we like the facility, but there should be no smoking areas. We had to leave the beach area due to people smoking.

Sugarloaf is a beautiful park with great staff who are friendly and helpful. The entertainment is good and activities are fun. The nightly cost is considerable in light of several amenities being out of order. The hot tub jets were not working the entire 2 weeks we were there, the pool was closed 21/2 days, and we did not have internet at least 10 Of the 14 days. This is the reason for rating.

Beautiful location. All sites are nice and everything is keep clean, including bathrooms and laundry area. Location also has a nice pool that is heated. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

This was the prettiest KOA we have ever stayed in. The sites were landscaped beautifully and the pool area was gorgeous. We loved the store and the bar and all of the events that took place while we were there. The staff were super friendly and helpful also. We had the best time!

This was the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at and we absolutely love it! From the amazing beautifully landscaped private sites to the many first class amenities and the most accommodating staff, this is a 10 star RV resort!!! We will definitely be returning for another visit and would highly recommend this KOA to everyone!!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful long weekend!!!!!

Loved the place. Beautifully landscaped, large pool and hot tub. Great little beach to chill out on. Trivia on Thursdays was a blast. Always something to do. Yes, its pricey but didn't feel like I was camping in a parking lot. We'll be back!

We have stayed at MANY Koas and Sugarloaf Key is by FAR heads and shoulders above the rest! You feel like you're in a 5 star resort.......and THIS visit- we were blown away by all the staff's attentiveness to the guests. Pool area and bar is supreme luxury! Keep up the awesome job!!

Beautiful park, staff very nice. I lots of daily activities for you to join in. Pool and pub area beautiful!!! Lovely park. We had our ebikes and there are several really nice trails to ride. We paddle boarded right from the park. Would definitely return.

Myself and another party booked side-by-side site and paid extra for them. I called a week prior to arrival to book an extra night and was then told that we did not have the side-by-side site and we had sites with four Inbetween then when we showed up we were put in site in different rows from each other. Only compensation was our $50 back. Unacceptable!

Loved our perimeter site. Large and private and a great quiet location. Bathrooms and laundry immaculate. Great entertainment. Highly recommend!

Quiet location. Very clean. Heated pool at 87 degrees, which was much appreciated. The site is small but intimate. Choose your spot carefully, as some are difficult to access for RVs 36 feet and longer due to the narrow streets. Unreliable internet. Very nice campsite near Keys West. Unreliable internet. Beautiful park. Backing in spaces very tight for 40' plus rigs. Park Internet/ wifi down quite a lot. Eileen 's stretch and strength classes are fantastic.

The place is lovely, the abundant landscaping is beautiful, and is planted in such a way as to keep all the campsites private. The beautiful pool is secluded behind more landscaping. Their covered cafe/bar where they hold their many activities, such as entertainment and let me just say they have some pretty good entertainment. Just 16 miles from Key West.

Campground is wonderful maintained. Love landscaping in between sites for privacy. Site and grounds very clean. Only complaint, dryers toke way too long to dry, 2 hours. Maybe vents need cleaning not sure but way too long for drying.

No jets in hot tub, pool closed midway through stay and wifi in and out repeatedly. Suggested some sort of compensation would be appropriate but management ignored the request in my email.

Overall, it was great. The location was convenient. The campground was kept very clean and the staff was great. They were even ready to help us keep our site longer if our truck was not fixed in n time to leave. We only wish the dog enclosure was larger and there was more grass area to potty the dogs.

Pricy but excellent accommodations and great staff. Each spot is separated by lush landscaping adding to your privacy. Restrooms/showers very clean. Pool was closed due to a leak the staff was working hard to fix (with little success) so a little damper on a perfect stay

Second stay there. A wonderfully laid out campground. It was packed but you didn't feel it be cause each site is wonderfully landscaped creating your own little piece of paradise. The tiki bar is wonderful. Trivia night is the best. Drinks are perfectly made especially the margaritas! Fun little store with another place to get breakfast or lunch. Landscaping around pool is �

One of the best KOA campgrounds we have ever stayed at Fantastic location for easy access to the keys, both Key West and all points north up to marathon. Fabulous, fun people, amazingly, friendly staff Lots of fun activities planned on a regular basis Plenty of places to play pickle ball nearby

Only problem we have had is pool has been down since we arrived. For $245+ a day, I would think we should be compensated for money spent. We are here until 1/28/26. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay. ~ Sue Russell

Great location, nice amenities but the sites are extremely narrow for larger Class A’s. I have a 43’ diesel pusher and was unable extend all of my slide outs.

Beautiful spot the grounds were well maintained and the tiki bar and grill were excellent! The prices for the stay were way high with no discounts so couldn’t stay as long as would have liked!

Beautiful campground - Top notch landscaping and facilities. Beautiful pool. No-see-ums were horrible. Only a handful of waterfront sites, the rest of the park has no open views of the water.

You have nice landscaping around your site so that you're not right up against your neighbors. They have activities each day that you can participate in or go and listen to music. The associates overall, we're very friendly. The one issue that I had is the sewer is elevated. I have a low-sitting Airstream, therefore it makes dumping your gray & black tanks a challenge. That should not exist

This KOA has everything you could want in a resort style park. Paved roads tight but adequate sites with shrubbery a little difficult to maneuver with a 43 foot motorhome. Trash pick up from 7 AM to 7 PM. Great staff with at least 20 employees. Someone’s dog took a dump right in front of our camper. We don’t have a dog and the park staff came by without asking and picked up the mess. How nice

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
