We've been very happy with nearly all the KOAs. This one was very clean and staff friendly & helpful. We were only on an over night, just passing through, but it's great to know what to expect when you KOA.

Enjoyed our weekend at Sioux Falls KOA. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rick went above and beyond to help us out with a project that came up. Thanks again!!

First time RVer. First time KOA user. We wanted a natural beautiful setting….this was not that, but….Excellent hospitality, clean facility, helpful staff. Bathrooms were spotless. Laundry was clean and worked well. The escort to the campsite was much appreciated. Overall a great first impression.

Clean well taken care of camp ground!! Staff is always friendly and nice!! Huge thanks to Lance and Mike!! Had some issues with our camper and they went beyond to help us out!! Thank you again guys you will see us again!!

Was very accommodating. We hit a deer and needed to repair our truck and they were able to keep us from being homeless lol. Had a spot for our camper for an extra 4 nights. Plus the food truck the last night was absolutely amazing.

Just stayed for one night passing through to our final destination in the black hills. Restrooms were very clean as well as laundry. Sites were sufficient but very close together.

This is a very nice campground. There are lots to do. It is to close to the interstate. I didn't sleep very much.

Our first time at a KOA and it was great! Very friendly staff, nice general store, and great amenities. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the pool as much as we would’ve liked to, but the kids jumped in of course! Maybe next time! Would definitely stay again.

The ease of checking in and pulling into site late at night was good. I was very disappointed in how I was treated because I was checking out a little later than the check out time. They hounded me via phone and came to our site telling us they were charging us $10. They decided to give me until noon without charge but I thought it was very rude and never been treated like that in over 20 years

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The site was very clean and neat. The restrooms/showers were also clean. And clean laundry room as well. Definitely will come back to stay here in the future!

It was ok but freaked out when camper behind us almost back into us. Just missed us by inches. They had to pull forward more.

Fantastic staff! Checked in with Lance who stressed he was available 24/7 for issues..Same for Mike who led us to our site. While doing laundry we met Joyce and Rick who were great fun to chat with about the area. The Falls were spectacular! We also did the Sculpture Walk in town and visited Pettigrew House. All of these were FREE. Great town and campground. Highly recommend.

We stayed two nights for a rest on our way to Yellowstone. The grounds were very clean and the pool was a welcome treat. We appreciated the golf recommendations and tried one out. We also appreciated the text message regarding to tornado warning and where to seek shelter, thank goodness we didn’t have to use it.

Short stay, but it was convenient being off the I-90 and about a 14min ride into downtown. The campground was nice and clean.

When I arrived to check in, I was having a leaking problem at where the water connects to the camper, I was telling the lady about it and Mike from Koa over-heard me and said he would be glad to take a look at it. We decided it was just a washer, and he had one, i installed it and that fixed the leak. Mike was awesome.

We only stayed one night but the staff was super friendly and we had an escort to our spot so we didnt get lost looking and the space was clean and quiet. Will visit again when we travel

Very nice KOA. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Bathrooms were nice and lots of amenities... like pickleball, games, and only 4 miles from Falls Park! Perfect location and set up. Will always stay here when in the area.

I mean it's right off I 90 so you're going to hear road noise. But the sites and service were great.
