Great place to bring the grand kids. Everything was clean, the play ground was nice, and the cabins had space to play games. The Industrial Park area allowed me to walk the dogs away from other campers so that they wouldn't bark at other dogs. The staff was very helpful as well.

I had a great stay at the Sioux Falls KOA and stayed in one of the teepees, which was such a fun and unique experience! The teepee was clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were conveniently located nearby and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone looking for a fun experience.

Sites are stacked right on top of each other. Way too close together. Cabin bedding (mattress cover) wasn't washed or changed and was covered in animal fur. The office was closed by the time we made it into town so we were stuck with it.

It was awesome. We stayed in the tee pee. The bed was pretty comfy. Will stay again. Everything was very clean.

We stayed in a cabin and the park was great and very well maintained and the restrooms were very nice and spotless. The only downside was the distance to the restroom.

Nice cabin for one night. Great bathroom with all night illumination and really hot water. Near highway, so pretty noisy. A lot of amenities to spend time. Probably will stay here again.

Clean with many amenities. Traffic noises from I 90 was loud and didn’t allow good sleep, we were in a cabin.

Stayed in a newer cabin. Nice counter and stools. Bed was comfy but refrigerator freezer was iced up and door would not open. Nice restrooms Will be back.

The cabin we stayed in was very dirty. The inside walls were thick with dirt. The staff and the written instructions for staying were rude and offensive. Very bare bones.

Staff super helpful & nice. Thanks for helping me back my Jeep and bike trailer into a perfect spot by the perfect cabin. As a lady traveling alone, I felt welcome & safe.

K6 Cabin was not clean and needed a thorough deep clean and then thoughtful daily clean. Looks like cleaners spend 2 minutes tops in there and leave. can be reached by KOA for photos if needed. Otherwise beautiful grounds and public areas.

The cabin we had was clean with sufficient lighting. We appreciated the spotless bath houses. The public areas and landscaping were well groomed. Flowers were beautiful. After being disappointed in the first two KOAs of our trip, Sioux Falls was a great change. Keep up the good work.

Bathrooms were spotless and staff were wonderful! I would suggest more comfortable mattresses! Other than that we liked bed it!

There is only 1 accessible toilet on the property and able-bodied people are under the impression that it is a private bathroom for the site next to it. Instead of asking the able-bodied woman to vacate the shower the male manager told me to use the inaccessible restroom and he would come in and help me up—when I cried he got his wife. It was one of the most humiliating experiences of my life.

Everyone was very helpful and I really enjoyed the swing on the porch. I also appreciated Mike, as he dropped off wood for our campfire and ice for the coolers. The showers were really nice. Helpful suggestions on places to visit. I would visit again.

This is by far my favorite KOA that I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in several. The staff in the store was very helpful, the store hours are great 8a-9p, the pool was clean and refreshing, the bath houses were the cleanest I have ever seen, and two maintenance guys (Lance and Stan) helped us address a camper issue we experienced by working on our RV for an hour and a half!

We stayed July 24-26 unfortunately in 100+ weather the cabin air conditioner was blowing hot air I do have to say the staff was great but unfortunately they have been getting complaints about the air conditioning if I wanted to roast I would of stayed in a tent while we leaving maintenance came over and said they getting new air conditioners unfortunately I will not recommend the KOA in Sioux Fall

Our "air conditioned" rustic cabin was not air conditioned... The fan on the a/c didn't blow the coolness... you couldn't even feel a cool breeze if stood in front of the a/c. ��� We were hot & had problems sleeping from the traffic noise of the visible interstate. Our family had a camping spot by the loud slamming very squeaky bathroom door which happened all day/night long. �

We would have been more than happy to take a look at the ac unit and replace it if needed as sometimes units go out. I apologize for your experience.

Staff were very friendly and nice, and the teepee was clean and well-maintained. It was just sort of a weird location by warehouses, and so the bright streetlights didn't make it feel very 'campy'. It also felt very packed, and the sites didn't have a lot of space. The front bathroom had issues when we were there, and the other one was pretty far to get to.

Thanks for staying! Unfortunately something got flushed down the bathroom, I worked on it for 8 hours yesterday and we had to call in roto rooter and they got it fixed today. My apologies! Have safe travels!

Stayed in one of their new camping cabins over the 4th of July weekend. Very nice cabin, bed was comfortable and the air conditioner in this unit worked fantastic. We have stayed at this KOA several times and would not hesitate to recommend it. The park and the bathrooms are always clean. Staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Was a great campground! Easy to book a site and we were even escorted to our campsite. The campsite was pretty full, so recommend to try and book in advance or call to double check spots. Everything was nice and clean and close enough to run errands in the city.

We have been coming to the Sioux Falls Journey for years. The staff are amazing! From Lance the manager to Mike, Jennifer, Rick and Joyce we were served with excellence. The campground is immaculate as well as the shower/restroom facilities. Location is great! This is our favorite KOA!
