Spokane Indians Youth Baseball is hosting the 6th Annual Best in the Northwest Youth Baseball Invitational. This tournament offers excellent team competition, an outstanding facility, great awards for teams, making for a great baseball weekend.

June 22–July 22, HUB Sports CenterThis series of summer basketball tournaments will match up high school teams from around the area for competitive play. Over three different weekend options to play, Summer Slam will host over 600 athletes for their round robin tournament.

ALL-BREED DOG SHOW and AGILITY TRIAL - The Inland Empire Kennel Association is holding its annual AKC- sanctioned all-breed dog show at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds and Event Center, 4056 N. Spokane County's Interstate Fair is a ten-day event beginning the Friday after Labor Day each year. The Fair is held at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center on the corner of Broadway and Havana, its location since 1952.
