This KOA needs to trim their trees. Fifth wheels on average are 12 feet tall! Very tight spaces, plus vehicles in the way of getting into these spaces. We didn't care for this KOA

Very nice time. I really enjoyed camping at the Spokane KOA again. I can't wait to come back and see it all finished. Lots of work done so far! Looking good!

Love the KOA - had play areas for kids - basketball and soccer - bathrooms were taken care of and lots of hot water for showers. The only downside is our tent area was all dirt no grass and so no matter what everything was covered in dirt. Which I get we were camping but in the description it was supposed to be grass area.

We won’t be staying there again! Parked on dirt, table was filthy with food and junk left about, so obviously no one cleaned it. Way to expensive for the site we had.

Site was clean and level. It was quiet, we had no problems. Stayed for 2 nights. We would stay there again.

We picked up trash from our site on arrival. The shower faucets do not work well. The third shower allows for a scalding hot shower or a cold shower. The fourth one I was able to figure out for a comfortable shower but a child would have difficulty. The toilets always had poop splattered in the bowls, the bathrooms need more frequent cleaning. The showers need better powered ventilation.

Had a good stay. However the condition. of the landscape Was very disappointed and needed some TLC and irrigation.

Was a great place to stop 1/2 way through our cross country trip. We used this place to get ready for our return trip back home on the east.

We rented a deluxe cabin for my partner and I and our dog. Apparently there’s not enough room for me to detail everything that was wrong with our cabin one being there was no hot water even with the instructions above the kitchen we were unable to successfully take a shower for the three days that we were there. Floor was filthy feet were black every time we walked on it.

The grass was DRY and dusty and we thought for $97.00 a night it was overpriced.

The staff is excellent! The campground is under construction so grass is dead, the gravel roads and sites are dusty, the laundry room was dirty & smelled musty/moldy. The water spigot at our site, C6, was so low to the ground it was difficult to hook up the water. You are charging top dollar (83+} for “premium” sites that have no shade or amenities to rate a premium price.

This campground is not up to KOA standards. The sites are narrow and short There were lots of cars/RV's sticking out into the road. The grass was dead. It was very dusty. The sewer cap did not have threads and when not in use, would not close completely due to debris. The restrooms and showers were well-used - broken hooks, vandalism on benches; however, they did have excellent water pressure.

The only complaint was the lack of green grass at the sites. Other than the stay was great.

Super friendly staff. They are remodeling at this time. Once everything is completed they would get a 10 from me. Bathrooms showers needs to be Handicap available which I’m hoping is part of their remodeling. Showers bards, seating and hand held shower heads.

Nice location with possibilities…. Welcoming staff. Potential but construction and rocky sites takes away from comfort. I would be willing to return in future but lowered recommendation rating until after another visit. Thank you

Very nice campground. They are under construction in some areas like the office area. We used the laundry facilities twice with no problems. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice KOA. Staff was great; nice and friendly. It was nice to see the many renovations taking place at the park. Gravel was well packed and very little dust. We easily got accustomed to the train schedule. Only one concern. Looks like a few guests are residents of long term. Their sites seem to show that. "G8" with the silver foam skirting looks deserted and unsightly.

Sites are pretty close together and appears to have a lot of people living in their trailers. Our neighbour was working on his broke down motor home leaving a strong smell of gasoline that gave us all headaches after partaking in heavy marijuana use. Having kids this really made us unable to enjoy time outdoors. Pluses, pool is nice but not heated as stated and tall trees block evening sun.

There wasn't an evening fireside gathering, also no evening movie. It was dusty and loud music played from a few sites away. Sites were very close together.

Too many spaces per size of park and way to tight to drive the way people park. Train on the hour starting at 1am. 1 bathroom per park. No one on site to help if needed.

First time in 15 yrs that someone in our site. It took awhile to figure out. All sites messed up on computer vs maps?? They thought person in our site belonged in another.. 3 sites messed up. Finally found a place for us. Sites not level.

Really tight sites. Can’t even extend your awning out. Your picnic table is next to your neighbor’s sewer. Lots of rules no one follows. Dogs off leash or tied outside barking.

The place needed some cleaning/care. I understand they were remolding, but there was nothing else being done(all the things for kids were canceled* for lack of staffing) . The bathroom was disgusting, and out of toilet paper at a minium they should hire an outside cleaners. I stay at KOA for a standard, and this place did not meet it!

My main concern was the neglect of the bathrooms, dirty floor 3 days, orange slime on the shower walls my whole 5 day stay. I understand new management & construction but neglecting the cleanliness of what facilities are available is not ok. I have been coming for 8yrs and am disappointed with this standard. Other than that sites and hot showers were great just don't touch the walls!

Stayed here four times. Sites are small, dirty, and challenging to navigate when busy. Known electric problems if using surge protector (e.g. site 11). You get the "yes, we know, they will be repaired this winter" thing. Wouldn't stay again till known utility problems are addressed. Why pay $80 for a site without power? No offer of a refund. Can't trust it. Bye bye.

Right next to the train tracks, with a blowing horn. The only grass that is green is in front of the entrance. Nice dog park, to bad it is in the very front of the park. Won't be coming back to this Koa.

They are seriously understaffed. There is a super nice, friendly, and helpful lady at the desk. She's pretty much it. They do not escort you to your sight. That extra help is a main reason I do KOA. The sights on the F row are extremely tight. I came within 2" of electric. Another camper helped get me out of the sight or I would have taken out the electric, tv, picnic table. Very stressful.

Awesome KOA! Friendly staff! Great campground layout. Nice playground. The restrooms/showers are absolutely spotless and spacious! Nice laundry! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!!!!!!

Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.
