Very small, crowded site for our travel trailer, the neighbors septic hose hookup ran right in front of our site where a picnic table should have been, but we didn’t use it because who wants to sit outside with someone’s septic hose in their sitting area? Not us. Very little room to pull the trailer out or try to reverse out because everyone parks in the roadway.

We reserved 2 spots but were not put anywhere close to each other even though there were plenty of spots and we asked numerous times. The bathrooms were FILTHY, showers were covered in hair. They advertise big grassy spots, EVERYTHING is DEAD except the grass around the "sports court". They are big rig friendly, yet we couldnt putbour awning out and most rigs were sticking out on the roadway.

While it was a quick overnight stay, and considering that you're going through the remodeling, it was great as usual.

Dirty bathrooms, no change machine for laundry, poor office hours, did not take shower felt unsafe with characters hanging around. Train less than 100 ft. From rv several times during night. Would not stay again or recommend. Site itself was level with tree and room so that was good. Had to peddle to town to get change.

The spot assigned was perfect for our rig. It had room for our slides on both sides plus parking for our big pickup. It will really be nice when all the renovations are complete. Will be back.

Very nice lady at the front desk, pool area and office area are super nice. Sites are closer together than any other koa I’ve stayed at. Mens Bathrooms are extremely hot and muggy as there is no vent. Also toilet paper dispensers were broken, and there was feces on the floor that someone stepped in and walked around with, made the bathroom reek and was just disgusting.

Have stayed at this park several times, this time the office building was under construction, it seems the park is under new ownership and the landscaping has been allowed to die - previously it was beautiful and enjoyable. The fence is interesting - wish I had it at home. The lone person working the office was very busy between the phone and checking in and had no time to answer questions.

Great campground! Just off the hwy for easy access, clean , quiet, good dog park! Great paved biking path nearby to ride on!

Lots of stuff under renovations but overall a nice spot. Will be even nicer when complete. Could use a bit of heat in the pool and something to keep the dust down (pave the roads maybe?). Location is great for access to the centennial trail!

This place is fine, although the renovation meant that many items you might rely on a KOA having were not available. The sites are level, but quite tight and do not justify the high price. Ours was too small; it's not the best when your sewer intake is 3 inches from the next site's picnic table.

Too small, dirty and has frequent Noisy trains very close to the sites. Literally just over the fence. Our site was way too small to be called a site.

The staff was excellent the regional manager, even though that she’s not here needs to be commended for her most excellent customer service she helped my family in ways that she could never understand. We appreciate her so very much. The only thing we can say is the grass was a little bit dead. And there was a lot of dirt when you had to go step out of your RV. We will be returning soon !

I arrived at 6:30 pm and the office was closed. I took my info and went to my sight A8. There was no 30 amp service. I called the service help number and had to leave a message. I waited 15 min for a response, but got nothing. I went back to the office, wrote down sight numbers that had a resv sheet since I saw no list of what was available. I went to one of the open sights for the night. I NEVER

I had booked into a large site, when we arrived we were placed in a regular site which was very narrow. One of the wash houses were under renovations so all campers needed to use one wash house which was continually out of toilet paper, soap and not very clean. Pool was ice cold. Playground was very basic and did not have much to offer children over 4 yrs of age.

Most annoying was the loud electric hum coming from just outside the campground fence. Could not sleep The first night. A major detriment that should have been noted. The hours of the office were very short, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.? The KOA I'm in now is 9:00 to 9:00. Much better. I checked in at 5:55 and as I was walking out turned around to ask another question and the door was already locked.

Ran out of toilet paper twice. They lock the bathrooms but no fans inside. Like a poop sauna. They are making good improvements but they are slipping on service. Still like it.

When I called for a reservation, the gal on the phone did not reserve a spot but said there were lots of spots available so just come to the park. Another camper was still having difficulty so my checkin took about an hour. Once settled and after dark, another camper showed up assigned to my site. Rather than deal with it, we both crowded into my tent site.

We had no hot water in our shower, the pool closes at 5pm far too early, no activities given construction and rarely anyone at office to talk to about issues.

The property was not as nice as the pictures. The Pool was really nice for sure. The person we dealt with at check in was very nice. Spots are crammed in very tight, which isn't the problem necessarily, but the grass was dead. Tons of dust. The smell of sewer was so strong we couldn't sit outside. It would be a great place to stop just for a night while travelling but not for any longer than that.

It was good, the bathrooms are clean but need some work. The renovation of communal space will look great when completed. At least there are trees around the campground, unlike some KOA campgrounds. The downside to this campground is the train runs right behind it & blows its horn as it goes through the intersection close by

Would have been nice to know spaces were so crowded together. Not even room to put out chairs awnings cross over neighbors slides. Also campground was in full upgrade mode with no office, store or amenities. Pool was small and packed, not a problem as we didn’t have time to swim. Really should be advertised as an overnight stay while traveling through. I will say gal that checked us in was nice.

Understand that they were under construction....but no temporary store, no ability to purchase firewood, men's restroom had broken toilet paper holders. Hopefully a better experience once they complete the construction work.

The sites are very close. The train kept us up at night. Someone in the park drove through with loud music. The park was over crowded.

We had some mishaps that gave myself and my two young kids a negative impression. We arrived Monday afternoon to find our deluxe cabin locked and no staff around! It was only by luck that we ran into someone working late who let us in. Unfortunately the cabin hadn’t even been cleaned. The reception hostess went out of her way to help me find something from their store even though the store wasn't open. We also enjoyed staying in a spot with it's own gazebo!

I was very disappointment that I mistakenly left my toiletry bag on the hanging peg that is behind the opened door. I had medication in it but I live too far to drive back. I tried calling an entire week to have somebody call me back to see if they can ship it to me and I would pay for it. I could not get anybody to call me back.

Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how flexible the hosts were, especially with our pets. We could not get hot water in the shower of our cabin but the central shower facilities were great.
