This is by far my favorite KOA that I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in several. The staff in the store was very helpful, the store hours are great 8a-9p, the pool was clean and refreshing, the bath houses were the cleanest I have ever seen, and two maintenance guys (Lance and Stan) helped us address a camper issue we experienced by working on our RV for an hour and a half!

Our site was fantastic! Staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Very clean and perfect for overnight stays or even a couple of nights. Camping World is within walking distance.

We stayed 4 nights in a back-in slot. It was fairly level and shady. Birds also liked the trees, so there was bird droppings on the picnic table. No worries, the KOA staff came around regularly to clean the tables. Nice pool and clean bathhouse .

I love the KOA experience. The laundry and shower facilities were immaculate!! The pool was great, the grounds are very well kept. The only drawback is being right next to the interstate, but otherwise great and convenient location.

Good Amenities available, however the location is not the best. It is not quiet throughout the night. We stayed in the tent area and throughout the night we heard lots of noise from the trucking business across the street, air traffic from the airport, highway traffic. There was also light constantly from the trucking business across the street.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a little bit of electrical issue and one of the staff was able to help us out., and the place well manicured the bathrooms, pool area, but, laundry was awesome. Had great AC lots of washing machine and dryers. I highly recommend this place. They made you feel right at home.

The Park is very clean. The washer and dryer area is very clean. Very relaxing place to stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will see you all next year in September.

Very clean, well kept, the pool was nice, the pavilion was nice and clean and kept cool while 100 out! You could Tell the staff cared about their grounds!

Stay here every time I’m in the area. Nice campground close to the falls where we love to walk. Mike filled my propane. He picks it up and brings it back. Even offers to put in in your rig for you.

Well maintained, showers, etc. were clean. Escort to your site, great amenities. Took away one star because of the road/airport noise and because we couldn't find the laundry room. They marked it on our map, but if it was there it was locked. Found the arcade, which was in the same building, no laundry room. It shouldn't be this hard.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The laundry room isn't locked and is never locked. there are two doors to it either through the arcade or the door with the laundry room sign on it. Thanks for staying.

We just needed a place to camp for a night on our way home to Iowa from Wyoming. We had a big travel day and looked forward to relating in Sioux Falls. All personnel were very professional and courteous. While the weather was extremely hot, we found the accommodations of the campground very inviting. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the shower house!

What a great KOA. We had a severe storm come through. The constant text updates made us feel secure. Their rapid response to power loss, storm cleanup and communications were top notch. Thank you for a great stay!

Real close to the Interstate but surprisingly quite once traffic subsidies. They have all the amenities including a Camping World and a gas/diesel station located right beside them. Walmart also real close!

Our site in Row E had a lot of Highway noise! If we stayed again we'd want a site further away from the interstate!

We stayed July 24-26 unfortunately in 100+ weather the cabin air conditioner was blowing hot air I do have to say the staff was great but unfortunately they have been getting complaints about the air conditioning if I wanted to roast I would of stayed in a tent while we leaving maintenance came over and said they getting new air conditioners unfortunately I will not recommend the KOA in Sioux Fall

Awesome KOA! Best one we have stayed at. They take great pride in caring for and keeping the campground looking beautiful! They even wash picnic tables daily! Super friendly staff and very helpful. We will definitely choose to stay here again when in the area.

I couldn't plan very far ahead for this overnight stop so there were only 3 back-ins and 2 pull through sites left. I called to reserve & was told D12 was 65 ft long & F4 was too short. We are a 45 foot big rig towing a jeep & need 65 feet. We arrived and the site was too short at only 60 feet (I measured it). Wished I had known this site was only 60 feet or we would've stayed at Love's on I-90.

Great campsite. Great location. We experienced a bad thunderstorm. Staff kept us updated and I went to the shelter. This staff goes out of the way to ensure safety and a super experience.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. Nice site, and having a food truck at the campground was amazing after our long drive. We would recommend this campground.

Was a great campground! Easy to book a site and we were even escorted to our campsite. The campsite was pretty full, so recommend to try and book in advance or call to double check spots. Everything was nice and clean and close enough to run errands in the city.

We have been coming to the Sioux Falls Journey for years. The staff are amazing! From Lance the manager to Mike, Jennifer, Rick and Joyce we were served with excellence. The campground is immaculate as well as the shower/restroom facilities. Location is great! This is our favorite KOA!
