Top notch. Loved the privacy of our site. Appreciated onsite bar/cafe/store/marina. Clean. Quiet. Beautiful landscaping. Only improvement to be made is better wifi. Thank you!

Beautiful park. Backing in spaces very tight for 40' plus rigs. Park Internet/ wifi down quite a lot. Eileen 's stretch and strength classes are fantastic.

The place is lovely, the abundant landscaping is beautiful, and is planted in such a way as to keep all the campsites private. The beautiful pool is secluded behind more landscaping. Their covered cafe/bar where they hold their many activities, such as entertainment and let me just say they have some pretty good entertainment. Just 16 miles from Key West.

Campground is wonderful maintained. Love landscaping in between sites for privacy. Site and grounds very clean. Only complaint, dryers toke way too long to dry, 2 hours. Maybe vents need cleaning not sure but way too long for drying.

Beautiful park. The pool was out of order but they were working to resolve the issue while we were there. The facility and staff were fantastic.

No jets in hot tub, pool closed midway through stay and wifi in and out repeatedly. Suggested some sort of compensation would be appropriate but management ignored the request in my email.

Overall, it was great. The location was convenient. The campground was kept very clean and the staff was great. They were even ready to help us keep our site longer if our truck was not fixed in n time to leave. We only wish the dog enclosure was larger and there was more grass area to potty the dogs.

Super clean, super nice and full of fun activities!!! Captain Scott’s boat tour was great!!! He was very informative and friendly. Gorgeous boat. So knowledgeable!

Pricy but excellent accommodations and great staff. Each spot is separated by lush landscaping adding to your privacy. Restrooms/showers very clean. Pool was closed due to a leak the staff was working hard to fix (with little success) so a little damper on a perfect stay

Second stay there. A wonderfully laid out campground. It was packed but you didn't feel it be cause each site is wonderfully landscaped creating your own little piece of paradise. The tiki bar is wonderful. Trivia night is the best. Drinks are perfectly made especially the margaritas! Fun little store with another place to get breakfast or lunch. Landscaping around pool is �

One of the best KOA campgrounds we have ever stayed at Fantastic location for easy access to the keys, both Key West and all points north up to marathon. Fabulous, fun people, amazingly, friendly staff Lots of fun activities planned on a regular basis Plenty of places to play pickle ball nearby

The place was beautiful they kept it spotless the bathrooms were cleaned throughout the day and night Staff was always friendly and helpful Really loved that you had great biking options from there the trail to the burnt bridge was awesome my dogs loved the hike &. Place to when they got there

Only problem we have had is pool has been down since we arrived. For $245+ a day, I would think we should be compensated for money spent. We are here until 1/28/26. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay. ~ Sue Russell

Great location, nice amenities but the sites are extremely narrow for larger Class A’s. I have a 43’ diesel pusher and was unable extend all of my slide outs.

Beautiful spot the grounds were well maintained and the tiki bar and grill were excellent! The prices for the stay were way high with no discounts so couldn’t stay as long as would have liked!

Beautiful campground - Top notch landscaping and facilities. Beautiful pool. No-see-ums were horrible. Only a handful of waterfront sites, the rest of the park has no open views of the water.

You have nice landscaping around your site so that you're not right up against your neighbors. They have activities each day that you can participate in or go and listen to music. The associates overall, we're very friendly. The one issue that I had is the sewer is elevated. I have a low-sitting Airstream, therefore it makes dumping your gray & black tanks a challenge. That should not exist

This KOA has everything you could want in a resort style park. Paved roads tight but adequate sites with shrubbery a little difficult to maneuver with a 43 foot motorhome. Trash pick up from 7 AM to 7 PM. Great staff with at least 20 employees. Someone’s dog took a dump right in front of our camper. We don’t have a dog and the park staff came by without asking and picked up the mess. How nice

My second time starting there and I’ll be there again in a day. It was a very nice stay with helpful staff and many entertainment activities. Pretty pricey though. It’s close to Mangrove Manas which is a plus�.

Paradise for sure. Private sites, lush vegetation, great amenities, showers, laundry and friendly staff. However, I suffered from the biting midges - no seeums. They loved my blood and feasted no matter what deet level or product I tried. My legs are still with welts 1 week later. I wore long sleeves and heavy dungarees at dusk and evenings. Not good, no fun in paradise. Others in my group ok

We could not use the kayak launch at the site because of the excessive debris (trash) that accumulated in the launch area, But it was still a nice site.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Amenities were plentiful. Will be back next year!

Very nice campground, foilage and campsites are beautiful. Bar staff was awesome with great selection of frosty drinks, pool beautiful. Check in very accommodating. Everything sparkling clean. Only two hiccups, they are very strict on the wristbands and they trimmed all the bushes at our site while we were there.

The site was a little narrow for a rig with slide-outs on both sides, but it worked. Super friendly staff, great location and lots of activities!

This campground/resort is hands down the nicest camp ground in all the Keys! Lots are spacious and super private with all their natural foliage. The staff are all amazing too We stayed there for a week this January and just moved to another campground that is more like a parking lot…. We have already booked a longer stay for next year . 5 ���� for this campground and their staff. �ϋ�

So enjoyable. We did nothing but relax. Enjoyed the beautiful grounds/pool and hot tub area. The breakfast bagels were yummy. Actually, all the bar food was good. Very quiet and well tended. Our first KOA in our travel van. We will stay at more KOAs. Half an hour Uber ride to Key West. Or City transit. I didn’t want to put our mini schnauzer in a back pack on bus, so we took Uber.

The only complaint we have, but not sure what the campground could have done, was there were a lot of dogs that barked a lot. Especially our neighbours who were there before we got there & stayed the duration (our stay was 15 nights), their 1 dog barked all the time!!! It barked at every dog and person that walked by & it was constant. The people didn't do anything about it & and it was too much!

This was probably the best KOA I have ever stayed. Clean, great amenities, great employees. They always great you no matter where you are in the campground and always with a smile. Whole family came and we had two sites and a hotel room. Hotel is awesome and so are the sites. Overall fabulous experience and great location to everything!

Great place to be in paradise! Staffing and services were excellent. If you want to relax this is the place to be. Only 20 minutes from Key West. 🌴🌺🍍🍹
