We camped with our 3y/o and 5y/o grandkids for 4 days. The campground is very clean and caters to children. The owners have lots of things to keep the kids entertained and are extremely nice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It was a very clean campground with lots of green space for dog walks and the people were very nice. Two things would have been better. There were quite a few low hanging tree branches that scraped the roof when the wind blew and due to short staffing there was no one in the office most of the time during the day. They had a phone number on the door that you had to call if you wanted anything.

Beautiful KOA, our only complaint was the freeway noise. It was loud all night long. Other than that very nice.

Nice quiet campground. The government entity responsible for the roads to get back to the campground needs to spend some money on road repairs.

I understand that you are fairly new owners. I noticed that the water connection had been put in new. Loved how easy it was to connect and turn on! I did laundry and that area was dirty and not in good condition. I had trouble reading the faded-out signs to even know what dryer to use: upper or lower coin dispenser? Camping for a good 60 years, I believe an area can be cleaned.

This journey KOA was above average. Owners very friendly and helpful. Packed dirt/gravel roadways and pull thrus- ours was pretty level.lots of well maintained grass and adequate space between sites. A few miles through some country roads from the highway, but the benefit was appreciated lack of road noise.

Clean and quiet. Well set up. Playgrounds and putt putt etc for the kids. Walmart 15 minutes away. Convenience store on property.

Charming campground, Quiet day and night, for a Journey it is away from the interstate / highway noise. We stayed in our fifth wheel however there are several nice cabins and a Family sized Lodge to stay in as well as secluded tent sites in various locations. Bathrooms and Showers were always clean and stocked. The store has a wide variety of items for your camping needs. New improvements are being made all around the campground and several were in process while we were there however the staff ensured the work did not interfere with any guests or activities. There are several new Electric and Water Paved back in sites while the original sites are in a shaded section and it appears all the trees were trimmed properly to prevent from low hanging branches. We met the owners and they are super nice and treat you well as do the rest of the staff we met. One of the workers (Herman) cruised the park and was always friendly. We would stay there again.
