We loved staying at Spokane KOA. The staff are wonderful and the cabins are comfortable. It’s a great location with lots to do on our long weekend. We shared with the staff the only thing that was an inconvenience for us. KOA campers are a special kind of people and we hope this isn’t changing.

Customer service was excellent! Helped us get a cabin at the last minute while our motor home was being worked on. Very friendly and over the top helpful. We will definitely be back!

It was very wooden! I liked the cabin and the grill. The price was a little steep for only Five days, I could see if it was a five star with the free breakfast, but it was pretty basic not worth the money.

Very disappointed. The deluxe cabin is very run down, hot water very touchy hard to get work, limited office hrs, can't talk to no one, left email, have yet to get reply, asked for partial refund, not upto KOA standards.

We paid for deluxe cabin and had no hot water. No one was around to speak with about it when we were there. I chose KOA because I had positive experiences in the past. I decided to try the deluxe cabins because I had great experiences with the Kabins, instead of using vrbo. However, after this experience I will not make that mistake again. I feel a discount is in order.

There was no coffee pot, even though website said there would be. The hide a bed in living room was no really big enough for 2. We had one sleeping on the floor instead.

The bathrooms were too far from the cabins and at one time they were closed completely. Both men and women's. I had a basic cabin with no bathroom, so closing the bathrooms down and telling me I couldn't use them with no alternative bathroom was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The pool was also closed at 6pm when the signs all said Closes at 8pm. My daughter and her teammates were very disappointed.

We rented a deluxe cabin for my partner and I and our dog. Apparently there’s not enough room for me to detail everything that was wrong with our cabin one being there was no hot water even with the instructions above the kitchen we were unable to successfully take a shower for the three days that we were there. Floor was filthy feet were black every time we walked on it.

We had no hot water in our shower, the pool closes at 5pm far too early, no activities given construction and rarely anyone at office to talk to about issues.

I was very disappointment that I mistakenly left my toiletry bag on the hanging peg that is behind the opened door. I had medication in it but I live too far to drive back. I tried calling an entire week to have somebody call me back to see if they can ship it to me and I would pay for it. I could not get anybody to call me back.

The campsite was tidy, and check in/out was straightforward, having air conditioning was great. The cabin was pretty clean, but drawers and cupboards could use a good wipe out, and there was a wasp nest in the bbq. The hot water in the shower was very inconsistent, even with following the instructions regarding hot water, so we had to use the shower block.

We stay here every year. In the past we have had a large camper and booked a Deluxe site. We love those sites. This year, we used a cabin for the first time. The AC was not working in the cabin and it was extremely hot. The staff took care of it as soon as they found out and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Thank you Spokane KOA. I was disappointed the deluxe cabins didn't come with TP, hand soup, dish soap, cups, plates or any basic supplies. I thought it was like a Residence INN but I needed to bring bed sheets and pans but I was wrong. The cabins need work and I see they are updating the campground but your deluxe cabins need updating ASAP.

The office, store, and restrooms in the main building were closed. No services available due to being under renovations. Couldn’t even buy ice or water. I am travelling by motorcycle, and the gravel in the parking area for my cabin was very deep and loose. Impossible to park on, on 2 wheels. The restrooms that were open were not being looked after. I won’t be back, ever.

Emergency phone number listed on door went to voice-mail. NEVER called back. In Cabin, looked for electric outlet for medical equipment. Only flat switch plates. Found groundskeeper that offered extention cord to outside box. Then bathroom code did not work. 4 people tried. Other bathroom closed for remodel. Used Mens. Here's idea:POST APPRPRIATE EMERGENCY NUMBER! Pool close. Expensive KOA. Worst!

I understand that you are renovating the restrooms/showers and that is a good thing. However, I believe that you should provide portable toilets in the interim so guests are not required to walk to the other end of the campground to use the restroom. Additionaly, there was the issue with the inability to secure the cabin windows closed, resulting in a cross draft, which we spoke about in person.

We have stayed here many times in both an RV and the deluxe cabins. This time we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin, the general run-down feel and the terrible mattress on the bed. The BBQ was in no shape for anyone to use. The location of the campground is excellent as it is close by to the Centennial Trail where we come to bike. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin and unfortunately the shower drain did not work, which essentially made it an expensive camping cabin with a toilet. It took a long time to get in contact with management and there was a fair offer made to compensate for loss of the shower. In addition to the shower issue there was damage all over the cabin which just made things feel run down. This was the worst KOA stay.

Arriving 45 minutes past check-in time and being told it will be another 25 minutes until cabin is ready is unacceptable. We only had to wait 10 mins more, but it took 15 minutes to track down someone from the phone numbers on the door. Water in shower never got warm. Windows don't lock shut. Bed is very creaky. Our stay wasn't bad but the fee is way too high for the cabin' condition.

Front office communication grade: F. Answering service in Utah helped with reservation. Arrival day I received a text - check in was at 2pm. Reply or call if earlier check in was needed. It was needed. No replies. The office was locked at 1pm arrival. Called the number posted. The guy interrupted and asked if he could call me right back. 5 minutes later informed me check in is at 3. Not helpful.

Our delux cabin was very nice. Clean and all we thought it would be. We have been recommending cabin stays to our friends and family if they do not feel like pulling their campers with the price if gas, it is easier and cheaper to rent a cabin.

Mid-Sept. Greeted by two pleasant young adults. Office hours were a little strange for a campsite. 10am-6pm. Travelers leave well before 10 and arrive after 6. Campsite, bathrooms, and my cabin were clean. The window in my cabin was previously broken, but I couldn’t find a member of staff to report the damage. I left at 9am - one hour before the office opened. Only one loud train all night.

Not a whole lot at this location, and it was expensive for what we got. During our trips, we have paid 40% less for much better cabins that included a toaster, and refrigerator. Spokane KOA had none of this, the cabins are older with that annoying loud 2 x 4 door lever. Lastly, the cabin was dirty with a lot of animal hair and dust under the beds and the trashcan was stuffed full and not emptied.

Love this campground. Clean and well organized. Too bad we couldn't use the pool as much but we understand limited staff. We stayed in the cabin and it's our 2nd time staying here (last time was 2019). The beds are pretty noisy when moving at all while trying to sleep. Thanks for a clean cabin though!!

Cabin dirty. Not well maintained. Fridge wasn’t working properly when we arrived. Couldn’t shower in cabin. No water pressure, water came out of faucet as a trickle. Shower houses were very dirty. No toilet paper in shower house stalls one morning. Staff lodge opened late not at stated 10 am. Because staff was only on 10-6 camp services (pool especially were not usable in the evening).

We were bummed that the pool was only open until 7:00pm, as we arrived a little before 5:00 and didn't have much time for swimming. Staff were accommodating for our group, ensuring we had enough room for all vehicles/equipment at our site (as we were guaranteed at the time of reservation). Bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, but were not visibly dirty.

• Nice campground. • Lots of trees. • Site was level. • Staff is great. • They have cable TV, decent selection of channels. • I could not connect to their WIFI. • My Roger hot spot worked perfectly. • Showers are clean, lots of hot water. • Other than trains, very peaceful park. • I would stay here again.

Just stayed for the night. Easy check in after hours. Great having a dog park for the hounds to get tired after a long trip. Can hear the train but just used earplugs. Wifi worked great. Showers were nice.
