way back when in the year 2000 when we checked in place looked nothing like this. Understand from the staff the Hurricane Irma 2017 did major damage and this is the result. We stayed for 3 days, should have for 3 weeks. Definitely a come back.

We enjoyed our stay there, and extended our stay. Place is gorgeous. Pool and hot tub meticulously maintained, as was the whole place. Plenty of activities to do. The whole staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Sugarloaf Key KOA

We stayed for a week. We enjoyed the pool, the bar, the beach and of course, our campsite. The campsite was a little tight getting into due to the rocks lining both sides but the guides were great to help us.

Our site was so overgrown we couldn't get to the back of our camper. The entertainment was so loud we couldn't sit outside and we were several rows away from the pub. Drinks were outrageously expensive.

good stay, new park is wonderful, Nice amenities. our lot was very private, My only complaint was our lot was flooded Saturday night with about 4-5 inches of water after a heavy rain . I wish I had brought my waders!

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
