I love this place. My first introduction to KOA. The place is well maintained, the staff is friendly and I like the escort service to the site. No muss no fuss. I paid for the more deluxe site for our toy hauler, but did not care. Who does not want to sit in a swing for two? Fireplace was cleaned out and the patio table set had been wiped down. What more can you ask for? Water pressure excellent *

The no visitor policy is very unappealing. During 8-10 hrs and not being able to have friends and family visit is disappointing. The park otherwise was good.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This guest inquired several times leading up to his stay regarding visitor policy. Was advised that there are other campgrounds in the area that allow visitors, and offered a full refund, but said he wanted to stay here, but continued to complain about policy.

Our site was amazing, washrooms were impeccably clean and maintained, only thing I would recommend is a better supply of snacks, chips. But overall very beautiful park.

Very nice and clean campground, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Sites are clean,level and not crowded together. Close to town and attractions. An easy drive or bicycle ride.

We think this is one of the best KOA's in Canada. The grounds are kept immaculately and the park is old enough to have lovely shade trees throughout. The staff is quick to respond and very professional. It's nice to have a selection of types of site to reserve. Keep up the good work.

The campground is lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The showers are absolutely amazing and so clean, much appreciated! The campsites are great and the cabins look adorable and cozy. Thank you, we will certainly stay with you again and recommend you to our friends and family!!

This was certainly one of the best campground stays we have experienced. Will definitely be returning! No highway noise, yet close to the highway for convenience. Great amenities. Can’t honestly think of anything else I could possibly need or want in a campground! Bathrooms & showers were great! Well done :)

Best KOA yet! Clean, updated bathrooms. Wooded, spacious sites. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff. All of the facilities were updated and well maintained.

A lovely campground. Starting with a friendly and helpful check in to a private green camp site, the stay was wonderful. The camp K9 facilities are especially impressive. I hope to visit again soon.

Nice decent sized campsites but the showers are fabulous. Lots of pressure and hot water. The washroom and shower area were spotless. This is the best we have seen at KOA campgrounds in the USA and in Canada including Provincial Campgrounds. The other nicety is this campground is far away from the highway and very quiet, not like a Provincial Campground about an hour away.

Terrific RV and tent campground. Owners and staff are very friendly and professional. The campground is well maintained and has lots to offer for adults and children. The washrooms and showers are clean and are closed for an hour daily to allow for major cleaning by the staff. They accommodated our ´big rig' (with advanced booking) and (as always) were most helpful during our latest stay. We make this an annual stop. This year we went specifically to enjoy the colours of the fall and were rewarded with spectacular displays. We stayed for 10 nights. The campground parameters and schedules are well laid out and following them makes for a most enjoyable stay. This park is dog friendly and we appreciate the folks that follow the pet guidelines. We highly recommend this campground - it's in a terrific location close to town amenities (10 minute drive). There is some faint highway noise and a few trains - far less than most of the campgrounds that we have stayed in - certainly didn't disturb our sleeping.
