We were discriminated against from the employees. We tried to discuss the issue and they would not budge. We ended up not staying our second night.

The campsite was really nice but we were right next to the playground and parents were not watching their kids. They would be there until 10:30 pm and be back by 7 am.

The stay was great. Nice pool. The park is very clean and conveniently located off the highway and next to camping world if you need anything.

We are grateful for the office staff and management at the Sioux Falls KOA as we had a medical emergency and needed to stay a week longer than planned. During the height of their season, with sold out nights, they were able to let us stay. We are grateful and will recommend you and return.

Great stay. We were near the freeway so it was loud but we'd definitely stay again. Clean park, friendly staff, really nice laundry facilities, nice size dog run, pickleball court looks brand new.

We had a very nice site. And with a big shade tree. Much longer than our RV but we were right next to the road. Site A16. Loud car and motorcycles on the road. We would check maps to see where sites are before going to the site. Had trouble leveling.

Stayed 3 days to get camper repaired. This Koa is very clean, staff very friendly. Loved the store. I could take off for 2 mile walk with my dog right outside the property. Left our clam bagged up and on the table. We got to the end of the road and turned around to head back. Koa was already calling and 2 staff said they were hollering at us as we drove out. Highly recommend this KOA

The campground is very well maintained. However, it IS the epitome of a KOA Journey campground. As such it is not well suited for extended stays.

Unfortunately we only got to stay one night. But the campground facilities were top notch. Bathrooms and showers were super clean, the campgrounds were well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay there again. And the staff was super nice and helpful.

Staff was great, however the road noise from I-90 and the ever-growing truck terminal across the street was terrible. Access to downtown was simple Next time we are in area we will camp in Mitchell SD - much quieter

Staff are friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean. Utilities functioned properly. The problem is the park is located next to I90 and the traffic noise was loud and persistent all night. The park is located next to an exit with a Loves truck stop so a lot of truckers using jake brakes while exiting. Especially noisy in row E and F.. Spot E3 was approximately 300 feet from the traffic.

Campground area was great. The site we had D4 the cable went in and out and the maintenance man checked it many times and set up. It must be your problem in your camper. Plugged my TV into D3. It worked fine. Lady in the office said the manager was stopped by and talk about a refund at 8 o’clock in the morning and I never saw him a day we left. Like he was really gonna show up.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We had tested the cable and was working on our end after a couple repairs. From what I understand you used the cable on D3 for your stay which was sufficient. I can refund the $2 additional for a cable site to your card on file. I apologize but we do not refund entire stays for lack of cable.

This was our very 1st RV campground with our very 1st RV. We learned a lot and really enjoyed our stay of 2 weeks. The campground was clean, quiet, and fun. The staff was available, responsive, and friendly. A great start to our full-time RV journey!

We loved our stay here. Owners were phenomenal! The park is so well kept and amenities are in great shape. The gift shop had a great selection...found some unique gifts there. Great location to downtown and Falls park. This is the best Journey we have ever stayed in.
