Very nice campground but my area was not trimmed of weeds and I called KOA and nothing was done. I also had to drag a decrepit table over to my site

The location is terrible. Secondly, out of all the tent spots, they put me by the front near the exit, which means cars drive by every hour near my site. There were only 3 tent campers, so their choice in where they assigned me was considerate. The train is very loud and will always wake anyone up from sleep. I will not be returning ever again.

We arrived late but had no problems checking in. Quiet night and I was able to shower in the morning. Would stay here again! The staff was wonderful!!

The tent sites need some attention. Most of them were dirt with little to no grass. Overall the amenities were standard with showers garbage washrooms etc. Calling the office was unacceptable but they are upgrading the systems.

We picked up trash from our site on arrival. The shower faucets do not work well. The third shower allows for a scalding hot shower or a cold shower. The fourth one I was able to figure out for a comfortable shower but a child would have difficulty. The toilets always had poop splattered in the bowls, the bathrooms need more frequent cleaning. The showers need better powered ventilation.

I've stayed at a lot of KOAs and choose them because they have consistently had clean, well-cared for facilities and great amenities. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The restrooms/showers were run down and dilapidated. The front desk was only available from 10:00-6:00. The office was also under construction so there was no store available. I will not be staying here again.

Most annoying was the loud electric hum coming from just outside the campground fence. Could not sleep The first night. A major detriment that should have been noted. The hours of the office were very short, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.? The KOA I'm in now is 9:00 to 9:00. Much better. I checked in at 5:55 and as I was walking out turned around to ask another question and the door was already locked.

Dog waste on road and camp sites. Office closed at 1:00 pm confusing people arriving. Dead brown grass. No attempt to water. If I could rate this facility lower than zero, I would.

Had a short visit but it was nice. I hope some time and expense will be taken to improve the washrooms. Poor ventilation and very dated. Please work on that. Nice to see improvements occurring.

We were still very disappointed. The railroad tracks are right behind our campsite. The electrical wires were directly above above us and buzzed all night. We did get a discount but a lot of work being done in the park. We were told there were no spots under the little shelters for a tent and they were all open but one. We checked on a camping cabin, said they all taken, at least three where open.

The only amenitiesthat we need while traveling are clean washrooms and a place to shower. Both were filthy Shower doors did not close.

Everything was great except the train that woke is up multiple times throughout the night. Other than that, the facilities were clean and the camp has a nice set up with fun amenities

Good place to stop, Staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds and facilities were clean. The only thing I did not like, since I was tent camping is tent campers, yes, more than just me were given site close to the entrance of the camp all traffic drove in and out past the tent sites. There were plenty of other tent sites further back in the camp that were closer to the bath and shower rooms.

I appreciated the easy check-in/out and clean bathroom and showers. The campground is located outside of the city of Spokane, which made me feel safe. I wilp definatley visit again!

Camping areas are weedy and needed mowing. Lots of traffic noise and trains going by. Shower and laundry were great though.

The staff was excellent. The tent structure was dangerous (Exposed metal that was sharp. Someone put duct tape at one time to make it a little safer but duct tape was coming off. ) and the site was being renovated, therefore, the pool was out of commission. The dish washing station had no running water.

Loud. The tent sites are not well kept. Did I say the place is loud?! Motor bikes, trains, helicopters. It was ridiculous. Won’t stay here again.

The erection of the Great Wall of KOA helped somewhat with train noise. The A-frame structures over the picnic tables in the tent areas are dangerous. I get that it's meant to keep rain off the tables or provide some sun shade. Cool. But the lower cross frame is head-height. Yup, hit it 4 times. Outside edge is worse as it has metal roofing which extends past the 2x cross member. Should raise them

People in office were very polite and helpful. My spot was perfect and I got lucky enough to be by the entertainment of the evening. Very enjoyable. Thank you.

A drop box for rented equipment for after hours would be nice. We had to stay until the office opened to return a basketball. The wash bin area for dishes and such is unsafe. The nails were not secured and a few boards were really loose. The washer and dryers we used were sub par and the laundry room had a foul odor. The toilet paper dispenser in ladies restroom was not properly locked.

We found the Spokane KOA to be a perfect resting point while visiting the Spokane/Couer D Alene area. Enjoyed the campsite ���

Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.
