Very welcoming check in and rv placement. The park is quiet and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed happy hour and met the most friendly people who turned out to be from our home area.

Once again Sugarloaf Key KOA did not disappoint. This is by far our favorite resort. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always greets you with a smile. The nightly activities at the pub are always fun and help you make new camp friends. The only time you see the staffs weak points are on Karaoke night, LOL. Campsites are comfortable and the patio sites have great space! Easy 5 Stars!!

Our spot was nice but was very small i was in the bushes while hooking up stuff. Food not very good for price. Chairs at pool hard need cushions . Jacuzzis not working. need a dog bath. place to hook up car. The park was very clean and plenty of activities. Staff was pleasant pool was heated .Need to be able to charge things to your site. This was our first time at this KOA. Always use KOA trave

Great stay again, only 1 complaint. No hot water for AM showers. Spoke to staff, they said there have been many complaints, it just takes a while for hot water to “catch up”. Seems like it would be an easy fix.

Loved this campground! Beautiful landscaping, great pool/cafe/bar area. Water accessibility. Favorite stay in all of Florida. We will be back. My only observation is the sites are a bit tight with the rocks, so getting in and out was a challenge. Your staff is awesome here also!

BEST KOA I have been, everything too notch, only thing I didn't like was the rocks on the where you park your RV wish it's been concrete

Couple items. Kind of pricey. Second is the noise and music levels. 7 am power washing by the pool was a bit early. Sunday morning music blaring from the pool at 8 am unacceptable. We were not the only ones complaining. Next year will be a site a the back ! Front desk and all workers very nice!

Fantastic place! Great foliage screening between sites, really nice pool, bar and bar food. Beach and all kinds of activities. Convenient to visit Key West, 30 minutes, but keeps you out of mayhem.

We think a little on the high price side but I am assuming it is the going rate for the area. One of the most beautiful parks we have stayed at. Easy place and safe to go for walks. Central located in the keys to explore all of them.

Everything was great except the internet reliability. This was my third year staying here. Previously the internet was reliable and very fast. This year the internet was completely unusable for me. The connection was slow and frequently dropped. I had to use Starlink instead.

The reservation process is ridiculous. We stay every year for 4 to 6 weeks. But the past 2 years the date we can start reserving changes. This year we couldn't get 6 weeks and next year we could only get 3 weeks.

Clean, private campsites with full hookups conveniently located for easy use. Well appointed bathrooms with private showers.The outdoor dining area/bar is very inviting and the food was surprisingly good. While we didn’t swim, the pool deck was a delightful place to recline and relax. Most of all, the staff members we encountered were happy, helpful and very friendly.

The area is nice. Spots are pretty tight, but that was kinda expected being in the Keys. I give a 1 star to the Marina though. The guy that runs it is a complete bipolar A-hole. Their rental boats were all broke down so I rented from who they recommended. When company delivered boat, he came out yelling that we can't park there unless we paid him $50. The day before his wife told me it was ok.

The park is beautiful, a tropical resort! The staff are amazing, so friendly especially Brian, Brad, Bonnie and Randy. While are site was steps away from the pub/pool/store/bath house it would have been better to not have the musics start after 9am rather that 8am as you can hear it in the camper with the windows open..a bit too early if you want to sleep in.

Great base for a wonderful week in the Key West area! Staff was friendly and easy to interact with. Campground is beautiful...even in 50 MPH gusts! It's a very easy drive from Key West and right on the bus line if you have patience and an understanding of bus routes and timing.

By far, this is the best most luxurious, well maintained and planned KOA that we have stayed at. We enjoyed the grounds, closeness to Key West, the convenience and comfortable environment. And the staff were friendly and fantastic when we had some problems with our rig. Thank you to all for a wonderful time there.

Every spot is private with beautiful foliage. Everything is clean and the staff are amazing. The pool area was beautiful with a nice little café and bar attached.I was able to extend my stay twice and they were able to keep me in the same spot without having to move. They really went out of their way to make that happen and I appreciated it.

We have been to many KOA and other resort style campgrounds, this one is by far the best! Nice setting in the keys, sites separated by nice palms, pool, hot tub and a restaurant make this a resort. The beach and KOA marina with boat and kayak rentals make this complete. We didn't want to leave. Staff were friendly

Sites are clean, & well maintained. All staff extremely friendly. Only suggestion would be to possibly make dog park a little bigger since there are so many dogs and they are not allowed off leash anywhere except there.

The staff is top notch. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The campground is extremely clean, great activities, clean pool. The campground is centrally located. The only concern was the hot tub was open but jets were out of order. But I highly recommend this campground

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
