First time we camped in the Keys and the KOA was central to all our activities. Easy to to go north or south and quick 30 minutes to Key West. The campgrounds are beautiful and many activities for a couple or family. We used the pool almost everyday and loved walking the grounds in the morning and evening. We enjoyed karaoke night and hanging out in the Pub, food was good. We will come back again!

I realize landscape maintenance is a must, but we spent all day Saturday listening to and smelling the exhaust of a tree trimming saw. So much for paying a premium price to park next to the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay and our site (on the end near the boat ramp, so water view from patio!) - the staff were friendly, the grounds were very well kept and a lot of privacy between sites from beautiful landscaping, we had a delux patio site which was great. The only negative was the newer front load washers were in need of a deep cleanse cycle as the rubber seal inside was very gross.

Your Resort is fantastic. Couple of things, no one follows the quiet time, motorcycles starting up at 6AM, People talking into the late hours of the night. Also, some people don't follow the dogs on a leash rules.

The staff are amazing - friendly, helpful, go the extra mile. The setting is beautiful; the landscaping is gorgeous and well maintained. The social activities and the music are inviting. A true Keys tropical haven.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The grounds and common areas are well maintained and clean. There is always something to do such as music bingo, trivia, live music etc… We have been the last 2 years and will be back again.

Sugarloaf KOA was beyond amazing. The sites, landscaping, facilities were fantastic. The staff, helpful and most important, friendly. I will make my way to this KOA when in area.

We had a phenomenal KOA stay. Sugarloaf KOA was beautifully landscaped, and clean. The site had a fire pit, table and chairs and close to everything. Unusual with a marina, a wonderful beach, swimming pool and hot tub. Their cafe and bar, with nightly live entertainment was a great surprise. The Staff were very helpful and we were only 25-30 minutes from downtown Key West. Strong wifi! Best KOA!

This is the best campsite resort ever! I love this place. My sister and I had a blast. The landscaping is fantastic. I felt like we had a private site, even though the campground was completely booked. The pool was great, as well as the jacuzzi. I will be coming back.

We just love this place, we stayed here before the hurricane, so we were pleasantly surprised, the new layout is incredible the staff amazing. Facilities and campsite was spacious. All I can say is if you haven’t been to the southern most koa you’re missing out.

The hot tub had quite a few issues during our stay. The pool was closed a couple of times too. They could use some extra lounge chairs around the pool area.

Beautiful, clean, each site is spacious and has “vegetation” walls for privacy, easy walk to everything. Fun activities every night and great and fun exercise classes in morning. Easy drive into key west. Very friendly and helpful employees. I already made reservations for next year

Beautiful location. Everyone who works there were very friendly and helpful. Loved all the different activities. Only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the shrubbery and rocks that are too close to the campsites. No room to walk to the picnic table and my friend tripped and fell. Also it’s so extremely dark at night. Need some solar lights to light up the street some.

We loved this campground, and will be making reservations for next year. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional; we were guided to our site by a staff member in a golf cart which is always appreciated. They have a small bar next to the pool, which was very nice, and there was musical entertainment. The landscaping was very well done. The internet was good, which is important to me.

Each site is thoughtfully designed to add privacy and give you that Florida tropics feel with gorgeous landscaping. The staff are super friendly. The beach was nice/small. The only negative for this park is the lack of grass or soft surfaces for pets. No trails. We walked our dogs outside of the park on the entrance road. The dog park has artificial grass which my two hate.

Beautifully landscaped park with gorgeous pool, bar, entertainment area. Lots of fun activities too. The sites are your private little oasis which has landscaping shrubs to isolate you. Beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay there

Great sites! There’s enough vegetation so you actually have a little bit of privacy and what is a relatively large campground. Bathrooms and showers were both extremely clean and everyone was very friendly. Do wish you could take small dogs on leashes to the pub in the outdoor area, but it is close to the pool and that was not allowed.

We enjoyed the KOA near Key West. We could bike, swim, and so many activities. The weather was fabulous. The only thing that I would recommend is a comment made to folks wanting to use the beach. The sand by the chairs is nice, but if you want to go in the bay/ocean, you will need swim shoes. completely rocky and will tear up your feet.

Paradise. Really. And everyone is SO nice!!!! Eileen’s classes are fabulous. Always. Only one tiny complaint- the pool loungers are tough on the tush! Bring a yoga mat!

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Ocean access. Fun activities at the poolhouse. Even neighbors seem to be in a great mood. It would be perfect if someone could do something about the no-see-ums.

A hidden gem! With just a short drive from Key West and several local hot spots within minutes. This is the perfect place to get away. Clean amenities and friendly Staff (Shoutout to Elizabeth!) with plenty to do. Different stay options from RV to Cottages make this place perfect for families looking to get away and a great option for Pet Owners!

Bravo!!👏🏼 the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were plenty around if you needed something. The grounds are well kept. They keep this place clean. The bathrooms were immaculate. The dog park was also clean and well maintained. This place still cares about the customer and the customer's experience! A+

Spotless, well-organized, and beautifully run. Check-in was quick, the facilities are immaculate, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Great location and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.
