The park was clean. Our site was very nice the people there are very friendly. The dog park was nice. Getting in and out of the campground was easy.

Nice facility. Journey is supposed to be close to highway but this is way TOO close. Freeway noise is more than we could bear.

Very convenient to I80 for a traveling one night stay. Will stay again on return trip. Nice people, clean camp, good mechanicals. Nothing negative at all.

Nice place, clean, didn't use facilities. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant and friendly. It's a Journey KOA so you're next to the highway so some noise. Site was good size pull thru, level, didn't have to disconnect car from 45' MH. Good water pressure and hookups. One night stay.

Only at that location for one night, but it was very well kept, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous and informative, and we felt safe and truly enjoyed our stay.

While campground was okay noise from highway was a deterrent for returning. Was easy access off I 90 which makes it very convenient.

Stayed in a patio site. Nicely appointed with table and chairs , fire pit with two chairs and a nice clean grill. Perfect. Laundry facility was large and very reasonably priced Staff was very friendly. Sites are close by but acceptable.

Very nice clean quiet stay staff were all very nice and helpful parking pads are good love that the staff takes you to your site and helps you get in place a must stay in Sioux Falls will be back again for another extended stay

The amenities were clean and grounds well maintained. Sites were a great size! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I would recommend this KOA to anyone traveling through the area!

Host doesn’t want ver drove us to site, and gave us the ok to set up. Later another host driver stopped by and suggested we move because we were on the grass. (1-2 inches). Most of the tires were on the pavement.

Great place to stay overnight on our long road trip, staff was all very very friendly, welcoming! The pool was great to cool off! Close to the actual Sioux Falls! We would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed two nights. Found our pull through site to be spacious enough for our camper and truck. The lady at the desk was very helpful and welcoming. The gentleman that took us to our site was friendly.

Decent site but crowded. Utilities were fine. Pool hours should be longer in the summer. Finally, be nice to be a few miles from the interstate to reduce noise.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Pool can only be open during office hours for insurance. Our park was built in 1972 so a few miles unfortunately was a different story then. Thanks for staying

The location was right next to the interstate, which was convenient but also a little loud. It was an easy drive into Sioux Falls.

The staff was great & dog park was cleaned daily and stocked with balls. The sites were good and it was just 3 miles to Falls Park. The only negative, which they can’t fix, is the road noise. There is a rumble strip that 50% of the highway traffic hits and the truckers use their exhaust brakes. If you’re a good sleeper no problem. If you’re not request a site as far from the Hwy as possi

The campground is beautiful and staff attentive. However, the campground is located in the industrial area and there is not a time that you don’t hear trucks shipping and receiving. It is located in close proximity of the airport and fighter jets are intermittently taking off. Not good for relaxing. While we were there, our dog was bitten by another dog. Not a good stay. Poor location.

Stayed two nights with a 19’ travel trailer. Pull through site was spacious. Did not use facilities but campground clean. Friendly staff. Campground was quiet. I was nearer to the interstate but with fan or AC on at night I was not disturbed. SD Air National Guard flies exercises overhead but well before dark. Camping World is conveniently right next door. Would stay here again!

This is a beautiful park with all the amenities that you might need. Staff is super friendly, helpful for those new to the area, and even carries treats for your pets! This park does back up to the highway, so there is noise to be aware of.

Was a great campground! Easy to book a site and we were even escorted to our campsite. The campsite was pretty full, so recommend to try and book in advance or call to double check spots. Everything was nice and clean and close enough to run errands in the city.

We have been coming to the Sioux Falls Journey for years. The staff are amazing! From Lance the manager to Mike, Jennifer, Rick and Joyce we were served with excellence. The campground is immaculate as well as the shower/restroom facilities. Location is great! This is our favorite KOA!
