Made online reservation added a note requesting a particular campsite if available. When we checked in we got the site requested. Friendly staff. Were able to extend stay by a day and remain in same spot. Lots of things around the spokane valley area to see and do. Great side visit to Coeur d'Alene ID downtown area many shops and great restaurants.

We weren’t there very long, just a quick over night. Seems like a nice park. The only downfall is the trains running by, honking their horns, all night. The horns were very loud and startling.

Office staff were personable and very welcoming. It hurts to say this because over the years ee have stayed here many times. Sites, except perhaps for the top priced ones are not well kept. Uneven "pads", vegetation dead or dying, just a general scruffiness. And not related to any renovations. (We didn't use any facilities, speaking of the sites only.) A reliable rv park is no more. Sorry to say

Nice campground. Spots were pretty roomy, with good hookups. Dogs enjoyed the Kamp K9.

While it's obvious the new owners are doing upgrades and will look nice, we had trains blowing horns all night. Our first night we heard and felt over 10 trains. Even 3am! It's a quick easy koa right off the highway. Good for a quick stop over. Nothing I would want to be at for a week.

Place looks great. We stayed there last year and ithas changed a lot. Store is beatiful. A lot more campers this year compared to last year.

We have visited many Koa Campgrounds. Spokane is the worst. The toilets are dirty, the location is very noisy. Right next to the train. The office was not manned at 2pm. We were very disappointed.

The patio site was awesome and level (so nice). There are two sets of bathrooms and both are clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms near the office are newly remolded but not quite finished. The color of the new bathroom is unusual for a campground - brilliant white. The campground is beautiful with lots of trees.

The folks that work at this KOA are pleasant. Since we were only staying 1 night, we picked one of the less expensive sights. Not only was it a very dusty site, it was so narrow that our neighbors sewer connection was too close to our trailer. Didn't make for a good place to sit outside.

This was our second time at this KOA. We reserved a more "deluxe" site this time. Much more room but still very dusty. Seems like they need to be growing some grass (we saw lots of dead grass at this park), or gravel the areas where the picnic table/swings are. Again, the employees we encountered there were very nice.

We love our stay at the Journey KOA in Spokane Valley! The staff is warm and friendly hosting a great property with a central location. Journey KOA is our "go to" RV Park in Spokane Valley! Clean, quiet, and easily accessible.

Friendly staff that allowed us an extra hour after check out. Clean facilities and campground and ample camp sites. Convenient to many activities in the area. We will stay again.

We've stayed at this KOA many times and for the first time, we were disappointed. Dry dead grass, weeds, and a bunch of cigarette butts in the fire ring. We rented a patio spot and the chairs were scattered all over. The whole park looked tired and dirty. I'll be looking for a new stop in Spokane.

What a shame, this used to be one of our favorite KOA campgrounds to stay at but it has gone downhill to a serious degree. New construction does not explain the dead flowers and trees and the un attractive appearance of the entire area. Not one blade of green grass within the campground,bathrooms had mirrors torn from the walls,were not cleaned.

Stayed here on our way to and from Banff, Canada. The hostess was a delight! She was friendly and helpful. The property was nice and clean too. The other reviews about the trains (did not wake us at all), the shower stalls (there are two, both had doors. One is wheelchair accessible so it is larger and not as enclosed.) we’re really ridiculous. It was a great stay and we will be back.

• Nice campground. • Lots of trees. • Site was level. • Staff is great. • They have cable TV, decent selection of channels. • I could not connect to their WIFI. • My Roger hot spot worked perfectly. • Showers are clean, lots of hot water. • Other than trains, very peaceful park. • I would stay here again.

It was dusty and all of the vegetation was dead. They said they were renovating. I hope so, because it needed it. Our site was so narrow that we couldn’t put out our awning because of a tree.

Awesome KOA! Friendly staff! Great campground layout. Nice playground. The restrooms/showers are absolutely spotless and spacious! Nice laundry! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!!!!!!

Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.
