Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The site was very clean, the pool was nice, and the checking in process was smooth. We actually forgot to press "confirm" when we first made our reservation, and I realized it an hour before we were supposed to be there. We were so grateful they could fit us in and were very kind. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice park. Check in was friendly and fast. The privacy fences between sites makes for good privacy. Very convenient to I-90 and fuel.

We were only here for one night over the Labor Day weekend. This KOA was busy. Lots of activities for all ages.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Traffic noise from interstate was a little noisy at night. Grounds were pretty and we'll maintained. Would stay again.

Enjoyed the shade and grass which was better than most KOAs. Not happy about being placed in a site that was too small for our trailer despite longer ones being available. The site (B11) was also 4” lower on the door side resulting in a big step down coming out of the trailer.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry your stay was not up to par. That site is 45 feet long which would accommodate your 28 foot RV. I would maybe double check your length of your rig to make sure it's not maybe longer. Thanks for staying!

We were very pleased with our stay and loved our site, having our own lil piece of real-estate complete with a gas grill and pet pen. Everyone was very helpful, polite, professional and loved our dog Dallas and he loved all of them. Thank you for a relaxing week.

This is one of the nicest and cleanest campgrounds I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. A special thanks to Mike for all of his assistance. I would stay at this location everytime I was in the area

The campground is in a convenient location to sioux falls attractions. It has great amenities and would have used more on a longer visit. The biggest negative is the road beside the sites, it was LOUD all night long with big trucks going way too fast(it wasn't the main road or interstate) too bad because it is a nice park!

Campground was excellent for families with kids! Wish there would’ve been a section without, for us folks who don’t have them.. Very noisy as we were position right next to the fun area for kids. Bathroom showers, restrooms and laundry area needs updating!! Other than that, staff was amazing & friendly! Bathrooms, shower rooms need an update.

Our bathrooms and laundry have all been remodeled within the last 2 years. Camping is about family and community and we welcome all to our park and we would want all to enjoy our park especially kids who get to be outside! Thanks for staying and safe travels

We’ve been at several KOAs across the country. This one was okay for a single night stay, but I don’t think we’ll return. Lots of interstate highway noise and the WiFi connection was so poor that we couldn’t connect to anything but for a few seconds at a time. Didn’t check the bath house/restrooms. We’re self contained. Outside of the KOA, Sioux Falls has a fantastic food co-op.

Overall, we were fine with our stay here. Employees were very nice and accommodating. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the site we were given had the hookups at the wrong end of the site, requiring extensions for hookup. Also, there was a lot of noise from traffic on I-90.

By far, one of the best KOA we have stayed. The bathrooms were immaculate. Lance & Mike were so friendly. We are novice campers and Lance provided insight to us about types of KOA sites, etc. Thank you!

Way to concerned abt the grass… need just a little more room to park a vehicle without being asked to stay off grass…. Will more than likely find other campgrounds to stay at in the future! Also prepaid a bundle of wood that was never delivered to campsite..

My apologies that you did not get your wood, please call the office and we can get you refunded. Our grass with the rain can get muddy and we want to take care of our park. We have plenty of overflow parking for next time. Safe travels.

This was our very 1st RV campground with our very 1st RV. We learned a lot and really enjoyed our stay of 2 weeks. The campground was clean, quiet, and fun. The staff was available, responsive, and friendly. A great start to our full-time RV journey!

We loved our stay here. Owners were phenomenal! The park is so well kept and amenities are in great shape. The gift shop had a great selection...found some unique gifts there. Great location to downtown and Falls park. This is the best Journey we have ever stayed in.
