Front office communication grade: F. Answering service in Utah helped with reservation. Arrival day I received a text - check in was at 2pm. Reply or call if earlier check in was needed. It was needed. No replies. The office was locked at 1pm arrival. Called the number posted. The guy interrupted and asked if he could call me right back. 5 minutes later informed me check in is at 3. Not helpful.

Our delux cabin was very nice. Clean and all we thought it would be. We have been recommending cabin stays to our friends and family if they do not feel like pulling their campers with the price if gas, it is easier and cheaper to rent a cabin.

Mid-Sept. Greeted by two pleasant young adults. Office hours were a little strange for a campsite. 10am-6pm. Travelers leave well before 10 and arrive after 6. Campsite, bathrooms, and my cabin were clean. The window in my cabin was previously broken, but I couldn’t find a member of staff to report the damage. I left at 9am - one hour before the office opened. Only one loud train all night.

Not a whole lot at this location, and it was expensive for what we got. During our trips, we have paid 40% less for much better cabins that included a toaster, and refrigerator. Spokane KOA had none of this, the cabins are older with that annoying loud 2 x 4 door lever. Lastly, the cabin was dirty with a lot of animal hair and dust under the beds and the trashcan was stuffed full and not emptied.

Love this campground. Clean and well organized. Too bad we couldn't use the pool as much but we understand limited staff. We stayed in the cabin and it's our 2nd time staying here (last time was 2019). The beds are pretty noisy when moving at all while trying to sleep. Thanks for a clean cabin though!!

Busy KOA, but very well run. Facilities were excellent and cabin was clean and comfortable. No concerns at all.

Cabin dirty. Not well maintained. Fridge wasn’t working properly when we arrived. Couldn’t shower in cabin. No water pressure, water came out of faucet as a trickle. Shower houses were very dirty. No toilet paper in shower house stalls one morning. Staff lodge opened late not at stated 10 am. Because staff was only on 10-6 camp services (pool especially were not usable in the evening).

We were bummed that the pool was only open until 7:00pm, as we arrived a little before 5:00 and didn't have much time for swimming. Staff were accommodating for our group, ensuring we had enough room for all vehicles/equipment at our site (as we were guaranteed at the time of reservation). Bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, but were not visibly dirty.

A small but pleasant KoA. I never met any of the staff, but they did an excellent job keeping me updated via texts and emails so it was easy to find my cabin. Fairly quiet location, the grounds are kept up very well and are nice and clean. Bathrooms could have used a little more attention cleanliness wise, and whoever cleans the cabins needs to pay more attention under the beds and to cobwebs.

This used to be our favourite campsite to stay, would come every year, first time back since Covid, a lot has changed, it is looking worn out, curtailed hours for office and pool, and the office amenities are sorely lacking, believe they have the same t-shirts for sale, that were there 20 years ago, when we first started coming, & on + 39 days, the pool hours should be extended.

AC was terrible. We had to sit in our car with the AC in the evening bcuz the pool closed at 6 and it was too hot in the cabin. No outdoor movie, or really much of anything as advertised online. We booked here thinking our teens would have lots to do. Pool and office hours not great.

I wish the pool had longer hours! We were unable to enjoy a dip in the pool due to a late arrival (7:30 pm) and an early departure (10:00 am) Other than that, it was wonderful!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and really enjoyed the facilities. However, the BBQ hadn't been cleaned so it was unusable. The small fridge also needed cleaning before using it. It was very hot so an umbrella on the deck would have been nice. There was a stand, but no umbrella. Access to the bike trail was close by and we enjoyed riding along the river. Overall, we had an excellent stay (5 nights).

Stayed only one night, however, because of a cancellation. we were able to stay in one of the log cabins. It was clean, cool and we enjoyed a little rain and thunder storm. Would stay here again.

Cabin was not clean had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags, could not cook on grill on first night there which was the 4th of July due to the grill was so dirty inside and out. Talked to the staff they said they could clean the grill after they close the office, I had a nice BBQ meal all planed for the 4th. Had to run out for dinner. Very Disappointed with our stay.

Cabin not clean. Hot water shower is like setting up a rocket, and it wont be hot as you which. Bath was dirty. Nothing included other than a microwave and a frig....for the price, not recommending, go to the hotel instead

My family stays here almost every year, and unfortunately this year was a little disappointing. It seemed unorganized, less amenities, limited office hours, and a less-welcoming feel.

We had a very nice stay in a deluxe cabin at your KOA, it had everything we needed. We even took a dip in the pool one hot evening. What a great campground in a great location with easy access from Highway 91.

Staff was pleasant. Average site. Bathrooms need to be renovated and the one located by the office stunk like sour water. Stayed in a cabin— cobwebs by door and could have put trash bag in cabin. Mattresses are looking used.

Deluxe cabin is not worth the price. Bath does not hold water and the shower even after waiting a minute or two does not heat up as suggested. Also the hand room is in very sad shape as well as the camp store. It seems the owners have given up as we have stated at the KOA in the past and have not seen it like this before.

This a comfortable place to camp especially when on the road to other locations. It has a nice park and pool for the kids to go burn off some energy. The staff was very friendly.

We visited you twice in a week. Our first night was fine, but our second night was not. The window air conditioner couldn't compete with the 90' temps that day. We did not have a restful night due to the uncomfortable temp in our cabin. Hope the HVAC repair folks are coming soon so other guests will be more comfortable than we were.

You should update your website for the deluxe cabins. Pictures show a stove and there wasn’t one! Also stated an umbrella for the outside table and again we were told you didn’t have! Office was closed all day on one of the days so we didn’t have access to the sport court accessories!

DC2 Cabin was comfortable, but the coffee maker didn't work, and leaked all over the counter. Otherwise, it was a nice stay - we usually come in with a camper, or stay in a local hotel, but since it was graduation weekend for Gonzaga and Whitworth, hotel room prices tripled! We needed two rooms, and your cabin really fit the bill. Will do that again when necessary!

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
