It’s a journey so what you really want is a safe place to overnight. It’s not a destination IMO. It was clean enough, well kept, had a good long site for our coach. We made a reservation by phone when we were traveling about an hour away. They gave us a site over the phone. Only when we arrived did we find out that the pull through were shared, end to end, with another camper and they had switched us to a smaller site. We have a 36' motorhome with a towable. They gave our site to a van and put us in a shorter site with a tent site right behind us. Ugh.

My apologies your stay was not up to par, your site was never changed, we were completely booked that day so that was the last site available that we gave to you. Those are in our older section so they are not converted pull thrus just how they were designed in the 70s. Safe Travels!

The campground was very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The one thing I like about most KOA’s is the same thing I dislike. It was close to the highway with easy access which was nice but it was also close to the highway and the traffic noise was very loud all day and night. We were also surprised with the noise from the military aircraft

Sioux Falls KOA staff was very friendly and inviting. Entire camping park was clean, shower houses were clean and functional. Would definitely recommend!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Front desk was extremely helpful when I was delayed in my arrival for a day. I called in the evening that I was supposed to arrive. They offered to change my reservation at no charge. I greatly appreciated and don’t think I would have been able to do that at any other place.

The only factor that I could criticize them on is that their sewer hookups are pretty far away from the gravel pad. They don’t want you to drive or park in the grass but a normal length sewer hose will not reach if you don’t. We don’t have storage for two hoses so this was an issue for us.

Very clean, highly organized front office. Check in was efficient. Excellent service overall. Camping spots are level and facilities are good.

Stayed in one of their new camping cabins over the 4th of July weekend. Very nice cabin, bed was comfortable and the air conditioner in this unit worked fantastic. We have stayed at this KOA several times and would not hesitate to recommend it. The park and the bathrooms are always clean. Staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Sioux Falls is a nice town to visit for a few days. We love to ride the bike path around the city, the falls downtown are pretty and good restaurants. The campground is big rig friendly. We had a bad storm blow through one night. I was impressed how quickly the staff neatened up the campground the next morning.

We didn't get to enjoy many amenities as it rained shortly after we arrived. But, everyone was friendly & the bathrooms were very clean. Love that!! The sites are pretty narrow, and that is hard with our little kids running around. But I am sure we would stay again on our way thru to NE.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The staff presented themselves as enjoying their job and interested in it's campers. The campsites and facilities were clean. Thanks to the management and all of the staff. Oh yeah, I just remembered! I was so impressed when we were leaving to see a staff member using a brush, water/cleaner on the picnic tables! Extra stars for that!!!

We paid extra to get a dog run at our camp site. However we have a small dog and she could walk through the bars on the fence. We reported it to the front desk and she said she would talked to the manager. We never heard back from the front desk or the manager.

Stayed one night on the way to final destination. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. It is well kept, clean, and neat. Bonus that it is right next door to Camping World.

It was adequate for our needs. Too much freeway noise. Not the most picturesque KOA we've stayed in, but OK for 0ne night on our way West.

The Souix Falls KOA is very clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. They are always making sure bathrooms; showers and campsites are clean and well maintained. The only negative us the amount of noise from I-90 and the planes flying overhead. But the location close to I-90 makes it a convenient stop when traveling.

Well the staff was fantastic friendly people. Even under the bad storm that happened. They made sure to attend an check on everyone an then cleaned up all the tree debris. So other then mother nature it was a great stay. Thanks

We love your campground! We stay when doing dog sports in your area. Everyone is always excited to see the dogs during evening walkies and always very pleasant. Very clean campground as well. Thanks for your hard work!

Excellent campground. Plenty of things to do on and off campground. Check-in staff was very welcoming, Staff were very fun to chat with! Bathrooms were clean, pull--thru campsite was easy to get into and out of. Campsites are spaced out so it doesn't feel like you are camped on top of each other.

Very nice KOA. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Bathrooms were nice and lots of amenities... like pickleball, games, and only 4 miles from Falls Park! Perfect location and set up. Will always stay here when in the area.
