It was dusty and all of the vegetation was dead. They said they were renovating. I hope so, because it needed it. Our site was so narrow that we couldn’t put out our awning because of a tree.

The staff are amazing ! The camp is a little rough around the edges,but they are working diligently to improve it. Trains do pass by rather closely but wasn't to bad. We would stay here again when passing through.

We had a good stay at Spokane KOA. The staff was friendly, our site and the campground were clean and quiet, and I appreciate the military discount. I am docking one star, however, because the only one of the men's toilets at the bathrooms at the back of the campground had toilet paper for the 2 nights I stayed, and this was not corrected the morning after I reported it to the office.

Nice place to stay while visiting Spokane. Cable & wifi good. Bathrooms and showers clean. The only drawn back is campsites are packed in and very tight/skinny.

A lot of deferred maintenance which affects guest stay. No locks or codes on bathrooms; you don't feel safe taking a shower. Men's bathroom had only one stall with toilet paper. Dirty facilities. Several washing machines and one dryer were out of order. (For how long now?). Signs say remodeling but only saw new tiny houses going in. No maintenance of what they currently have.

Reservations and check in went well and professionally. Unfortunately the portion of the camp (“F-13) was/is very disappointing and poorly kept. The seemed to be an abundance of pot in the evenings. In short, your park is not kept to a standard that $40.00 becomes a reasonable overnight service charge. Suggestion: Sewer hook-up needs attention to be more user friendly. Do you have a real m

We stayed for 4 nights while in the process of moving from south Washington to Spokane. Park was clean, quiet and staff was friendly.

The pancake breakfast was awesome! We really like the amenities offered here. However, our surge protector was alarming on the campsite's power and when we complained, we were told to plug it in without our surge protector. This made us nervous because the surge protector was doing what it was meant to do. Anyway, we plugged into another site and it was fine.

Pet area is great, restrooms good, staff personable but doesn’t seem to be enough of them. The new owners have a big job ahead to update the park — it has been let go so grass is all dead or nonexistent and lots of dirt. We upgraded from our previous stay but the upgrade didn’t seem much different. Store lacked even basic supplies. Location is great - good luck in upgrading

Limbs scratched our motor home that could have been trimmed we stayed 3 days in which the bathrooms were not cleaned laundry room was dirty and half the machines didn’t work junk piled around campers and the lock on the doors didn’t work women’s didn’t have a door knob on it not secure

Host was very accommodating and gave us a good rate for a tent site with water and electric. Nice, clean bathrooms and showers. Sites are a bit close.

We were traveling through. Registration by phone was pleasant, easy. Location (next to a railroad) was not far off the freeway (I90), easy to find. Nice clean park.

Showers were moldy . Plumbing was always plugged. Not enough laundry machines in working order. Grounds were nice. Staff was nice. Short handed I guess.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was nice to see some updating has been done in the office area. The trains were very loud but that is out of control of the KOA We were located near the back of the campground and unable to connect to Wifi. Name of KOA Guest did not appear as an option. There should be a booster if the number of users are heavy and coverage spotty.

I am brand new to KOA with my new travel trailer - only my second trip out. This KOA was great! Very friendly when I called to make the reservation and the campground was easy to get to, easy to find my spot and very clean and pleasant campground. I will be staying here again!

This campground has changed since our last stay. Sadly, I the restrooms were not clean and the campground is declining. It looks like some effort is being made to improve things but some odd choices have been made. New shower controls that are nearly impossible to figure out and a Black color scheme? Hope the owners can turn things around.

Very clean and campsites easy to find. Sites were wide and long enough to fit our 38 foot 5th wheel. Easy to find in Spokane.

Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.
