As always utilities were great. No reduction in power during the high 90’s temps. A big change from 2 months ago at this KOA. My last stay was less than expected. Pool work is complete and open, office remodel completed and yes it is under new ownership. They are working hard to rejuvenate this KOA. They are now starting on the grounds so I’m looking forward to seeing what’s new next season.

The only reason I didn't rate this KOA with 5 stars is because it was very difficult to find our site after the sun went down. I think if an upgrade of lit spots was made it would really help.

Too many people and vehicles in the site next door! I do appreciate that all the permanent residents from my last visit were gone. Bathrooms were clean but I had to use the shower with no showerhead to get ready for my daughter’s wedding. Painful!

We use Spokane KOA off and on. We stayed in the back-in section this time with water and electric. It did have shade which was a plus in 90 degree heat. The staff are always friendly. My main complaint is the site being on dirt. I can’t imagine what a mess it would be on a rainy day! However looking around; there are several pull through sites exposed to hot sun too. Fix the dirt issue?? Thanks.

Staff was outstanding. Park was nothing but dirt and dusty crushed gravel. The roadways were way too tight and people had cars and awnings extended into the narrow roads. The entrance was nice and well kept but the rest was just not good. Won't be back to this campground.

Weeds, dry grass, run down, human feces all over mens bathroom floor. Two days there and not cleaned. Code for womens bathroom didn't work. Dog poop everywhere. Showers dirty. Areas in need of repair. Very run down. Will not stay there again.

Quick stay in Spokane landed us here in our class B. We stayed at multiple KOA's this trip and this was a well run and friendly stay. Great staff who were cheerful and helpful. Remodeling occurring but still provided everything we needed, and very clean.

Not a quiet location. Bathrooms were dirty and unkept. The door locks were always unlocked, didn’t even need the secure code. Dead grass, and the amenities were run down. Store had little to purchase. There was also a homeless personcutting through property with his cart.

The koa is next door to train tracks. It is loud and many trains pass by. The campground itself has lots of sites but poor maintenance. The grass has turned into dirt/ sand and with pets it makes for a mess. The pool is gorgeous but like glacier water cold. Lots of people come for a swim but once they find out how cold it is they leave. Staff is friendly but the campground is disappointing

Train, I do understand that cannot be controlled. But the smell from the sewer drain was unbearable. And there was no public restroom. I can tell that things were being improved, just bad timing on our part I guess.

This place was nothing like I expected. This is more of a stop over campground. No good amenities, office is closed on Sunday so you can’t swim. Loud noises from people playing their car radios going through the camp no security on site. Had to check out early and sent an email requesting a refund because of a family emergency and still have not received any response. Will not be returning.

Wasn’t the nicest KOA I’ve stayed at. staff was very friendly and helpful. Washrooms and pool area well kept. Wasp problem and no grass in campsite.

Stay was average. Booked online prior to a late arrival- paperwork and map were waiting for me outside the office . Site was fairly crowded. Construction ongoing, showers/bathrooms outdated.

Our tent site was supposed to have a grassy area but was completely dirt. Fine black dirt that got all over everything including us. The women's bathroom was locked and the pass code did not work. All of us women had to use the men's room and no toilet paper. The dish wash station was gross. We left quickly in the morning to get somewhere to clean up.

This KOA needs to trim their trees. Fifth wheels on average are 12 feet tall! Very tight spaces, plus vehicles in the way of getting into these spaces. We didn't care for this KOA

Very nice time. I really enjoyed camping at the Spokane KOA again. I can't wait to come back and see it all finished. Lots of work done so far! Looking good!

Love the KOA - had play areas for kids - basketball and soccer - bathrooms were taken care of and lots of hot water for showers. The only downside is our tent area was all dirt no grass and so no matter what everything was covered in dirt. Which I get we were camping but in the description it was supposed to be grass area.

We won’t be staying there again! Parked on dirt, table was filthy with food and junk left about, so obviously no one cleaned it. Way to expensive for the site we had.

Was a great place to stop 1/2 way through our cross country trip. We used this place to get ready for our return trip back home on the east.

The staff is excellent! The campground is under construction so grass is dead, the gravel roads and sites are dusty, the laundry room was dirty & smelled musty/moldy. The water spigot at our site, C6, was so low to the ground it was difficult to hook up the water. You are charging top dollar (83+} for “premium” sites that have no shade or amenities to rate a premium price.

This campground is not up to KOA standards. The sites are narrow and short There were lots of cars/RV's sticking out into the road. The grass was dead. It was very dusty. The sewer cap did not have threads and when not in use, would not close completely due to debris. The restrooms and showers were well-used - broken hooks, vandalism on benches; however, they did have excellent water pressure.

Super friendly staff. They are remodeling at this time. Once everything is completed they would get a 10 from me. Bathrooms showers needs to be Handicap available which I’m hoping is part of their remodeling. Showers bards, seating and hand held shower heads.

Nice location with possibilities…. Welcoming staff. Potential but construction and rocky sites takes away from comfort. I would be willing to return in future but lowered recommendation rating until after another visit. Thank you

Very nice campground. They are under construction in some areas like the office area. We used the laundry facilities twice with no problems. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.
