Absolutely the best KOA we have ever stayed in as well as the best RV campground! Staff is wonderful, the campground is immaculate and we will definitely return.

Campsite was great. Getting in it was tight and needed two KOA helpers to park. Good food and very clean restrooms. Beach should have.been built facing East for sunrise not looking at highway with the noise.

What a beautiful, clean and spacious Kampground!! Such friendly atmosphere and staff!! For RV’ers this is the place to stay in the paradise of the Keys!!!

Absolutely beautiful resort. Perfect location. Great staff. Lots of green lush landscape throughout the campground. We were so impressed we extended our stay and still did not want to leave. We will definitely be back very soon.

Site was a bit tight for a 45’ coach. Length prevented access to rear for engine. Slides out did not support access to sewer/water without crawling under slide.

Great location, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Has everything you could need. The only nagitive for me was the no-see-ums bugs. Sprays and fans help with them. If it wasn't for the bugs I would of stayed another week. Great bar with activities most nights.

Staff was awesome. Bill and his fellow escorted were a huge help backing me in. I am 45 feet but had no issues. Incredible pool and bar with awesome bartenders. Eric, Danielle, Marlo and Randy make great drinks and are so much fun. We will be back!

The vegetation on the water front sites block the view of the water. It’s nice but it would be nice to have the back clear. Also the music playing all day from 8am bother those of us that like quiet hours. Staff was very friendly and facilities very clean.

This is a very nicely laid out property. Shrubs, trees, and other plants separate the campsites. The grounds and buildings are very well kept up. Bathrooms were always clean, and apparently cleaned several times each day. The staff were always polite and willing to assist with our questions, concerns. The only issue I had was my sensitivity to no-see-ums. Many repellents were tried. We'll be back.

Cable connector was broken at our campsite. They repaired it quickly with a new part.

This place is awesome and so is the staff. The no see ums however were a different story. Every time we went outside we got eatien up. Next time we come here we’ll be better prepared for these little demons !

We had site #1003, on the water. It was a great site. However, next time I think we will try for the site near the boat launch - a little more room. There will definitely be a next time. Great campground.

Wonderful park but there are a few drawbacks: 1) no grass anywhere the k9 park is small and with artificial grass. Gravel/native plants are everywhere. 2) not very good signage to get around and this place is huge 3) very, very dark only lighting is on the power pedistal. 4) RV spaces are really tight - hard to walk around with slides in the out position.

I have been camping for many years! Hands down the finest resort camp ground! Cleanliness, wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, great location, friendliest staff, EVERYONE we encountered were the best!!!

Every employee that we had interaction with for the month of November was absolutely fabulous and very friendly and courteous and helpful Christina at registration and Randy at the bar were two employees we will be staying there again in 2026 because of how attentive and friendly the employees were

Take the speed bumps out! I don’t like rattling my glassware, dishes, and cabinets driving to my site. Great grounds. Please trim back the landscaping on the sites- too overgrown and tight and narrow. Nice activities- but one $6 pancake brkfst the size of a dinner plate? Clean facilities. Great pool, but rule should be no kids in hot tub! Add a workout facility since you offer a hotel experienc

We were impressed with the impeccable landscaping that really shows off the tropical location. I appreciated the grounds cleanup I witnessed the morning after it rained over night, including a beach raker. The facilities were all very clean. I plan to come back and try the fishing / boating / water activities that looked well organized although I didn't get to it this trip.

We absolutely love this KOA! Beautiful and well kept grounds. Wonderful staff and amenities everything you need All there on the grounds including the marina. We took a eco tour and sand bar trip with captain Scott there at the marina and had the most relaxing day it’s nice to have someone who knows the area and give you the history of the area. GREAT DAY highly recommend the tour with him! 100

This was probably the best KOA I have ever stayed. Clean, great amenities, great employees. They always great you no matter where you are in the campground and always with a smile. Whole family came and we had two sites and a hotel room. Hotel is awesome and so are the sites. Overall fabulous experience and great location to everything!

Great place to be in paradise! Staffing and services were excellent. If you want to relax this is the place to be. Only 20 minutes from Key West. 🌴🌺🍍🍹
