The erection of the Great Wall of KOA helped somewhat with train noise. The A-frame structures over the picnic tables in the tent areas are dangerous. I get that it's meant to keep rain off the tables or provide some sun shade. Cool. But the lower cross frame is head-height. Yup, hit it 4 times. Outside edge is worse as it has metal roofing which extends past the 2x cross member. Should raise them

People in office were very polite and helpful. My spot was perfect and I got lucky enough to be by the entertainment of the evening. Very enjoyable. Thank you.

A drop box for rented equipment for after hours would be nice. We had to stay until the office opened to return a basketball. The wash bin area for dishes and such is unsafe. The nails were not secured and a few boards were really loose. The washer and dryers we used were sub par and the laundry room had a foul odor. The toilet paper dispenser in ladies restroom was not properly locked.

We found the Spokane KOA to be a perfect resting point while visiting the Spokane/Couer D Alene area. Enjoyed the campsite ���

We were notified that the office would close at 6:00pm on the day of our arrival. We arrived around 5:30, set up our camp, then returned to the office to purchase ice at 5:54 to find the attendant had already locked up and left for the day. My sister-in-law rented a cabin that had no working AC-- she texted the emergency number to be told they couldn't do anything to help.

4 weeks ago we made reservations & pd for 2 particular spots. Someone was in our spot when we arrived. The mgr told us, “You should have said ‘Lock it in’.” Why would I say that? He then said, “You don’t have a problem with KOA, you have a problem with” he said the name of the girl who placed the reservations for us. He said that she is no longer there. We wanted the spot to be near

There was a sign in the bathroom that encouraged people to wash their hands. But there was no soap in the dispensers. I got an unreasonable amount of communication for my one-night stay, both via text and email. This was a very expensive place to camp for just one night at a tent site. Now I know that I am not the target audience for KOA and won't be back.

The campground was clean and had good sites. There was no camp host in the evenings and the evening activities listed on the website were not available. The pool closed too early.

They did not have some amenities available, as advertised, such as pedal karts. The tent campsites were a little small and not very private. On the plus side, check in was smooth and the staff was friendly.

We had a great time and our campsite was in a good location for us and our two pups. It was a nice and quiet stay and relaxing. Great and friendly service �

The campground is really cute. Fun areas for the kids and family to use. Staff were really nice and very helpful to campers. Bathroom and shower area was large which was nice. I would recommend that staff , when they have a moment, stop in a few times during the day to check in on it. I was looking forward to the evening movie, but the screen is needing some fixing. Hoping to stay again.

I was disappointed to arrive and discover that there were no movies, as advertised and as was on the receipt that was emailed to me. Also the pool was not heated- also as advertised. The site itself was adequate and the pool was quite nice. The group campfire was also non-existent. I made the reservation in part based on the advertised amenities and am disappointed these were not offered.

Folks at the front desk were helpful when we ran into an issue with other campers. Front desk stated that they were aware of the group camping close to us as they had issues with them before. Camper showed up on camp site about 10am swinging an axe that hit one of the other campers in the head. We left,the only other issue was not knowing there was a large train that went by early in the morning.

I liked the pool and my camp site. Bur i feel that the laundry room and bathrooms could be cleaner and some maintenance done. I wish the young employees would not zip around so much making noise and dust. Maybe they can pickup trash and do some cleaning and not ride around every 5 minute. Other then that it was ok. I liked the covers over the tent sites.

The pool closes at 6pm. Tent sites are so small you must mix with your neighbors and share the area. The most disappointing thing is that the pool closes at 6pm. I traveled over 300 miles that day in the heat on a motorcycle sweating all day only to get there and not be able to use the pool. I regret everything about this reservation. Next time I'll just get a hotel with a pool.

Great tent site with an awning over the picnic table. Pool was wonderful. Shower/restrooms were clean and well maintained.

A lot of noise. The pool was closed. Not many showers available. Too expensive for only a tentspot.

Our tent site was spacious and I liked the shelter provided. The amenities were standard. The location was fine except for the train tracks literally being next to our tent site, and us being jerked awake in the middle of the night from the trains horn as it flew by.

Clean and quiet, nice pool and play area. Could use a seating bench in the mens restroom in the office building. Pool hours 9-7 Sunday thru Thursday seem a bit short for the summer, Friday and Saturday it’s open till 8 pm, still too short

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
