this site needs a great deal of up keep to get it to a more likable state. I understand the new manager was only there for three days but he needs a crew of help to get the place up to the standard that your prices require before it would be worth staying again. The bathrooms are almost unusable with most toilets marked out of order and the showers over flow. When we checked in no one was around.

Drug dealings and traffic from the meth motor home that was raided and gins pulled out. Also loud noise all night and flooding in our trailer ground sewage from our neighbor! Very disappointed and left 1 week early even though the refuse to give my money back for early vacate due to their so called back ground checks that let a sex offender live there at the KOA?? Just disgusted

We have stayed at several KOA’s, and they have been pristine. This KOA was in the middle of suburbia. The grounds were unkept. The grassy area to barbecue and the picnic table was full of pinecones and sticks leaves. The train came by frequently and so close. You could feel the ground move, and they placed us under a bright lamp post the cost per night does not equal the amenities.

The space we parked in was level, basic, and had room for our 38' rig with slides on both sides. The bathroom were updated but could have been cleaned more often. The leaves on the floor were there a week later. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back!

We have stayed at KOA Spokane many, many times. This year we found that the upkeep of the place has deteriorated. Grass looks like it hasn't been watered in a very long time as it was very dry and not green at all. Dead evergreen trees all around that I think could have been removed as it doesn't look nice. On a good note... the site we were in had a patio which was very nice.

Still winter in Spokane so park was mostly empty. But they had a site with power and water for us. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Will be back when in town.

They had teenage girls working the front desk that was more interested in visiting with them then helping customers.

Poor service, tried to do laundry and the person said she had no quarters. Asked if they had a single trash bag I could buy and said no. Won’t be back.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. Exceptionally clean washroom facilities and laundry room. The grounds are very well looked after, can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

All I can say is wow! This place was amazing! Full hook ups, restrooms, showers, laundromat, awesome dog park, and beautiful trees all for just $47/night! We started to stay 2 nights then added another. I love all the carved animals out of the old trees and the cabins. I like how they wrapped the water faucets with a heated cable and insulation. You won me over with the dog park though!

There were many thing we liked about this campground. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. The restrooms were clean but the women's restroom in the back part of the park didn't have any hand soap in it.

It was lovely being greeted with a smile after a long drive. Super quick check in. Grounds and restrooms were clean. Knowing how difficult it is to find employees right now I was impressed how well tended every was. This KOAft safe and comfortable. This is my preferred stop when staying near Spokane.

Second time staying there and I was not disappointed. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night. The grounds were well looked after and the washroom and laundry facilities were clean and tidy.

We were staying at Spokane as we looked for property or a new home to move into from Portland. I called the office and left a message to extend our stay, one day at a time and Karena always promptly responded and let us know that we were all set to stay. She even let us know that they were delaying turning off the water (for winter) until we left. A pretty time to have the whole section alone!

No soap in dispensers in Ladies Washrooms. Toilet roll holder cassette broken and kept falling apart each time tried pulling out toilet paper.

Nice clean park, friendly check-in. I left the park for propane because I never saw it advertised, when I returned my wife said she saw it in the back of the office area while walking the dog.

Very nice campground. Very friendly staff. We lost water one day because of some road construction in the area. We were immediately notified by the park attendants. Water was only off a short amount of time. We will definitely be staying there again.

Very difficult to find our assigned spot after dark. I would suggest better marking for camping spots. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Nice sites. Bathrooms ok. Not the friendliest of staff. Had challenges getting our reservation modified.nice little store. Good k9 camp. Nice playground. Near coeur d’alene which is beautiful.

Our site was at the back of the property and the train sounds were regular. The campground is clean; however, the gravel areas are overgrown with grass and there was a very bright light directly above us. Otherwise it was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very polite.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
