It was great to stay there. Hot water was not working fully, but was warm. Clean, quiet, nice.

The staff were awesome & helpful. The washrooms were clean & well kept. The mattress in our cabin needed replacing. It was quite flat & uncomfortable. The train is close by & went through several times all night blowing the horn. It was not a good sleep.

Awesome staff. We reserved a no bathroom room cabin and once their we wanted to upgrade to a deluxe cabin but looking online none were available. My wife went to the office and told them what we wanted to do, they said let me take a look and found one for our stay. Then I smashed my finger in the car door. I called and asked if they had any band aids in the store and they brought some to our cabi

We paid the extra money for the deluxe cabin so we could have our own shower and bathroom. There was no hot water . The tub drained so slow that you were standing in a tub of cold water during your cold shower. Definitely not worth the extra 40 dollars from the regular cabin. Our outside porch needs replacement. And two thermostats was confusing. Maybe a paper about the cabin would be helful.

House keepers were very attentive. Only issue was the day before I was told they worked on the water system. The morning I left there was no hot water. Overall, a good stay.

the cabin was spacious, but needed some repairs. the grounds were kept up nicely. was very disappointed that they'd closed the pool a week earlier than was advertised. to compensate, we were given free peddle bikes to use for our grandsons while there. neighborhood was pretty quiet, but to our surprise a train runs through there a couple times a night. Conveniently located--close to malls.

We Enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that there was no movie only because the website advertised it and that was part of why we booked there. The pool was so murky it was a bit icky. Otherwise the cabin was great and very comfortable.

The staff were super responsive and kind. We had wasp nest and they took care of it immediately. The only bummer was the pool had a couple days it was out of commission, and there weren't any movie nights due to staffing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

My kids and I very much enjoyed our first experience at a KOA and have decided that this is going to be our "summer cabin" place! They have even asked that I try my hardest to get the same cabin every summer! Thank you!

Stayed in a cabin-arrived hours but check in was easy and i had been advised i advance of how to check in late. I have used this campground many times and it is always organized and clean.It is definitely in the Journey category-good for one or two nights with lots of pull ins to make RV parking easier. Tent sites are small but for one night are okay. Neighborhood is quiet.

I was very comfortable staying in the small camper cabin. It was great to have air conditioning for sure. Overall I thought Spokane Valley was a great place to stay.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
