Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We experienced a failing refrigerator so had an extended stay while the Camping World right next door ordered a new one and then installed it once it arrived.

We LOVE this KOA!! We have been coming here for a few years. The staff are amazing!! Lance, general manager is great. The staff we met, Mike and his wife along with Rick and Joyce were so friendly and helpful. Our 3 nights turned into 7!!

Campground is well maintained. Restrooms and showers were extremely clean. Pickleball courts were a nice amenity. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is the road noise.

EXCELLENT restroom/shower/laundry, very well organized. We've stayed at several dozen campgrounds this season, this is among top five. Would stay again.

Immaculate facilities owners are very friendly. Yes, you are by the highway, but traffic really dies down at night and it was fine. The patio sites were really comfortable.

one night tent camping. the staff and facilities were great. Everything clean and well organized. The problem is the location of the camp, sandwiched between and interstate freeway and a street with 4 trucking operations that are active through the night. I couldn't believe the loud noises that their activities created, keeping me and many other camper I'm sure awake.

The park was clean. Our site was very nice the people there are very friendly. The dog park was nice. Getting in and out of the campground was easy.

Nice facility. Journey is supposed to be close to highway but this is way TOO close. Freeway noise is more than we could bear.

The cabin we stayed in was very dirty. The inside walls were thick with dirt. The staff and the written instructions for staying were rude and offensive. Very bare bones.

Very convenient to I80 for a traveling one night stay. Will stay again on return trip. Nice people, clean camp, good mechanicals. Nothing negative at all.

Nice place, clean, didn't use facilities. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant and friendly. It's a Journey KOA so you're next to the highway so some noise. Site was good size pull thru, level, didn't have to disconnect car from 45' MH. Good water pressure and hookups. One night stay.

Only at that location for one night, but it was very well kept, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous and informative, and we felt safe and truly enjoyed our stay.

Staff super helpful & nice. Thanks for helping me back my Jeep and bike trailer into a perfect spot by the perfect cabin. As a lady traveling alone, I felt welcome & safe.

While campground was okay noise from highway was a deterrent for returning. Was easy access off I 90 which makes it very convenient.

Stayed in a patio site. Nicely appointed with table and chairs , fire pit with two chairs and a nice clean grill. Perfect. Laundry facility was large and very reasonably priced Staff was very friendly. Sites are close by but acceptable.

Very nice clean quiet stay staff were all very nice and helpful parking pads are good love that the staff takes you to your site and helps you get in place a must stay in Sioux Falls will be back again for another extended stay

The amenities were clean and grounds well maintained. Sites were a great size! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I would recommend this KOA to anyone traveling through the area!

2 night stay, wasn’t at the campground for much but the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, the facilities were clean and functioning properly. It was worry free

Was a great campground! Easy to book a site and we were even escorted to our campsite. The campsite was pretty full, so recommend to try and book in advance or call to double check spots. Everything was nice and clean and close enough to run errands in the city.

We have been coming to the Sioux Falls Journey for years. The staff are amazing! From Lance the manager to Mike, Jennifer, Rick and Joyce we were served with excellence. The campground is immaculate as well as the shower/restroom facilities. Location is great! This is our favorite KOA!
